(Shops are open. I'm going to stick with the same shopping rules as in Taur. Masa is a much larger city but so are their more customers to buy the items up. Here's a recap:

Come morning, the remaining four adventurers find that Stones and Keyrie have left, having committed themselves to a different quest than the one that Dog, Tock, Gash, and Bulwark find themselves on. Sister Mariati wakes them personally and, over breakfast, informs them that Molas' story was easily verified compared to historical records and divine texts. The herald he spoke to was the second most common to appear to mortals. His divine mark was independently confirmed as authentic, and he had details of the herald that were not commonly known.
As they exit the temple, they see Molas and one of the acolytes talking intimately over his own breakfast. Her melodious laughter echoes across the temple walls. Perhaps Molas has received Tymora's blessing for successfully completing his divine task...
Gash finds a dispel magic scroll without any trouble. It is valued at 75gp.
The potion of clairvoyance is not available in Masa, as far as Dog can determine. In a stroke of luck, however, he finds a potion of mind reading available for 675 gold.
As Dog thinks about the talks that occurred while they traveled with Gentoa, he realizes that the gods themselves would not be present. Nor would they send their warriors. Some kind of celestial representative, probably a deva, is likely and maybe even a highly trusted cleric could be called upon to speak for the heavens. Celestial creatures like unicorns are not associated with specific gods but have a good relationship with many of the good-aligned gods.

What about the angels who seemed to bargain with Bael way back in that army camp? Basically trying to find out what temple would be more likely to know about the bargain, since Tymora's temple seems so cut off. Assuming that devas are vanishingly rare, so a cleric of which persuasion would be most likely to be involved in the talks/accords? And can Dog ask where the temple of Milil is?
His first priority, however, is to try to get that amulet off of Nev.
In terms of what he'd use his downtime to identify (as ritual), he'd pull out the amulets the minotaur threw on the ground and try to figure out the exact nature of the enchantment.
Solars are even more rare than devas and more suited for battle than devas. As for which gods, they must be united in some way. Here are the list of gods in the pantheon (which is easily accessible from a sister of the temple if not remembered. Not all of them have temples but that's not something your check would tell you.)
First thing in the morning Gash requests a private audience with Mother Gyllis to discuss his concerns and ask for assistance if she can provide any.
Mother Gyllis:
I suspect Nev is under an enchantment spell, I do not know the capabilities of your temple but could you assist me in freeing her for this awful control. It doesn't seem to be hurting her but she is willing to offer her child to that warlock. If you need time to gather supplies or further assistance, I will head off to the market I need some supplies of my own. It is urgent but possibly not time sensitive. If you understand my meaning. Thank you Mother Gyllis.
Gash then heads out to the market area with the others. He digs the Pearl for Dog out of the sack and hands it over to him, "I'm very proud of your advancements. You're a very good student. I'm glad to call you a friend and now my contemporary."
At Tock's request, Gash finds himself a jeweler. He lays several gems and stones and jewels one by one, displeased with the offer on the Jade, Gash sells the shopkeep the jewels and purchases 900gp in diamonds. He puts the rest in the coffers.
Gash finishes up by quickly heading off to the magic store to buy some scrolls, finding several he's interested in:
Gash spends the 525gp. He tells the shopkeep he will check back in a couple days for ring of spell storing, watery sphere scroll, and phantom steed scroll. And with that, Gash heads back to the temple.
Mother Gyllis listens somewhat distractedly. "Yes, well, that may be true," she says at length. "But I am an unsure what you would have me do. She is part of a bargain with the Heavens and the Hells. Perhaps this was part of that bargain. Perhaps she entered it willingly. Perhaps you endanger the very peace that she helped foster between the celestials and the infernals. Besides, I have not the magic to help with such items. We are healers first and foremost, not artificers. If you do decide to proceed with your...rescue...of the girl's mother, you will have to figure it out yourself. Or find someone who can cast the magicks you require."
With that, Mother Gyllis shepherds Gash from her study and goes back to preparing her service.
Dog will ritually identify the amulets we have. He will then seek out Sister Muna and ask about the reformed thief who spied on the accords for the angels.
"What does this thief, your cousin, look like? Where does he live? How could we speak with him?"
He'll also suggest to Tock, Gash, and Bulwark going to the Temple of Milil to see if they know more about the accords. "We're working with Tymora's people because they were helpful in Karkarus, and because of Merxina's prophecy, which we knew about because that dryad helped us as we ran from the celestial battle way back at that army camp when we were first helping Nev and Genny escape fiends. We could work with other temples to other gods. I don't think we know of any other way to seek out what the heavens and hells have at stake, what the rules are, and what they have in mind for us. Unless this thief cousin of Sister Muna can actually tell us more."
He will once again advocate going to Nev's inn to try to remove her amulet. "Gash, do you think you can do it, and get rid of its effect?"
"I picked up a spell I think might work, it will take me a few hours to transcribe into my spellshard but after that... I think I might be able do it. If not we're going to have to see a poweful healer or mage."

Gash- Lvl14 Goblin Wizard - The High Court of the Aasimar Queen
It has been a long time since Martin has been to Masa. The long trek from the coast along the river as uneventful, even pleasant. Masa would prove to be something else entirely. Among those who know such things, Masa is considered perhaps the second largest city in all of Alcion. As such, it is crowded, noisy, and smelly. It could be uncomfortable to a forester such as Martin, but a buzz of excitement clouds all of the negatives of this big city. Something is happening here and Martin is almost pulled towards it.
But before he can become distracted by what may amount to nothing but wishful thinking, he must take care of his real reasons for being here: Resupplying and perhaps dropping in on his old druid friend, Gargus.
Masa is unlike anything he has ever experienced. The chaos and the variety of people and beliefs is astounding. By his third day in the city, though, the roar is reduced to a background hum. Places that looked foreign or intimidating now look familiar. The priests of Lathander have been very welcoming to Althus, even granting him shelter while he orients to city life and waits for divine inspiration on where to go next. Althus is here to protect...someone. Or something. It isn't entirely clear. But the gods have a vested interest in this person. Or object. With a city this vast, though, it is daunting to even know where to begin.
The priests of Lathander have been little help. There have been whispers of strife in the heavens, a conflict that has spilled into the mundane world. Towns to the northeast have been overrun by demons, devils, and other abberations. So far, they have not arrived at Masa, but the word is that agents of the gods and the devils have been meeting in the city in secret. Since Lathander has not provided any new guidance since Althus has arrived at Masa, he may need to investigate the rumors to find their source on his own.
For now, he has completed his final task: Picking up a custom order from the enchanter. He slips his robe on and steps outside. He will need to attune to the item before it is effective but for now, it serves its purpose in blocking the cold autumn air. He looks around at the bustle wondering just where the agents of the hells and heavens may be hiding.
"Ya know, I don't have to do my transposing here, Dog. We could go to Nev and Genny and maybe you can talk to them while I get my spell in order if you're really antsy. It does seem like we will be here for a few days... This may not be as urgent as we once though. It might be able to wait a day while we find out more about the um... boy what did that call it? ... The uhh - uh- A-Accords."
I'm very uneasy about all of this. I-I um I am much more comfortable throwing fire at bad guys and devils... or helping you smash them. I suppose we should start with finding out about the Accords. Maybe you and Bulwark can do that? I know Tock is out for the moment, but I can pack up my scrolls and go spend time with Nev and Genny. I'll transpose and just make sure they're safe. Then you know after things go well, maybe I can help you transpose some spell scrolls too, if you have any -- the store seemed to have a lot of them.

Martin knows it’s time to return to the woods... but he’s not looking forward to it. It’s lost the appeal it had. This city shows how much more there is to the world, and suggests how much more he might do with his skills.
Martin takes his time through the shops, buying things he isn’t even sure he needs. Finally, after taking as much time as he can, he goes to find Gargus.
Althus clenches a fist, marveling at how much stronger he feels with his new gauntlets. As he steps out into the street, balancing on the massive claws extending from his shoulders, he holds up a small gauntlet marked with an eye. He lets it dangle from a thin chain before it settles on a direction and he heads the way in which it points.
