"Science is organized knowledge. Wisdom is organized life."
Yorvalor: the agent looks over to you but still is in combat with Cade. “You sound like you believe that,” he states. Keeping his blade at the ready. “I can take you in if you surrender now.” His eyes look over to slash, making a small gesture for you to toss it to the side.
As you enter five feet from him; he circles and keeps his distance. still considering you and Cade to be armed combatants.
Emund, with this agent being a member of a more secret order, you know that surrendering won’t get you in front of Curtis, or someone favorable.
"Yes, well, I'm not confident there'd be a welcome panel of folks waiting to hear our plea. Doesn't seem just." Emund repeats the motions to cast bane and takes a moment to size up their opponent, judging to see where they stand in relation to their own capability as combatants (Perception: 15).
Emund, it’s as if time slows down. You watch the agent move, circling between Cade and Yorvalor. The shimmering field still surrounding him will definitely make him a more difficult opponent. The way he holds a blade and keeps himself in a position. You think that the three of you may be able to take him, but one of you may not survive the fight in taking him out. Maybe with a bit of luck, but that’s a fickle thing. One thing you do notice is the figure does not seem very muscular under the cloak. More lithe than anything. But the face is hidden. Even to Cade and Yorvalor, the hood keeps the face obscured. From above you hear the sounds of a open window and people searching. It seems that the contingent of knights, along with the other agent, made it to your room.
Fleeing is the safest bet. Several avenues of escape are nearby. But the 3 on 1 opportunity makes it a tempting target.
The agent, seeing Cade stall and not yet take another attack, takes a brief moment to reach into a belt and toss over a set of manacles. Tossing them to Yorvalor. “Put those on if you’re serious.”
But, it’s clear he doesn’t trust the group. His other hand making a motion around his own blade; a brief moment of chanting. A spectral iron spike appearing in the air next to Yorvalor. (Spiritual Weapon)
Yorvalor looks at the manacles at his feet, then to the agent. "I am sorry my Good Sir. My skin happens to be allergic to manacles." He keeps his hands up, look at his writs, shake his head (like nahhh), and shrugs at the agent. He sees the spectral weapon hovering next to him, he tries to keep himself calm, and also keeps eye contact with the agent.
"Listen. We have been framed for a crime that we did no commit. I swear to you on this. We also believe that your superiors most likely have something to do with the framing. Therefore being taken by you is, unfortunately, out of the question. We need to find out what happened." Yorvalor sighs. "Look, we have nothing against you. You can either lets us go to prove our innocence, or stab me with your floating weapon." He looks at the blade, then to the agent. "I sure hope we can come to a peaceful agreement". Yorvalor smiles at the agent.

"You’ve been spotted, and seen. Your faces were visible to those who accuse you.” He states.
Yorvalor, as you talk with him, the little threads of memories come back to you. Overhearing that two members of a order were seen coming off a boat. The crossed-blade pattern being distinct. Hearing one in the Cathedral. Keegan saying that he saw one of them being around the warehouses. Learning that one of these shadowy agents was hiding in the room with Masus when you came in to investigate. The fact that Masus always seemed to flare up in anger... but somehow calmed down rapidly. Now with you seeing this person having some potential for magic, could have been manipulating the entire scene. In fact, the person setting you up may not be some superior. It could be these two agents themselves. And here you stand 5 feet away from one of them.
“One last chance. For the lot of you. Surrender now.”
Yorvalor takes a deep sigh, looks down, and as fast as he is able, he ducks down. He then rolls over to the side, away from the agent. While rolling, he grabs Slash. At the end of the roll, he crouches and play a quick piercing note towards the agent. "Down you go this time!!" He casts Hideous Laughter on the agent. (OCC: CROSSING FINGERS!!!)

....looks over at Yorvalor, hearing the words but digging down mentally. A small chuckle coming out, as if the spell was beginning to work before it stopped.
(Emund & Cade, your actions. Then it’s the agents)
"And who are these accusers?" Emund adjusts himself, and prepares his spear for combat. "As far as I can tell, it's quite unlike The Faith to be bringing its Light out under the curtain of night." He walks backwards a fair bit towards the nearest building's edge, preparing to dash if need be, but keeping his eyes trained on the agent. (He'll keep the attack action readied for if the agent enters his range of 20ft – Attack: 8 Damage: 5).
To Cade, Keegan and Yorvalor, Emund says, "We need to move. The others reached my quarters and will be searching soon." He tries to listen in for where the people above might be or be headed (Perception: 10).
Emund, you hear the sounds of what is them probably tossing your room and looking around. While you’re not entirely too sure exactly the route they may take. The sounds a little muffled over words and the blood in your ears as you get ready for combat. But you do know that, if they went from your dorm room to the nearest exit. It would be at least a minute if they sprinted. If they spent their time and went out the front, a few extra minutes. Assuming nobody did something crazy like try to jump from a window.
Yorvalor whispers to Emund's ear. "Brother Emund. Unfortunately we must take our leave now. Hopefully Friend Cade will be able to distract the Agent long enough. Nikoli told us to go to the Upper District and look for a Red Mansion. We must hurry". Yorvalor leaves the scene stealthily to the direction of the Upper District. (Stealth: 18)

The idea of leaving friends with with agent doesn't sit well with Emund, but there seems to be no path that would ensure they not be captured or killed. He grits his teeth and takes off after Yorvalor (Stealth: 14). Hopefully Cade and Keegan will be well, or at the very least alive so that they can come to their aid once the situation is more in their favor.
Yorvalor and Emund turn and head off. A small reassuring nod between them and Cade before they go.
Yorvalor leads the way at first. Heading through the streets and trying to cling to shadows as much as possible. The sounds of the swordfight fading into the night as you get further away. It takes some time to get through the streets and towards the Upper District. The walled off section of the city up on the hill. With the time of day it is, the main road is closed. A few guards standing outside the iron gates and one up on the top. Private security, none of that trusting the city...
Unfortunately, while trying to think of the best way in, Emund takes a turn. Ending up about 50 feet away from the guards, kicking a small rock that skips down the cobblestone road. It echoing a bit louder than expected. The two guards look over at the two of you with a suspicious glance.
"Can we assist you at this late hour, strangers?" one says over to you all.
Glancing further down the walls, there are some trees and houses you could attempt to climb up and over. There's probably some section of the wall hit from a stray cannon during the more active parts of the war that could be a tight squeeze, too. Assuming you could find it.

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
"Sorry.." Emund whispers to Yorvalor. He looks back towards they route they took to get here, worrying about Cade, before turning back around to the task at hand. He peers along the walls, looking for ways to enter, be they divisions from damage during the wall, short stretches that could be climbed or climbed over via nearby trees or buildings, or gates that seem under-guarded (Perception: 18).
"Should we slowly make our way like we're headed towards the docks to avoid their attention?"
Emund you glance around. Down the walls there's some houses, spots with vines, and a few trees. Nothing entirely out of the ordinary, but, would be a bit of a climb (Athletics / STR).
In another direction, some crumbling down on the ground show more recent patchwork of stone. Still, it isn't completed. It would be easy enough to try and sneak through it; just have to not knock any of the loose stonework. (DEX / Stealth or Acrobatics)
Just before turning back, you do see something in the distance. It looks like a bit of a hidden tunnel. Probably cuts through the sewers and whatever may be down there, before popping up somewhere inside. An access point you wouldn't have to worry about, until coming out the other side. (No check, but... more unknowns)
(DC of 12 on the checks. I'll say one person can assist, giving advantage. But, the second person has a regular roll without advantage)
