Dog can see that the spikes are rusty and thus, prone to jamming. By triggering the trap safely with a pole or sword, he can lean on the spikes and cause them to jam, staying up. Every 10 feet down the hallway takes an additional 12 seconds to jam a trap (permanently, unless you try to (un-jam them!) for a total of 41 seconds to discover and jam the whole hallway.
At the end of the long hallway, Dog can see the green aura room to his right...and a crystal minotaur stepping into it...
Gash holds out his hands... they are full of mushrooms."Do you know what these are? They have psychoactive properties that leave a person mildly but uncontrollably empathic... maybe we can feed it to the minotaur and overwhelm him with our fears or maybe he will help us instead?!"

Gash- Lvl14 Goblin Wizard - The High Court of the Aasimar Queen
"Ah there's the green roo-- shit! Crystal minotaur incoming walking through the green! Should we try to make a stand and break it open a bit before backing into the red room? It would at least hurt itself on the spike traps," Dog says as he quickly but carefully jumps over the spike traps on his way back to the others just shy of the red aura. He pulls his longbow and readies a shot for when he sees the construct turn the corner.
Dog fires two arrows in quick succession, and if others seem like they want to stay and fight, he'll stow that and ready his warhammer to do some bashing.
Attack: 21 Damage: 3
Extra Attack: 22 Damage: 3
Does the construct have any visible damage, burns, or a green glowing greataxe? Meaning is it a new one or one we've seen before?
Dog will be the "last one out" -- as long as someone's still there, he'll stay there right by the aura, ready to step in if everyone's retreating, but otherwise ready to fight. He's buoyed by the fact that it's the same one they're been fighting for a while.
Stones runs up to where he can see the Minotaur, pulls out his bagpipes, and plays a tune that sounds a lot like the Celine Dion song from Titanic while casting Dissonant Whispers at level 3.
On a failed (Wis 14) save, it takes 5d6 psychic damage and must immediately use its reaction, if available, to move as far as its speed allows away from me
The minotaur charges forward with a roar, weaving through the spikes and striking at ( 6 ) Stones with its horns and ( 6 ) Stones again with its greataxe.

(Roll his attack. It comes around the corner only 6 seconds after Dog readies his attack.)
The minotaur turns the corner and begins weaving through the vertical rusty spikes towards the party, gripping its glowing green ax.
Dog fires two arrows in quick succession, and if others seem like they want to stay and fight, he'll stow that and ready his warhammer to do some bashing.

(I added the glowing ax part above. It does have some minor damage, yes, in addition to that which Dog just did.)
Everyone else may take a shot or stand and fight. I will assume the minotaur is last in the initiative order due to how the events unfolded.
Gash puts a mushroom on the end of his crossbow and fires at the Minotaurs face.
Attack: 11 Damage: 10
Gash - Lvl14 Goblin Wizard - The High Court of the Aasimar Queen
Gash obliterates the mushroom when the bolt fires, causing him to jerk the crossbow when mushroom bits spray everywhere. The bolt strikes the ceiling.
(If you are moving after you fight, please say so, otherwise I will assume you stand your ground!!)

Damage: 23
WIS(14) check: 16
The minotaur shudders in response to Stones' attack but it does not turn away. Its crystalline skull cracks slightly, however.
(Tock, Bulwark, and Feytok may still go.)
Tock will surely take a shot as well:
Attack: 15 Damage: 8
Tock's bolt bounces off the hard crystal but manages to cause a small crack in its chest.
Feytok throws his greataxe, after which it pops back into his hand. He readies for the minotaur's charge along with everyone else.
Greataxe (improvised) Attack: 8 Damage: 3
(Bulwark may take a turn. FYI, the minotaur is 25 feet from the edge of the red aura.)
(Has it reached any of the spike traps, or has it shown any sign it's noticed them?)
(It is weaving through the spikes. It is halfway through the hallway right now.)
Bulwark throws a javelin.
Javelin Attack: 7 Damage: 5
The minotaur charges forward with a roar, weaving through the spikes and striking at (Unable to parse dice roll.)

Gore Attack: 15 Damage: 11
Greataxe Attack: 8 Damage: 25
(everyone may take their turn)
Gash positions himself behind the others without abandoning them into a teleporter and casts magic missile.
Force Damage: 8 + Fury of the Small: 5 damage
Gash - Lvl14 Goblin Wizard - The High Court of the Aasimar Queen
Stones continues his assault with his bagpipes and casts Dissonant Whispers again, this time at 1st level.
Damage: 13
Tock stays and fights:
Attack: 17 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll.
