"Ho ho!" smiles Klong, looking at the pretty lady. "Klong not new here, Klong play before! You new, never see you before." Klong looks at the new arrival up and down.
"Klong here is a favourite, he is", Dale says, dropping a LARGE mug of Dwarven Ale in front of the hulking bard. "It's loud and not your usual music but i'll be damned if it isn't catchy. I double my usual take when he's town"
Kelvin gives a wave across the room to the new woman, pointing enthusiastically at the wine present. "Might be illusions, might be shapeshifting. Never trust a skinchanger, but illusions are harmless enough if you can spot them."

Klong smiles at Dale, clapping the man on the back with a hand the size of a mitt. "You Klong's favorite too!" he responds enthusastically. "You say you have problems with cultist? Tell Klong more. Klong can fight good. Klonghelp."
"Yes, Dale, tell us about these cultists. But get my drink first, if you would," she rolls a platinum coin across the bar at him. "And another of whatever these two are having."
She notices the two short wizards waving at her, and smiles in their direction. "Do you gents know those two? They seem interested in getting to know us. Dale! Our drinks and our story at that table, if you would?"
She'll hook Klong's arm and guide him over to the table, with a nod at Fil to join them.
Never one to pass up on a free drink, especially one from a lovely woman, Klong downs his second large ale and happily takes a third in his oversized hand. He is happy to be led by this strange creature to a new table. Something interesting will surely come of this.
Kelvin dances his vial of red liquid in his hands, "Well hello there! Are you familiar with the properties of dragon blood by chance?"

Fil snaps his fingers after Klong's question. "Yeah sir, your banging is very soothing, like the howling of wolves at the full moon." He notices the poster and tilts his chin. "The Mud Sorcerer?" Also not one to turn down a free drink, he goes over and joins the group. "So what is the story?"

Klong takes an immediate liking to Fil. What a genuine compliment! Klong had never heard that before. "That very nice! You first to notice."
"Dragon's blood? But I've only just met you!" she laughs, pulling out a chair and sitting. "Serena Syfer, and this is Klong! And..." she glances at Fil, having not caught his name.

Glim, knowing that no one would ever refer to him as "delightful" and mean it sincerely, harumphs, and evades the question, "Just passing through. I think the more interesting question is who you are and why you're pretending to be someone else," he says bluntly, reaching a little palm toward "Serena's" face, his stubby fingers spread apart to feel the contours of her features, focused on discerning whether she is creating an illusion or has shapeshifted and giving no thought at all to the social bizarreness of such a maneuver.
The moment of social tension is broken, quite literally, by the sound of a Dwarf crashing through the door of the Inn, labouring for breathe.
"Elementals....outside...guards need help....NOW." The door barely has time to closed before a rock shaped fist smashes through the door, launching a town guard into the Inn as the door explodes into itsy bitsy pieces

Glim gives an exasperated sigh and picks up a shield with a big eye on it, blending into the shape of a staff (the holy symbol of Ioun), that had been leaning against the table.
He waits to see what is about to enter with a casualness that belies the urgency of the situation. "Earth elemental, from the looks of it."
OoC: Wondering what Glim might know about earth elementals' M.O., resistances, etc. (Arcana?: 21)
"Glim, cover me. How's it look out there, Lucy?" Kelvin speaks out of faith as his eyes have already glazed over and the only sounds he hears is the commotion outside. Atop the roof, a white owl scans the streets.

Glim's knowledge of Elemental Earth Plane denizens is pretty complete. He knows they are extremely durable, and strong. Non magical attacks are effective, but you really need magic/magical weapons to hurt it. He'd also know they can't be Paralyzed, Petrified, Poisoned or knocked prone. He is also able to identify the one that smashed the door as a Myrmidon, a substantially greater threat than your average Earth Elemental

"I think what my friend meant to say was, 'Hello, would you like some wine?'" Glim says, his voice sounding like gravel. He nods at Klong and Fil.
