"Tempus!" the warpriest bellows as he tears along in his plate moving at a surprisingly high speed. Coming to a stop a little behind the monk he calls out again as everyone hears a ringing bell the effects of which focus around Nizreg.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Nirzeg moves to L5 and tries again with Lovack's help to put down the birdman, taking advantage of the lack of combat maneuvers. Then, in risking another opportunity attack he moves on to get to Njal's with extreme speed at M8!

Hurling himself at Nizreg the warpriest launches a thunderous strike with his warhammer. Seeing it strike true he receives a flash of speed from Tempus to allow him to strike again.

Feeling a force wrenching the strike to a different target Njal sees the warhammer strike at an unprotected area of the wizard.
Channel Divinity - True Strike adds 10 to attack roll.

Nirzeg staggers from the first blow, but the second he catches in instinctive parry to the side. "Now those... are some good questions." He spits out a wad off to the side, and readies his blade. Striking hard and fast, Nirzeg aims to chop deeply into shoulder, caring more to dislocate through sheer force than a proper cut before circling around to L9 for a better pincer attack. All the while had Lovack slitherd over to start harassing Njal.
Explosive Attack: 22 Damage: 10 with help from Lovack, the familiar on ze warrior priest.
And if he moves!: 4.

Njal launches a blistering radiant beam, cursing as Nirzeg's magical defenses deflect it.
Nirzeg moves forward, battering Shayeral with a brutal blow. She still stands.
Larry's attack isn't quite as effective, his spectral hand getting caught on the bush.
Shayeral will take her opportunity with her sickle as Nirzeg leaves her reach:
Attack: 14(3) Damage: 6
She misses, since Nirzeg's shield still lingers (it goes away at the end of his turn).As her action, she'll drink her potion: 9

On mobile, I think the initial damage is regular slashing in which case my Heavy Armour Master feat reduces damage by 3.
