Golver will take the bag and hold it up close to his snout and give it a sniff before sticking by his hand inside."I wonder wat it could be..." He would say with a look of excitement
Sniffing Golver finds a metallic smell then reaching in the bag he removes a heavy metal seal.
"Oh...uh It's a seal of office. For official temple documents. I'll take that," he adds looking curiously over the remaining objects especially the journal with a frown. "He...he lost his way in the end I think. Rumors in the village he had all manner of folks visiting him here...not usually the good sort either but it's gossip really. I wonder what they'll say about you," he adds with a thoughtful look. "Please don't remove any of his effects. Should he return I...well I'd like them to be where he left them. Tne seal however belongs to the temple," he then explains!

Anger would flash across the dragonborns face as the object is taken from him. It would last only a moment however before he shakes it off and nods to the man and looks to the other items. "I assume they will say that Golver Shimmerclaw was generous to those that would judge him without knowing him... Polite to those that show him kindness... and deadly.. to those that would harm him or his friends... " he would say as his eyes narrow for a moment before returning to normal. "Also funny... I have a dragonborn sense of humor that not everyone is quick to pick up on" He would say with a smile. Looking to the journal, Golver would then look to Garth. "Well since he has a book of mine... perhaps I will hold on to his book for a while. Once I find him and get my book back, I will return his book to him. I think that sounds fair..." The Gold and silver dragonborn would offer standing tall and looking down to the man.
"I really shouldn't let you take it..." Brother Garth begins looking nervous, "it's just a journal of gibberish it looks like," he shrugs. "Just make sure you return it before you leave town," he explains. "It's getting late and temple should me closing so...if their isn't anything else," he adds.

"I already paid for my room at the inn remember! They promised me a big meal and I plan to take them up on it." Golver would say with excitement looking to Kat as he puts the journal into his pack. "I am starving. Let's get going" He would say as his stomach lets out a low rumble from under his elaborate armor.
The party leaves the temple for the inn. The streets are eerie quiet but they find their way back to the inn without incident. Once back the large room is still fairly full. The fire place roars as a pig on the spit seems to have just been put on to roast. People stare again as the party enters but a younger barmaid approaches them nodding happily at each od you before ushering you to a large empty table to settle down.
"Orders," the young human girl asks, she's in her late teens, with a toothy smile. "We have mostly just stew left. The pig is on but the cuts won't be ready until tomorrow noon," she explains before naming off mead and ale. She says they have wine but does not recommend it.

"Stew will be fine for me... and a small bit of ale I suppose," she says her eyes locked on the pig turning over the fire, the skin just beginning to glisten. "Oh, I bet that will be good!"
"Can I get two orders of stew please?.. Oh.. and a couple meads as well" The dragonborn would ask excitedly as he wipes the drool from the corner of his mouth with the back of his sleeve.
The blonde nods and goes off to the bar. It takes no time at all before the party has a hot bowl of stew and mead or ale in front of them. The bar patrons still seem pointedly curious about your party and finally after you've nearly finished your meal a big man with a weathered face and tattered clothes approaches.
"What....what brings you to the village," the older human man asks as he worries his cloth hat looking over his shoulder nervously bit you're not sure why.
It's either the people at his table or your presence you're nit entirely sure. He's hearty looking spent. He's spent plenty of time in the sun and his hands look battered but big empty to palm the wee folks heads. He's got dirt under his nails and patches on his clothing. He's a farmer if you've ever seen one up close!

"Hello...friend. " Golver would say with a smile while trying to keep from touching the dirty farmer. "We are here looking forOsbourne... only it sounds like he has gone missing.. so now my friends and are planning to go look for him" The dragonborn would say before reaching towards his belt and pulling out his small leather sack of coins. "You wouldn't happen to know where he is would you? He was borrowing something important to me and my friend and we were hoping to ask for its return.. If you know anything that might help us I would be willing to pay you for the information" Golver would extend his large silver scaled hand towards the mans tattered clothing.. feeling the cloth between his clawed fingers. "You could get yourself something pretty nice with a little gold friend."
"Haven't seen him but I was hoping you were adventures," the farmer replies. "We haven't got much..." he gestures to a group onlf men who look as old and dirty as him, "but we've got coin to pay you if you've got time to clear out something taking our livestock at night," he adds gesturing at the darken window. "Can't make any mire coin on our own if whatever's getting them gets the rest," he adds with a curt nod.
