Kelvin strides out of the tavern with an air of confidence and mastery, "Lucy, the big one closest, if you please." The white owl swoops doen, oblivious of the raven, and pecks at the nearest earth elemental's head. It's not much, but enough to get it's attention. As it turns, a thin beam of blue ice slaps the side of its head and Kelvin stands triumphant, holding his hand in the arcane configuration.

With a satisfied grin, Glim peeks back out the door and sees the guard lying on the ground. Closing his eyes and saying a brief prayer to Ioun he stares at the downed guard, who convulses a bit and wakes up ( healing word: 5 HP).
"No sleeping on the job!" Glim shouts, before muttering another incantation while twisting his wrist, causing one of the elementals to hear a deep bell sound that vibrates against its rocky body ( toll the dead: DC 17 WIS or 27 necrotic). He then returns to his point of cover.
OoC: Oops, that was 3d20 instead of 3d12. Thought it seemed a bit high. Here's the damage again: 13.
Serena (Fionula) With a wave of her hand, Fi sends her raven to distract the elemental (A) that Kelvin attacked. She then makes an arcane gesture, and a purplish black glow surrounds her hands. Three eldritch bolts, crackling with energy, slam into the elemental. Large pieces of rock fall off the planar being.
Klong Klong, realizing how hard the elementals hit, understands that if he gets hit, an even more powerful myrmidon will spring back into existence. Furthermore, it appears that conventional weapons aren't doing much. Klong's strength isn't at its best here. Taking advantage of the monster's slowed state to be able to escape safely, he leaps to the roof of the inn. He mocks the creature: "You look ice cold Rock monster! You hit by thirty degrees -- Kelvin!" Klong chuckles at his own joke.
The lithe, graceful woman smiles and points at the raven, catching its breath on the apex of a nearby roof. "That's earning your keep, Swifty!" It gives her a baleful glare. Since y'all are so perceptive, even in the midst of combat you notice she's lost her cultured accent.

ey/em/eirs, or they/them works, too (just not he). Role-playing since that keep on those borderlands. Here's my D&D stuff. I love it so.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Guards:
Spurred on by the the sudden help and decreased speed the guards renew their attack, focusing their 2 handed longsword swings on the more injured one (although one guard cannot is engaged with the other), clanking away but still doing minimal damage. The Elemental is somehow, amazingly, STILL standing.
Both Elementals double their efforts on the guard at G3, hitting it hard but the guard manages to dodge one blow and stay up.

NOTE: I edited the rolls because I forgot DA on the the first elemental. It re-rolled the 2nd because it dislikes me. The original 2nd attack missed so no damage done
DM Note: Im going to assume you go around and attack EA
Transforming into a ferocious bear, Fil gallops over to the grievously wounded Elemental like a mama protecting it's cub and cleaves it's head off with a furious swipe of it's mighty claw. As it falls, the guards react with a loud battle cry and resurgence of confidence, rallying to prepare to kill the remaining Elemental

Glim slaps his knee and lets out a chortle of glee as the large bear finally fells the battered elemental. Turning to the last elemental he repeats the incantation and wrist twist, causing the remaining brute to hear a ringing in its ears and a vibration that resonates throughout its body. ( Toll the dead: DC 17 WIS, 13 necrotic on fail) He then pops back into the inn and picks up a random abandoned glass of ale, taking a swig.
