(You rolled 2 1s and also a 2 in your damage roll on that crit attack.)
Tock, Keyrie, Dog, and Stones all still have a turn, and here are Bulwark's rerolls: 3, 3, 2, which makes the damage total 19 on that crit hit (It looks like the damage roll was for his +1 maul, so it does apply.)
Stones’ fur stands on end, his tails puffs up and he begins to growl as he feels the fear gripping him. Tensing up, he begins to move his daggers in a complex pattern that is part dance, part juggling. As the pattern and the sunlight gleaming from the blades gives just a slight distraction to those around, he casts Calm Emotions on the dragon, causing any humanoid within a 20 foot radius to feel the fear effect suppressed, providing they fail or choose to fail their Charisma 14 saving throw.
Stones does choose to fail it.
He follows with a bonus action to InspireDog “Make boots out of this lizard!” (1d8)

Dog was struck nearly dumb by the dragon's terrifying roar, immediately rethinking his decision to mount it. The flashing of Stones' daggers distract him a bit and he composes himself (choosing to fail his saving throw on the bard's spell) with a quick breath. He galvanizes his reserves and grabs ahold of his hammer, and begins leveling powerful blows over and over again at any weak spots he can see (using his action surge):
OOC: where is the javelin of lightning right now? It transforms back into a javelin when it hits its target, so I assume embedded somewhere in its chest or belly, or perhaps on the ground?
I'll use inspiration on that first hit: 7 -- making the first attack a 22...
And as his bonus action, Dog will use second wind to regain 16 hp
"Go my feathered friends, peck until you can't any more, even the biting of an ant will sting eventually." Keyrie tells the swarms to start attacking the dragon. Raven Swarm 1 Attack: 9 Damage: 12 Raven Swarm 2 Attack: 20 Damage: 2 Raven Swarm 3 Attack: 16 Damage: 8 Raven Swarm 4 Attack: 13 Damage: 9 Raven Swarm 5 Attack: 16 Damage: 7 Raven Swarm 6 Attack: 8 Damage: 7 Raven Swarm 7 Attack: 12 Damage: 6 Raven Swarm 8 Attack: 5 Damage: 5
Then Keyrie will try and move all the horses to the side, towards where Gash went with Genny. (Guessing it will be an animal handling check) Animal Handling: 24
"Come on Myon don't let this oversized lizard scare you, come over here!" Keyrie will try and use her bonus action to tell Myon what to do and hope he is not too frightened and is at least able to follow her away from the dragon.
Dozens and dozens of ravens circle and dive, taking turns pecking around the dragons eyes and at its existing wounds. The dragon roars, flapping its wings.
"Who are you? What manner of creatures defy ME?!"
The dragon breathes a long, wide plume of green, poisonous gas directly at Stones and all the way to Tock (but noooot quite reaching Sweet Apple Cider's head), snagging 1 of the swarms of ravens in its blast.
Poison Breath (Recharge 5–6). The dragon exhales poisonous gas in a 60-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 18 Constitution saving throw, taking 16d6 poison damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Tock CON(18) check: 15 or take 44 damage, half on a success.
Stones CON(18) check: 10 or take 65 damage, half on a success.
Swarm of ravens: 6 or take 50 damage, half on a success.
Everyone in the poison takes the full brunt of the poisonous breath. A dozen ravens drop from the sky around Stones, who also falls down, unconscious. Tock remains seated on Sweet Apple Cider.
Everyone may take their round 4 action in any order. At the end of this devastating attack, it is hard to say who is winning. The dragon looks bloodied, broken-scaled, and is favoring its right leg.

Seeing their new friend fall, Keyrie face turns grim, "I have already lost enough friends. Continue your assault! Peck that beast to death!" (I believe one swarm is dead while the rest should be fine) Raven Swarm 1 Attack: 23 Damage: 8 Raven Swarm 2 Attack: 13 Damage: 7 Raven Swarm 3 Attack: 12 Damage: 9 Raven Swarm 4 Attack: 9 Damage: 5 Raven Swarm 5 Attack: 19 Damage: 7 Raven Swarm 6 Attack: 18 Damage: 6 Raven Swarm 7 Attack: 18 Damage: 3

Tock sees the poison cloud clear, just barely alive, but sees Stones being down. He shouts, "OH NO! GET UP!" and casts Healing Word for 7 hp on Stones.
He then guides the horse forward another 10 feet, turns it around and takes another shot at the beast with an enhanced bolt:
Attack: 11 Damage: 25
After reacting to the situation he also recalls that the dragon shouted something...
He yells back, "We are protecting a child from " .. and switching to the voice of the main angel they met at the standoff near the beginning of the journey, ".. from forces of heaven.. " and switching to the voice of the main demon, ".. and forces of hell!".
(It might be too much to fit into a turn, so in that case the speech is left for the next turn)
"Dang it Dog, why did you have to be riding it..."
Gash reassesses and notices Friend didn't move with him as he took Genny out of harm's way. "I'm going to need a favor buddy, Help Bulwark!"
Then Gash releases three streams of fire from his hands as they swirl around eachother toward the dragon. scorching ray Attack: 15 Damage: 4 Attack: 22 Damage: 4 Attack: 19 Damage: 6
Friend swirls around the dragon distracting it from Bulwark to give him advantage on his next turn
~~~Bulwark, feeling Stones’ magic wash over him, feels the instilled fear drain away (choosing to fail the Calm Emotions save). He then rears back with his maul, and with a mechanical growl, recklessly slams it into the dragon three times.~~~~
Bulwark, the fear only momentarily lifted by Stones’ magic, looks over to the fallen form of his new companion, and with a mechanical growl of rage, attempts to strike the dragon three times. (Missed that Stones was downed, despite reading it. Oops. Just take the first roll of all the attacks below.)
In rapid succession, the raven swarms, Tock, Gash, and Bulwark assault the dragon. It proves to be too much and the beast. Straining against the constant barrage of blows, it tries to lift off but flops to the ground. Green tinted blood seeps out from beneath its scales as it releases a last poisonous breath.
Stones gives a phlegmy cough, rolls over and sneezes the last of the gas from his nose and carefully stands up. “He should brush his teeth more often, his breath is terrible. Thank you Tock”
(WIS save if needed, though Dog I think still would have landed his hits without advantage during his last round: 5)
Dog's also immediately flying over the Gentoa to make sure she's okay. "That was scary little one, but not to worry, we made sure the mean dragon didn't eat anyone. Look at those pretty bird friends Keyrie made! I'm sure she'll introduce you."
To the rest of the group, he says: "I knew we could do this! We are dragonslayers! The horses though, that's a loss. Anyone know how to animate a dragon corpse to fly us to Masa? That was a joke."
Dog goes around to his companions to make sure they are okay, makes sure Stones has access to a healing potion or three, and then asks Keyrie for help in harvesting dragon body parts. "A mercenary I knew once had red dragonscale armor, and it was very, very good. Green should be good too. Let's try to take as many as we can and put them in the bag of holding and the carriage. And Gash, aren't there arcane uses for dragon teeth, heartstrings, eyes, blood, claws, bones, etc? Want to help harvest those as Stones rests up?"
[Not sure what checks you need, but Dog will help with any survival or dex check someone else makes, and will accept help for a strength check: 24]
With the timeline shrinking, Dog also suggests trying the helm, ticking through options.
"Could we try to see Masa somehow, or someplace closer to it, through scrying? That would help the odds of getting there quite a bit.
My concern is that though we're making okay time on this road on horseback, we'll get there well after the proceedings finish. And if we just try to teleport to Masa from just looking at it on a map, Gash mentioned that there's a very good chance that the spell would misfire and we'd all get hurt. The grown-ups could handle even a few of the misfires, but Genny... I don't even want to think of it.
So teleporting unless we're really sure we can make the spell work is out of the question. Unless we can: see Masa or somewhere closer to it, recall that one of us has been to a place closer along the road to Masa, or find a way to go a LOT faster, we'll just have to deal with missing the proceedings.
Gash, maybe you can send to Nev and get her advice? Could she ask this minotaur archmage who brought her to Masa to come back and bring us?"
Listening to his musings while pulling scales off the dragon he offers his own thoughts, "Now that we have an object," as he kicks the huge corpse, "can we teleport to where it has a nest? Might be something interesting there and if it's somewhere high up we might be able to spot some very distant object or mountain range or something to use as our next teleportation destination?"
Tock puts his wand away, seeing now how some of the group is near and on top of the dragon.
