Golver's rage at not being able to cast any magic would subside and the large sloppy dragonborn would plop down into his chair with a heavy sigh, guilt being his ONLY WEAKNESS. "I mean... I guess you arn't wrong little lady. I suppose we can still be friends" The dragonborn will say with a wink before taking another bide of desert and cursing under his breath at is messed up clothes.
"Yes.. That would be fine..." The dragonborn will say with a smile, leaning back in his chair looking down at the mess all over his clothes. "Uhh.. Dragonborn prepared food is not nearly so crumbly and messy..." Golver would say trying again to make the stains disappear before letting out a frustrated growl.
"Thank you Smee" Golver will say with a smile and a nod, trying to act as though he is used to that type of treatment as he looks from her to the the others at the table. "So They said we all have powerful magic, I myself am pretty sure I have the blood of both a gold and silver dragon flowing through my veins... If that sounds cool... it's because it is" The dragonborn will say very nonchalantly. "So aside from my incredible power passed on to my through my dragon linage, what sorts of magic do each of you posses?" Golver would say as he leans back in his chair and lets out a large toothy smile as his gaze moves from person to person at the table.
As Golver attempts to smash the plate it disappears! None of the dwarven attendants acknowledge him but the dwarven woman with the bell hustles over with a disapproving look etched on her ancient looking face.
"None of that mi'lad! Magic is control for prospective students to prevent...incidence between them," she explains curtly. "Last call for treats dears," she adds next moving away from Golver into the dining hall.
As the party chats ans gets to know one another they see the blue fishlike creatures rise from the table with their keys visible. They nod at one another and begin to look around. As other tables of students begin to rise from their seats.
"Everyone sit until Grint takes you to rooms," the bugbear from earlier returns speaking loudly with a scowl.
The lumbering towards table 1 and the table begins to shuffled off behind the hulking mass of fur!

Golver goes to raise his hand as the dwarf leaves with the snacks but doesn't say anything and sets his hand back down as he listens to the tales of his table-mates, trying to judge their powers against his own in his mind.
"So nothing but our wits to protect ourselves with, eh, I feel a little exposed after having to give up my rapier, love that blade, it was given to me by Uncle Jaslan, you should have seen him in his prime, oo he'd stab someone right in the kidney soon as look at them. Actually, saying it out loud he was a bit of a bounder to be honest, but every family has one doesn't it?" Looking about the table, he pauses and then dives back into more of his high volume delivery, "So are we to all be friends together, that's marvellous, the name's Caerlan by the way, I'm terrible with names myself but I'll get there in the end. It is an absolute bloody pleasure to meet you all."

"Nice to meet ya Caerlan" The large dragonborn would say with a nod, still lounging back in his chair. "Don't worry though.. they didn't take away my teeth and muscles" Golver will say with a sharp thoothed grin as his lifts his arms and gives a quick flex. "My guess that we are all roomies since we all have the same number on our keys so I will watch out for ya till we get our magic back" The sorcerer would say as he pulls the key out of his shirt and begins to examine it closely to see if there is anything special about it... maybe etched into it or anything like that.
Aura had remained quiet up to that point, she was initially looking at whoever was talking at the moment, but she avoided looking completely at Smee's act of cleaning the Dragonborn because it made her unconfortable, instead she was just looking down. When she noticed the two fish people getting up, she almost went along, taking her key, but hearing the bugbear's outburst was enough to scare her into sitting down again.
Hearing Caerlan's presentation brought to Aura a mix of joy of knowing someone new, but also anxiety because it'll get her time, and she'll do awkwardly trying to present herself.
Zenith pocketed the key after unwrapping the box and listened to the conversation, trying to get a measure of the people around him. After they started introducing themselves he nodded and said, "I am Zenith. Pleased to meet you all."
(You and Golver both! "Yes.. I have so many servants.... and they clean my clothes while I wear them all the time... I am not sweating you are sweating, don't look at me! I am not awkward! You are the awkward one!)
Necey snaps her fingers a few times, trying to test her magic powers for the time since arriving. "Hrumph!"In reply to the dragonborn's question, "I usually have the ability with natural magics." She sighs as the magic is snuffed out. "No worries though. I think I'm a pretty good hunter, so I won't be totally useless." She glances out the window longingly then turns back to the table. "I'm Necey. Good to meet you all."
"Good to meet you Necey and Zenith" Golver will say with his hands crossed behind his head as he lounges in his chair. Now he is rocking the chair backwards with his feet propped on the table as the other groups are released. "If you didn't hear earlier, my name is Golver Shimmerclaw." The dragonborn will say giving a small wave before returning his hand to the back of his head.
Aura remains silent, if she could get away with being in a table and dining with a group of ten without speaking even once, she'd be happy with that.
As her anxiety that someone will still try to interact with her grows, she takes her hand up to scratch her cheek. So far, both her hands were hidden from sight under the robe, but this time around, it was easy to see it, and it had bruises and a few scars scattered over it, they weren't many, but there being multiple of them was interesting enough, it was also easy to see that her nails were all very short, except on that one finger which didn't have a nail at all.
"You don't have to raise your hand little lady!" The loud dragonborn would exclaim pointing towards the quiet genasi. "Go on, what is your name, what kind of powers do you have?" The dragonborn will say moving from his relaxed reclined position as he lets the chair slam down on all fours again and he leans forward on to the table... his huge gold and silver head resting on his folded hands now.
"H-huh?" Her voice is heard for the first time in a gasp of confusion, as soon as she hears about not raising her hand. To the question, she stops to think before she says anything. "Hm... My name is Aura, and my powers were a nature's gift, although I know next to nothing about them, I only used it two times..." She takes a breath after finishing it, that was enough talking for the day in her own book, so hopefully no one would ask anything to her again.
"Well my dear I think we are all here to practice and learn, am I right? So don't worry about not being an expert, none of us are!" Caerlan wipes another imaginary speck of dirt from his clothing and mutters, by his standards, which makes it still louder than most people's normal volume, "I do hope the staff here are up to snuff, can't be going about looking like a dog's dinner."

"No, I-I'm not ashamed that I'm still learning... That's not the problem..."Aura starts talking, worried that misundertandment might persist if she doesn't say anything, and she suddendly retreats back again, not wanting to say anymore than that.
"Come," Grint bellows beside the party's table. They having been so engrossed in talking and not talking missed his previously more pleasant demand to move!
Filing out one behind the other tje party follows the hairy grump out of the dining hall amidst whispers of the remaining tables. The two fishlije creatures are in the lead. Grint sniffs one and it's gills raise in alarm as a hiss admits from the other. The bugbear shrugs turning back to face the stone cooridor he leads the party through to a stairwell. It takes a good ten minutes of winding stairwells and narrowing hallways but the party finally reaches their accommodations. Six beds have been set with two tanks of water too.
"Pick beds," Grint grunts. "Those tanks are for fish people," he adds which to anyone is obvious! "Dawn you'll be summoned," he adds curtly.
Then to your supreme amusement the bugbear does what one can only assume is a curtsey then leaves the party to settle in.

"He may be a grump but at least he follows proper etiquette" The dragonborn would say aloud as he surveys the room trying to determine if one of the beds is any nicer or bigger than the rest. Golver allows about two seconds to pass before running towards one of the beds and jumping into it with a large belly flop. "I'll take this one!" the dragonborn would shout rolling around in the bed getting a feel for its quality. "Not quite as nice as back home but it will work" Golver would eventually concede before lounging backwards with his hands behind his head. laying there his eyes would drift down to his clothing once more and he would snap his fingers in the hopes that he could finally rid himself of some of his stains.
Seeing Smee's choice makes Aura look disappointed, because she wanted that bed, the one furthest away from the door, but since the human lady was there, the best one for her would be on the exact opposite side, she really doesn't want strange ladies cleaning her clothes for her, so she sits at the closest one to the door. She places the hand on that bed, to decide its confort and for her it's amazing, way better than where she's been sleeping in the monestary, and probably still better than what she had before that on her own house.
