Out on the roof, Lucy has been keeping an eye on a mangy looking raven that keeps trying to sidle close, then nonchalantly look the other way and hop a bit further, then sidle up again. It hasn't made much progress.

ey/em/eirs, or they/them works, too (just not he). Role-playing since that keep on those borderlands. Here's my D&D stuff. I love it so.
Klong looks curiously at the gnome's interplay with the new woman, at first not understanding what the mage is doing. It begins to dawn on him, when the dwarf crashes through the inn's door. With a speed belying his large size, Klong runs to the bar, nearly trampling a few hapless patrons, and leaps over the oak counter, one hand supporting his weight while his two legs come up and over. In one fast motion, he grabs the rounded warhammer resting near backup kegs of ale, and dives back over the counter towards the door. It's obvious to the bard that Fil knows his way around a fight, but he's unsure about the others. "Beardy! Come with Klong!"
Warhammer raised, and battle drum at his side, Klong rushes out the door.
Initiative (I'll roll and track this here from now on):
23: Fionula Nobody
23: Glim Timbers
15: Klong the Banger
10: Guards
8: Elemental A and B (The big ones)
8: Fil
6: Kelvin Rabbitfoot
3: Elemantal C and D (The small ones)
The Inn is the southern gray section. The other gray is other buildings. Brown is the dirt path/road. EA and EB are Large and should be 10x10 but I failed drawing. Squares are 5x5 A-1 is top left, A-10 top right, I-10 bottom right
Glim:
You recognize C and D as the Myrmidon's, a bigger threat despite their smaller stature
Glim approaches the door with his shield in front of him, and tries to peek his head out to survey the field. Seeing the intermingled collection of earth elementals and guards he recognizes that precision is required. Rummaging in his pouch he dips his finger in a vial of molasses, and rubs some between his thumb and middle finger while arranging his other fingers in three precise curves, then flicks his wrist while muttering an arcane incantation under his breath. The air around the four elementals seems to shimmer for a moment, refracting the light as though it were a viscous liquid.
Casting slow on all four elementals (DC 17 wisdom save)
He then ducks back inside the inn for cover and shouts to the others, "The smaller ones pack a bigger punch. Don't try to hit them with normal metal if you can avoid it."
She's going to calmly step outside the inn, so she can get a good look at what is going on. "Excuse me, thank you, yes, safety that way." Black wisps of magic begin to coalesce around her hands. Looking at the scene, she sees two large elementals and two small ones?

Correct! The two big ones (EA and EB) are engaged with 5 guards
OOC > Since she is moving calmly, I'm going to assume Glim goes first. So...
"The small ones are always the most trouble." She will cast Banishment on EC and ED. Black swirls form above them and grow, wrapping them up and (hopefully) they disappear with audible "pops!"
There is a faint pop as one of the raging Elemental Myrmidon's disappears entirely. The remaining 3 elementals appear to visibly slow down, providing a measure of relief for the beleaguered guards
Klong hears the small gray man warn against the smaller of the elementals, and then takes in the pretty lady making one of them disappear. "Good idea lady! Klong make rock man go away too!" With a rocky smile of his own, Klong bangs his drum with a tremendous clang, a tremor that can be felt in the back of your teeth. The myrmidon elemental vibrates with the resonant frequency, blurring and then disappearing with a loud 'POP!' He then runs up to the melee to assist the guard. Turning to Fil, he grins and offers sage advice: "Come beard man! You fight good too!"
Hearing Klong's inspiring words, Fil feels a rush of adrenaline. He knows that he can succeed at anything with this man by his side.
free: Put hammer away action: cast Banishment on ED movement: To I-6 bonus: bardic inspiration on Fil (As a bonus action, a creature (other than you) within 60 ft. that can hear you gains an inspiration die (1d10). For 10 minutes, the creature can add it to one ability check, attack roll, or saving throw. This can be added after seeing the roll, but before knowing the outcome.)
She watches as one of the smaller elementals disappears with a satisfying pop, but grimaces that the one closest to her did not, until the giant bard runs past her gleefully and pops it out of this plane of existence. She smiles, and glances up at the roofline, where the raven preens its feathers, ignoring her.

The 2nd Elemental Myrmidon "pop's" from existing, leaving the 2 larger elementals. The Town Guards do admirably, but their longswords clearly have minimal effect on the hulking mounds of stone. Despite their slowed movement they make quick work of one of the guardsmen who takes 2 staggering blows and drops to the ground unconcious
(Ooc, I'm at work and I won't be able to post my turn for a little bit because my mobile browser doesn't let me do dice rolls. Kelvin can take his turn after me)
