Nat will also take a bonus action to disengage, and use 30 feet of movement to head along the passage following Retiog.
He will then ready his Gust of Wind racial trait; as soon as all his friends are behind him out of the way of the blast, he will send a torrent of air back down the passageway and try to slow down the pursuers.
(OOC: Nat held his spell until all his companions were behind him. There should be time for Drake to take his Opportunity Attack, and then move on his own turn, and then for Nat's reaction to trigger.)
Nat's Gust slows the Orc but the Hobgoblin still pursues the party.
ROUND 5
Nat up!
Duc on deck.
Retiog sees the doors up the spiral steps noticing faint black smoke, the smell of burning wood, and the heat ahead coming from the hidden panel he knows passes into the bar!

Sometimes a Nat 1 tells a better story than a Nat 20 ever could.
My understanding is that Retiog is far ahead at the spiral steps, and that Duc, Drake and Nat are in a bunch following him down a fairly narrow passage. Nat will remain at the back of that bunch, but still close, letting his Gust of Wind push the chasing orc and hobgoblin back. If and when necessary, he will use a bonus action to shift the direction of the blast so that it remains trained on the two enemies; this should not be required yet, as they're all moving down a straight passage. It will be necessary when they hit the stairs, though. If and when necessary, he will also use a bonus action or main action to disengage; from his point of view, this is no longer a fight, it's a chase. Otherwise, he will use his full movement and as much dash as he has left to follow Retiog, but always remaining at the back of the group so that his spell doesn't affect Duc or Drake. I hope that more or less makes sense. :)
Duc continues to move forward as fast as possible, using her genasi power of unending breath to hold her breath should smoke fumes become an issue. This will continue until she is stopped by some means.

Retiog is at the panel. Duc pushes past him and opens the panel?
Nat's winds force the pursuers back again (I'm not going to even roll) and Drake moves steadily forward. He finds Retiog and Duc in front of the hidden panel with every sign there's fire burning on the other side.

"I can hold my breath from the smoke but I can burn as easy as anyone else, if we open the door the fumes may take you all! If not we may not get through the flames but I see no other choice, if only we had the magic to make water. Gimble had potions like that, the devious bastard, where is he anyway."
Duc will open the door and try and take cover in case flames immediately come out, after trying to get the others to move to the side of the portal. If there is a possible route through the flames she will run for it, holding her breath using her unending breath.

As soon as the door opens, Nat glances round and attempts to judge the intensity and conditions of the supposed fire on the other side: Investigation10
(OOC: The text for Gust of Wind is "The gust disperses gas or vapor, and it extinguishes candles, torches, and similar unprotected flames in the area. It causes protected flames, such as those of lanterns, to dance wildly and has a 50 percent chance to extinguish them." It sounds like there's a raging fire on the other side, which would probably mean the spell would just intensify it if he directed the gust in that direction, but how does it look?)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Retiog and Duc need to make DEX saves DC13 take 32 or half on success. As a wave of fire rushes towards the oxygen around the party from within the burning tarven! Nat can only see smoke ahead of him in the narrow passage where his friends are dodging a flame leaping from the hidden panel!

Duc runs past the enemies as fast as possible, whilst dodging out of the way of any attacks.
Movement up to the orc, disengage as bonus then remaining movement and then dash towards the exit.

Nat, bring up the rear, keeps his attention and his spell focused behind him. What's the holdup, folks? I think they're still chasing us.
