Keyrie uses her bonus action to summon the unicorn totem spirit. Placing it so that it covers Dog and Myon trying to get as many other people in it as possible. (I forget who is purple) Keyrie will then cast cure wounds at a first level spell slot on Myon 4 everyone in the aura also gains 6 hp.

Bulwark growls, annoyed to still be dealing with the obstruction in front of while his fellows are on the other side of the battlefield. He swings again:

If that fells the Bugbear, he'll use his movement and action to dash and join the fray with his compatriots, if not he'll swing again:
Dog uses his reaction to cast force to up his AC by 1 to make the B3 hit into a miss. The B1 attack hits and the healing from Keyrie is welcome.
After ducking, he looks at the Bugbear who fell to Gash, and sees two more. One just attacked the goliath and one attacked the lion. He gets mad about the one who attacked the lion.
"No you don't" he yells. "the only one who wrestles with Myon is me!"
He jumps up, raises his hammer, and descends from the carriage onto B1. hammerhead first. He swings again once he lands. No one hits the adorable lion without getting Dog's permission first.
Dog turns to leap off the carriage and B4 takes a swing at him while he is turning away.

Then Dog lands with a thunderous blow, killing the prone bugbear with his first strike. Swiveling around the corner of the carriage, he lands his second blow on B4, nearly knocking the wind out of the berserker. (I took some liberties there...)
(Ah, definitely thought I could drop onto one of them without really moving squares and getting an AoO from one - no worries though. And yes, moving the second hit onto B4 makes sense!)
Stones moves to H10 and sees the last bugbear fighting Bulwark. Stones then rears back then suddenly jerks his upper body forward, fur standing on end, tail twitching and casts Dissonant Whispers at 2nd level.
Keyrie motions for the remaining wolves Myon to surround the carriage and keep an eye out for anyone else that may be coming. Keyrie will then move over to Bulwark (I think I have enough movement to get over there) and cast cure wounds with a second level spell slot. 10 (everyone within the unicorn aura gains 6 hp as well.
Lost in a rage, B7 is unaware that his brethren have fallen. He sees Keyrie undo the scant amount of damage he did to the warforged and slides around the giant construct and takes a reckless swipe at the firbolg druid.
Greataxe Attack: 12 Damage: 13 (Miss! Poor sod is going out with a whimper.)
Bulwark catches the bugbear after he makes his final attack with a maul to the ribs, sending it to the ground and bringing the maul swinging down to cave his face in.

This bugbear is a tough bastard. Both hits land, one of them causing a bloody, gaping wound. The ragged-looking berserker does not fall, however.
