Sorry for the delay, it's been hard to get time for spinning up character sheets lately. I should be ablr to submit one for either thread 2 or 3 (I wanted those anyway lol) by the end of the weekend.
Could you post a brief summary of the roster for each thread? Maybe on the original post?

I wish this game could start earlier than two weeks, it seems nearly ready. x.x Then again, if some people don't make the cut, we'd need to wait on more people anyways, so.
I wanted to time the start after the holiday period so that there won't be gaps where players aren't able to post for a couple days so early on in the campaign (which is a great way to kill it off). The first couple of days are crucial for activity in order to establish the party dynamic.
I don't plan on cutting anyone unless there are more submissions for a thread than there are slots.

ABILITIES
Cool Under Pressure (from variant of Technician background) Your training has taught you to keep a calm mind and steady hand even in normally nerve-wracking situations. You are not disadvantaged when attempting checks under intense time pressure or in very dangerous situations, when normally you would be.
Expertise - At 1st level, choose two of your skill proficiencies, or one of your skill proficiencies and one of your tool proficiencies. Your proficiency bonus is doubled for any ability check you make that uses either of the chosen proficiencies. At 11th level, you can choose two more of your skill proficiencies (or one skill and one tool) to gain this benefit.
Plan - At 1st level, you can take an action to formulate a plan. You can choose up to six creatures (including yourself) to include in the plan. For each creature, choose one of the following; attack rolls, saving throws, or ability checks. In the next minute, each creature can activate their benefit once to gain a bonus equal to your Intelligence modifier to the chosen rolls for one round. You must complete a short or long rest before you can use this ability again. At 9th and 17th level, you gain an additional use of this ability before you must rest.
EQUIPMENT
Computer - Smartphone (toolkit) Demolitions kit (toolkit) Electrical tools (toolkit) Cellphone (burner) Flashlight Pain Reliever (5): Restores 2d4+2 hp at end of short rest. Revolver: Attack +4; Damage 2d6+2; Range: 80/400; Reload (6); Semiautomatic. Undercover vest (AC: 13)
edit: equipment purchased using wealth, as directed, reducing wealth by 3 points from the value rolled.
Description / Characteristics
Age: 35 Height: 1.68m Weight: 70 kg Hair: Short & Brown Eyes: Grey blue Complexion: lightly tanned
Erick is average build, quick rather than strong, usually seen with a day or two of stubble on his face. He has a half-sleeve tattoo on his left shoulder, in colour, of a Tiger fighting against several shadowy demons.
Background
Trait 1 - Perfectionist. Erick hates leaving a job half done and will often go to great lengths to ensure that anything he is working on is finished and done properly.
Trait 2 - Ego. When it comes to intelligence, knowledge and figuring things out, experience tells Erick that he's almost always better than everyone around him. This can sometimes lead to him being dismissive of others but equally, his self-confidence can be inspiring.
Ideal - People are stupid and don't realise how dangerous the world now is. They deserve nothing, unless they have earned it. Maybe it's time to just watch the world burn.
Bond - Detroit. Despite everything that has happened to Erick, to bring him to where he is today, he spent many years serving and protecting Detroit and that means something to him. It's where he grew up, where his (ex)friends live.
Flaw - Caffeine. Erick really doesn't get anything done until he's had morning coffee and not any of that cheap vending machine crap.
Erick Smith was born in Detroit, 17th January 1982.
Given the name "Eric Reynolds" at birth, he was raised by his single mother, after his father left before Eric was born. Eric was always a clever kid and, despite the lack of money and falling in with a bad crowd, he always managed to avoid trouble and "found" enough additional money that he and his mother were able to get by.
After school, Eric was able to attend University, where he studied sciences and learned a love for chemistry & electronics. It was while he was at University that his mother was involved in a terrorist incident - a bomb detonated as she waited for a train and she died from the injuries. Eric grieved, but promised himself that he would dedicate himself to making the world safer - graduating with honours and enrolling with Detroit Police Department, in the Bomb Squad.
In the years since, Eric earned a reputation as one of the best, able to pull off almost miraculous feats in terms of dealing with explosive devices in a pressured situation, earning him the nickname, "Ice man" because he was always so cool under pressure. Eric became more disenfranchised though, every time a scenario was resolved, he found himself wondering if the people he had saved even deserved it, as they went about their ridiculous lives.
Then, only a year ago, Eric stumbled across old files, concerning the incident where his mother died and discovered that the bomber was known to the police, yet they'd failed to bring him in for questioning or tail him. He was known and yet, they allowed him to go ahead and detonate a bomb at a railway station. Something inside of Eric died and he lost his passion & drive.
The next day, Eric's team were dealing with a fairly simple device, rigged up to blow some gas cannisters at the docks, but Eric was distracted, his head not in the game, so didn't catch in time, another member of the squad making a mistake - it wasn't a simple device, it was just made to appear that way. Eric just had enough time to dive for cover inside a heavy, steel container, when the blast happened. The team died, except Eric, who was knocked unconscious but otherwise not really hurt.
From there is a bit of a blur, but Eric wasn't discovered by the clean-up crew and was pronounced officially dead, along with the rest of his team. They were good men, but what did that buy them? Death, in place of the people who relied on them.
Eric now uses the name Erick Smith and has moved to Chicago, having decided now that maybe it's time to just watch the world burn.
@StormKnight: Unless the background or something else explicitly gave you that equipment, you'll need to purchase it using the Wealth rules (including reducing your Wealth score as appropriate). See the "Starting Equipment" section in the OP for more details (I recently added that section in there about 7 hours ago, so that's why you may have missed it)
Seems we're picking up pace, haha. At the time of my submission, before I bumped it, it just looked like it was going to fizzle out and die. This is good stuff. I'm (still) really looking forwards to starting.

No problems - that's reduced wealth from 9 down to 6, for the 3 "toolkits" as the other equipment was all below the wealth value.
I think you take average roll rounded down if you rolled below it, so your Reputation would be 5 I think? Also, you might've forgotten your Sanity score, but maybe the bad guys are already insane, so you won't need it. ;)
Also, so many agile smart / wise / charming people, wow! :P
Correct, if you roll below your average for Wealth or Reputation, take the average score instead (rounded down). Average on a d4 is 2.5, average on a d6 is 3.5. Therefore average roll for 2d4 + 1 would be 2.5 + 2.5 + 1 = 6. Average roll for 1d4 + 4 (for comparison's sake) would be 2.5 + 4 = 6.5, which rounds down to 6.
The bad guys don't have a Sanity score, but still get 30 points to allocate to 6 stats (so they start out a bit stronger than everyone else, who has 30 points for 7 stats).

Abraham Kuntz was born in Russelheim, Germany and moved to America as a child. His fascinations always jumped from academic to martial, but it always carried the same intention: become stronger. Update on submissions. If I wrote you down for the wrong thread, please correct me.
Thread 1 (5 submissions, 6 slots available): LunaticKnight, CatalinaG, Madclergy, Toothless, Matthias_von_Schwarzwald
Thread 2 (2 submissions, 4-6 slots available): izdrix, JohnnyBGoode
Thread 3 (3 submissions, 4-6 slots available): StormKnight, Shavarathspawn, ScottySkid
Undecided: Barlow, Ivanchina
From the looks of things, I'd ideally like 2 more in thread 2 and 1 more in thread 3 at a minimum. This would put us at 5 + 4 + 4 = 13 players.
