Hermenor throws another dart and hopes it is enough. He hopes to hit the stone just at the right spot, such that it will crumble. He does this knowing it is likely the last thing he'll do.

Three of the snake creatures begin to comb the area trying to find Tyr. As two are able to find him quickly they begin to surround him readying their attack. The other three snakemen surround Hermenor and begin to strike grapple and restrain him.
(that’s 9 attempts to grapple Vs Hermenor statistically speaking you should fail but where’s the fun in that?)
grapple/restrain attempts:
162121221310
Hermenor’s escape attempts:
27122519179
The creatures are taken back and frustrated how hard it is to pin down the elf, but eventually they do, restrained Hermenor can feel the crushing around his chest making the air escape his lungs. His vision begins to grow dark around the peripheral. Tunnel vision from the lack of oxygen.
Party’s initiative, please roll your death saves in a pm forum with me. During the heat of the fight it’s hard not to check in on your companions. Honeyton and Ragnir are visibly struggling in their condition. A fight of their own for survival, you can see deep gasps for air as they lie unconscious. Priton however is remaining completely still with no breath. Blood and venom begin to pool around his body.
Hermenor - You are restrained as well, but you still make attacks. Trying to break free from a grapple takes an action so unfortunately you can’t use your bonus action for that. You could throw another dart throw if you wanted (you got to be getting close to running out though 4-5 I’m thinking) also your attacks are at disadvantage. Second attack roll: 21
As Hermenor struggles against the cooling of snake bodies around him he gets his arms free to throw another dart. Striking it once more the dart lodged itself into the stone, purple electricity flows out of it like a conduit in the air above. The purple glow intensified. He feels the grip around him loosen as they all recoil in pain, but they all shake it off. Except for another one lays on the floor dead from the shock.
Tyr just hisses a little as the snakes find him, this was not how he wanted to go out. He just lashes out with his swords at one of the snakes. He then looks around and disengages the enemy moving 30 feet in whatever direction seems less crowded.
Tyr continues to slash out in a quick flurry before running to get some distance in between him and the snakemen.
Hermenor watches as the snakemen circle around his friend raising their hands upright to strike before his vision goes black from the crushing grips of the snake bodies cooling around him.

The group wakes up, not knowing how much time Has passed. Looking around you are all chained to the floor. And to each other through hand and ankle cuffs. There is a large steel door to the left of you, the iron slate of a window showing purple glows casting a striped shadow onto the ceiling. The walls are lined with tools and equipment.... looks like medical or maybe even torture devices. There are some crates scattered around and all open. Between the boxes there is a table filled with various jars that look similar to the ones you’ve found before along with some different ones. In between the rests a large leather bound book. Dead center of the room is a metal table, a body lies on top of it. The table is centered over a large drain. Various jars and bottles have been cast aside onto the floor draining down through the grate to the darkness below. You are stripped of you belongings besides basic clothing. What would you like to do?
Hermenor whispers: "I thought we were goners, for sure. Also, anyone else thinks this is where they make these snakemen hybrids? The anesthetic we found is surely part of the surgery. I don't want to let go of my legs... any ideas?"
Hermenor is probably at an advantage here, not being a big user of weapons to begin with. Making sure they are alone, he'll try to quietly one-inch punch the cuffs off himself (action and bonus action but assuming he doesn't have the insignia of claws on him).
-> One-inch punch vs cuffs: Attack: 26 Damage: 8 bludgeoning.
-> One-inch punch vs cuffs: Attack: 25 Damage: 9 bludgeoning.
If it works, we'll repeat the procedure with everyone else's cuffs. Again, only if they are alone in this room.
It takes more than the two punches, but it shows that they are effective. Overtime Hermenor is able to slowly beat away his cuffs and the groups. Stopping every so often as the purple stripes across the ceiling goes black as if someone is standing and looking in through the window.
Hands raw and bloody across the knuckles, but free.
"If we come across anymore of them I can surprise them with my breath weapon, but I don't much have anything besides some of my more basic spells." Priton says as he rubs his wounds a little bit "Figure if we get out, maybe we can get in contact with the guild and have some of them come in to help?" Priton asks as he looks or any exits ( Perception: 19 )

Peering around the room in the low light emanating from the door window. You notice the obvious door as a possible exit way as well as a set of hinges on the grate below the table. A ladder just beneath leading downward.
The table setting on top with the corpse of a human male, glyphs carved into the skin and a open wound sliced across the abdomen. Blood, gore, and various chemicals are dripping down the walls of the pit.
there still remains boxes and crates as well as the desk cluttered with supplies.
Tyr shudders as he wakes up in chains "Ugh...******* serpents." is all he makes out before stretching his arms trying to see how much movement he has with the cuffs.

Professor Honeyton stands upright for a brief moment to stretch his muscles. Licking his sharp teeth as he gazes around the room. Noticing that others have started investigating the table with the corpse and the trap door underneath it. Honeyton descends back onto all fours, and walks over to the table where he sees the book between the various jars. He looks upon the book to see if they're any noticeable inscriptions or if the book has a cover with a title.
Looking in the table you see various bottles and vials meticulously labeled in common: Pain killer, anti venom, quicksilver, gold filings, ground taproot, giant tears, Naga blood, Ichor of mushrot l, and salt. Amongst a varying set of scalpels and tools.
Flipping through the book, it is written in abyssal. The tome is completely filled with pages and pages of script along with diagrams and pictures of humans, creatures, and what is assumed to be anagalmations between them all. One such diagram being a half person and half giant snake. It appears half science and half necromantic magic with certain glyphs reappearing throughout. The same glyphs seen on the stones.

Action: Attack
-> Dart vs cursed stone: Attack: 8 Damage: 9 piercing.
OOC: of course...
Hermenor throws another dart towards the stone hanging from the ceiling. Unfortunately one of the snakemen smack it away with their tails.
Tyr with great quickness creates some space and turns the corner to try and hide, making his way towards the stone.

(OOC: I'm assuming Hermenor is simply grappled, right? This should have no bearing in his ability to attack. If so...)
Hermenor struggles a bit until he finds a way to free his wrist just enough to throw what he assumes will be his last dart:
Action: Attack
-> Dart vs cursed stone: Attack: 10 Damage: 7 piercing.
If he can, we'll use his bonus action and movement to try to escape the grapple (STR check: 11).
