You can come live at my place! My backstory basically involved becoming a conduit for a wickedly ambitious Death God, butchering the clergy of my church, and blighting the land. There's room for expansion! Base of operations, anyone?
Still don't have a deity picked out though. Leaning toward Vecna because he basically ascended to deity status and is a well-know Arch-Lich. However, his domain is more knowledge and less undeath (I guess I could spin it). Others are Orcus (Demon-worshipping seems too warlock-like), Takhisis (Evil Dragon God, but different than Tiamat), Cyric, or Myrkul.
Grishkar Darkmoor, Necromancer of Nerull the Despiser Kelvin Rabbitfoot, Diviner, con artist, always hunting for a good sale Bründir Halfshield, Valor Bard, three-time Sheercleft Drinking Competition Champion, Hometown hero
Character sheet is nearly done (just need spells). I'll update this post with the final product soon. For now, here's the backstory:
Born Aleric Kane to a moderately respected family of wizards, few expected the first-born son to aspire to priesthood. At twelve, Aleric could manipulate the magical Weave better than nearly any of his peers. However, the arcane was always overshadowed by the divine. Aleric saw magic as a tool of the Gods. In order to truly cause change in the world, godliness was needed, not sorcery. At 16, Aleric dropped out of his apprenticeship and fled for a monastery to become a simple priest. Aleric spent the next few years finding great peace for the simple life of service.
One day, Aleric was asked to bring food to one of the high priests in their study. He dutifully carried out the task, but found the priest deep in study over a menacing tome. The book was thick, leather of some uncommon animal reinforced with blue metal bindings, the spine bearing glowing runes. The priest asked Aleric to stay a few minutes while he studied further. Before long, Aleric could feel the room getting close. The air grew heavy and the high priest began to sway and groan. As Aleric reached to help him up and away from his work, the priest screamed and threw himself at the young monk. Without thinking, Aleric spat a few words and the high priest's face was struck by fire.
The room did not remain silent. The tome began to hum and throb. Aleric was pulled by sudden urges to read the secrets within. It became immediately clear that this was a book of great power and malice. The next thing he remembered was being interrogated by the Grand Bishop regarding the murder of a high priest and disappearance of an important book.
Questioning turned to interrogation, then to inquisition. The Grand Bishop drilled Aleric for days and the line between investigation and torture became blurred at times. All the while, a strange voice seemed to resonate in Aleric's mind. It goaded, bargained, and enticed. After five days, Aleric gave in.
The Grand Bishop arrived with a half dozen retainers for questioning, but Aleric led off with unknown prayers and incantations. He gave over control to the voice, letting it speak through him. Retainers began to shout prayers, commands, rebukes, but it fell on deaf ears. The Geand Bishop was locked by the voice and Aleric watched as his body moved with grim purpose. A passerby in the hallway would have been ignorant to the horrors that transpired in the next thirty minutes.
Three years after this event, news reached a local lord that the Kane family was brutally slaughtered and their estate razed. The monastery has sat dormant for eight years since the death of its Grand Bishop. No soul has ever left nor has any nearby village dared to investigate. Whispers float across the nearby towns of the name Grishkar Darkmoor, but no one knows anything other than the name appearing on mangled animals in the nearby woods.

It just occurred to me that you might like a Theurgy (Death) wizard instead of an awkward multiclass.
Meant to reply ro this before. Theurgy is an interesting concept, but it limits choices by swapping spells, not adding, and it doesn't have any focus other than God of Magic. Death Domain and Necro School both give bonuses to using Necro spells and give more of a "Hand-of-Death" skill set.

According to either the PHB or the DMG, I don't remember which, Takhisis is just Tiamat's name on Krynn.
Looking in the back of the PHB I see: from the Forgotten Realms; Bhaal, God of Murder; Loviatar, Goddess of Pain; Myrkul, God of Death; Talona, Goddess of Disease and Poison.
From Grayhawk; Erythnul, God of Envy and Slaughter; Incabulos, God of Plague and Famine; Luz, God of Pain and Oppression; Nerull, God of Death; Vecna, God of Evil Secrets; Wee Jas, Goddess of Magic and Death.
From Krynn; Takhisis, Goddess of Night and Hatred; Chemosh, God of the Undead; Morgion, God of Disease and Secrecy; Nuitari, God of Evil Magic.
From Eberron; The Keeper, God of Greed and Death; The Shadow, God of Dark Magic; The Blood of Vol, philosophy of immortality and undeath.
Arawn, Celtic God of Life and Death; The Morrigan, Celtic Raven-Goddess of Battle and Death (I changed the lore a little to match the lore I knew); Set, Egyptian God of Darkness and Desert Storms. The Greek Hades and Norse Hel are deliberately not mentioned, because I don't like them being evil.

Probably have to lean toward Myrkul/Nerull, Vecna, Wee Jas, Chemosh, or Nuitari. Final decision to be made soon.

I'd go for Wee Jas or Nuitari, but that's just me.
That decision didn't take long. Wee Jas is interesting, but a bit too much on the Neutral Godess of Magic path. Gonna have to go with Nerull because he is just genocidally opposed to all life everywhere and is a major proponent of death and undeath. Canon says he was killed by the Raven Queen, but can you truly kill Evil?

The Shadow Monks wanted to gave him a lesson, and put him against the most promising scholars of the monastery...fight til the end..they said

They look very good, just a question. Master of Anatomy: Its suppose that i can make a Sneak Attack whenever in-game mechanics allows it, or, I have to take at least one rogue lvl to benefit from the trait?

You don't have to be a rogue. You just have to have at least one level of rogue or monk.
Edit: you just have to have the Sneak Attack or Martial Arts feature.
My character is a violent murderer who worships the Black Archer only so she can steal the knowledge of archery from her superiors. She loves killing people than using their corpses to spread mass panic and paranoia.
Personality traits: Kill and let die.
The secret of the archers is one I need to possess.
Bonds: I once killed a noble and his family found out, and are out to get me.
Ideals: Knowledge is what spurs me on.
Flaws: After I kill someone, I am more than likely to tout my achievements and drag around the corpse than to carefully dispose of it.
Religion proficiency. Other than that, I'm not sure; tell me about the Black Archer.

Black Archer is a cult/religion in my world which rotates around the worship of an enigmatic being who may or not be real, with no proof to his name. The high ranking priests learn archery and the top ranking bishop is a master archer. So the clerics are powered by faith, not by a divine being.
Black Archer tends to be LE as it focuses around showing supremacy, power, and fearlessness, but can be interpreted as LG or LN too. Basically lawful, the holy book of the red arrow has a strict code which followers need to uphold and follow.

I like how your math pans out and I like the domain of Mass Human Sacrifices. However, I still need to run with the Undeath theme as it's the ultimate goal, not a by-product of the work or something Grishkar finds out about. If I made a dungeon with Grishkar as the antagonist, the whole place (his former monastery and surround countryside) would be infested with blighted animals and undead clergy.
