Using the shadows and whatever natural cave formations are around Tyr will sneak up and try to look through the entrance to see if there is any danger inside.
Skirting up to the edge of the entrance, peeking around the side of the entryway. You see a room that opens up to be about 20 feet wide and 60 feet long. The entire right side of the room had clear scratches and marks from pick axes. A small pillar sits halfway into the room. It rises up about 4 feet. You also see 3 figures in black robes, crouched and waiting. One almost prone next to the pillar and two more in the far corners.
Tyr walks back to the group slowly "The room is 20 by 60 with 3 figures waiting for us, one is prone near a 4 ft pillar in the center and the other 2 are in the far corners. How do you all want to approach this?" he asks looking at them.
"I can run in and tank a few hits once yall have done whatever you want to do while we have the advandtage of surprise." Priton says as he lights up his hammer and pets his badger

Understanding from Tyr's description than a surprise attack is out of the question, Hemenor will simply throw a dart at the closest robbed figure (from 20 feet away).
Action: Attack
-> Dart vs. robbed figure: Attack: 10 Damage: 8 piercing.
(OOC: Advantage if still unseen from a distance? Maybe? Here's a roll: 20).
Since Ragnir is bottom of initiative, there would be no need for being sneaky. Just trying to work it out thematically and by the rules. You could still charge in if you wanted.
Hermenor’s dart flies silently through the air. Hitting the target (cultist 1) with only making a muffled “oomph”. The body collapses from the stooped position, motionless.
After Hermenor’s attack, Tyr slips past strafing to the right after his first dagger strikes true sending the body in the corner crumpling to the ground. He tosses the second dagger to the figure in the left corner. The body pinned to the cave wall before collapsing.
as Tyr finishes his move to the closest left corner, a previously unseen cultist strikes out.

Rushing in behind Tyr with the blue glow of his long sword illuminating the nearby area sees the surprise attack and attempts a retaliation of his own.
Attack: 20 Damage: 6
Tyr shrugs off the blow causing no damage. Ragnir storms up from behind slashing his side. The cultist screams out in pain, but is still standing.
Priton charging in lighting up the room either further. The sudden charge of enemies pouring into the room the second hidden cultist from the right corner trades blows with Priton.
Cultist 5 attack: Attack: 9 Damage: 6

Priton brushes off the attack with his shield befOre smashing down his hammer on the cultists clavicle. Looking pretty bartered, but still standing.
Update: the three previous cultists have been slain. There now remain two cultists . Cultist 4 is engaged with Ragnir and Tyr to the left, Cultist 5 is engaged with Priton to the right. Hermenor is still in the doorway, between the two scuffles.
After the continued assault from Hermenor and Tyr the two remaining cultists are lifeless on the floor.
Ragnir’s sword loses its blue hue.
Looking into the room. The right side of the cave covered in loose debris, the wall bearing scratch marks all across showing recent work. Hermenor and Priton can already feel their feet sliding on the loose gravel across the rocky floor. The pillar in the center you can see has a small black rock with runes like the big one that tethered the Lady of White. But much smaller, about the size of a fiat. The five bodies lay strewn about the room as everything goes quiet again. Across the room, passed the end of your magical torchlight a tunnel can be seen to continue the path further into the mine.
