As Xavier's large form SLAMS into the cell door, you all hear a resounding SNAP as something within the door breaks and the door flies open to bounce off the outer bars of the cell with an equally loud CLANG. The large human stumbles through the now open portal, free of his confines. The older halfling says, "Well, not exactly subtle, but that trick with the ice was VERY clever." He gives the green skinned man an appraising glance, but then looks to the stairwell in consternation. "I must admit, you lot have made quite the ruckus down here and I'm surprised, and a little concerned, that no one has come to investigate. Someone SHOULD have come down to see what all that noise was about."

*noding in agreence with the halfing " you're are correct, its odd, although they are keeping us here I hope non of their souls have been taken to the great beyond"
*Xavier will look around to see if theres any keys and try to free the rest of the group while be ready to get into combat if needed*
"someone keep an eye on the stairs while i look for the keys, anyone help me find them so i might release you quicker"
Finding the lack of a guard response to all the noise being made somewhat disconcerting, Xavier belines straight for the chest, but upon trying to open it finds it firmly locked (what next?). Thain keeps an eye out on the stairwell (make a perception check). Despite barely making any headway on thining down the end of her spoon's handle, Pyro again attempts to pick the lock of her cell (make a lock pick check). The apparently slumbering form in the corner makes no move despite all the noise and commotion (make a perception check). The huge half-orc paces his cell angrily, muttering to himself and banging his considerable fists together.

from the picture you sent theres another door, Xavier will try opening and searching that room for anything that can help "let me look in here for anything to help us out children"
Xavier rushes to the door and pulls it open. Inside is a storage room, with crates, barrells and sacks of various goods (perception check). Pyro manages to squeeze and twist the spoon into the tumbler of the lock and hears a satisfying click as the door to her cell swings open.

"Yep i'll try and freeze your lock no problem. Also" Thain looks to the one outside the cell. "Could you help me through my door please. Wouldn't budge for me. Thanks" As Thain smiles. :)
Xavier quickly takes stock of the objects in this room and notices the end of an iron bar pocking out of a crate, while one of the barrels in the corner is jammed packed with javelins. The smell of dried and preserved foodstuffs reach his nose. Pyro rushes quickly to Thain's cell door, spoon in hand, where she quickly sets to work. Within seconds, the door swings open with a satisfying click. Both Xavier and Pyro hear a muffled banging sound from the floor above and the sound of what might be shouting. Pyro also hears the unmistakable sound of metal striking metal.
Thain is busy studying the stairwell for the sight of someone, as well as focusing on using his magic to move the water and freeze the lock (it's 10' from Xaviers door to Delvarus's and then you have to shape it, then freeze it, so it will take 4 rounds, as such) and so misses the noise, while Delvarus is growing angrier and angrier at his confinement and cannot hear anything past his own rising growls.
