So, does 19,8, or 13 hit? Make a DC11Con save for each that hits.

Normal damage in order: 8,  5,  6, Poison damage:  12,  9,  11

First hits: Con: 18 
Second misses!
Third Misses: 19

Sorry first and third hit. Miss the first con save, make the 2nd. Total dmg:

First: 5 + 14 = 19 Total
Third: 6

Don is gonna use Stones Endurance on the first to reduce damage by 11

First: 19 - 11 = 8
Third: 6
Total DMG taken: 14... and Don is at 0.

Did the first snake roll at disadvantage or was it the one that got a 12 initiative?

At least I was able to take 3/4 of the damage. Hopefully you guys will be able to kill them quickly. 1d4+4 & 3d6 are awfully hard hits for level 1 characters to take.

Yeah me too, I'm also in (and running) other PbP and this one particular is quite confusing. Am pulling out too.
