He can stay where he is and try to attack the one to his southeast, or he can move one space diagonally to his southwest, and then more easily attack the one that is just below Kif. Mechanically speaking, I would subtract 2 from an attack roll against the one that is diagonally below you right now. There would be no such penalty if you moved, and attacked the other one.
Kif should have advantage on his save because of the spell I cast on I’m assuming that the baddies are undead. I think he passed anyway, but on future saves, and attacks against him have disadvantage.
Also, I tried to keep light on the baddies for Fope, but I understand if the dm seams it insufficient.

Kif failed his first save. He rolled a 9. Then he rolled a preemptive save for his *next* turn, and got a 14. I will take the two together, and say that he passed, because he was rolling with advantage. It would have been quite ugly for him to suffer even a single turn paralyzed here, so he owes Barnaby a beer.
Kif, you may take your turn.
Fope, you slash one of the ghouls up quite severely, though it is still groaning and full of undead vigor.
No. I cast the spell after he got attacked. He still got paralyzed. For the next ten minutes fiends, undead, and something else have disadvantage on attacks against Kif and he has advantage against all saves against them as long as I keep concentration.
Puddin squeezes into the crowded the hallway, her face showing a mix of fear and fury. She grips her holy symbol of Shar and lifts it into the air. Back to the darkness, foul beasts!
The two to Kif's right look like they are about to flee. And, on their turn, they do. Ireena can't get a good shot at anything.
The one immediately below Kif moves into the open space to Kif's right. Fope, you may take a swing at that one as it slips away from you.
Both take a bite at Kif, who is paralyzed. Kif's thick armor is enough to protect him from one bite, but the other one opens its mouth wide and delivers a terrible blow with its sharp teeth, doing 13 damage! Kif shakes off the paralysis, a moment too late.
Everybody go! And Fope, take that opportunity attack against the one that stepped away from you!
I took the liberty of rolling Fope's disengagement attack against the one now on Kif's right, and he missed.
Furious from the paralysis and the nasty bite, Kif delivers a terrible blow and nearly splits one in half, from its right shoulder down toward the left side of its waist. Miraculously, it's still standing, but it looks like a strong gust of wind would blow it over.
The two ghouls still surrounding Kif have now both been hit, with the southerly one clearly being nearly down.
Now waiting for Fope and Barnaby, and I'll do something or other with Puddin.
Thank you Josh, sorry I couldn't get to it earlier. I'm trying to be a good student.
That’s more important!
9 con save
Barnaby will cast protection from evil and good on Kif and hen back away from the baddies.
Can Føpé attack?

How is Fope's visibility, now that the torch is so far away? Can you even see anything?
Kif is paralyzed but may roll another save on his next turn.
Well when it comes up 14 con save
Føpé will move and attack Attack: 23 Damage: 8

Oh, right. The 14 will be enough to pass next turn. He won't need it.

Kif takes a swing at the one to my south
Feinting attack as bonus first, which means regular attack gets advantage

Assuming one of those hits damage 14 + 5

If it’s still alive, Barnaby will fire bolt the one that Kif hit, otherwise a different one.
Attack: 18
Damage: 10
The one below Kif is very dead now. I mean, actually dead dead.
Yo, Puddin' got any healing stuff in you bag of tricks? I wouldn't say no to a little magical bactine.
