Gash takes in Dog's message back and says, "Hey I need to go to the market for my spells. I forgot a component, Bulwark, you can stay here. I'll be back shortly."
Gash heads into town as quickly as possible. He finds the magic store he had already been in before and rushes to the counter. "Do you have another scroll of Dispel Magic? I didn't think this through and its become a little urgent for me. I've already copied it and I should have just used it."

(I believe thats a success.)
Gash is jogging in place as the person working the counter checks for the scroll. "I'm sorry I'm in such a hurry. I hope to see you again another day and maybe we will have time to chit chat a little sorry sorry!" Gash pays whatever the person wanted and runs back to Genny and the horses. As he gets closer to the inn Gash will cast detect magic to make sure the amulet is still being worn by Nev. If he sees it glowing as soon as he is within about 100 feet of Nev he will open the scroll and cast its magic on the amulet.

Dog, Martin, and Althus:
The rooftop is pretty clear of any clues. It looks like there is half of a footprint on the ledge in some fresh pigeon poop but otherwise little else to go on.
On the ground, Ritter looks to be truly dead. He is wearing freshly pressed black clothing and fine leather shoes that match. His pockets contain 10 gold pieces, 10 silver pieces, and 7 copper pieces, an ivory comb, a clean, embroidered handkerchief, a silver chain holding a depiction of Lathander (worth 25 gp), a brass key, and a folded piece of paper. On the paper reads in beautifully ornate script: "Thank you for your help in the negotiations. The information you provided was invaluable. We have a chance now. We will see you again soon. - Axonia"
Gash:
Neventi waves to Gash as he approaches. She is indeed still wearing the amulet.
"What's that?" Neventi says as Gash begins to cast from the scroll. "Hey!"
She storms towards Gash, trying to reach the scroll before he finishes. The spell goes off, raining a cascade of glittering magic down upon her. "What are you doing?" the woman demands. "Why are you casting magic on me?" Before Gash can answer, her lips purse tightly. "I think you should leave."
The amulet still rests around her neck, glowing as before.
Althus puts the head of the maul on the ground, leaning on it as he removes his helm. With that off, his skin is tinted light blue, matching his eyes, and he has silver hair to his shoulders from which two knife-ears poke out of. He scratches the side of his head confusedly, his voice without the helm being slightly higher pitched than one would expect from someone of his build, "Well, I wasn't really able to see much after poor Ritter here was hit. If you know his cousin and want to bring him to a temple, I will accompany you. Does this sort of thing happen often in this city?"
"I'm sorry, that amulet you're wearing. Its enchanted. its controlling you. I wouldn't hurt you. Nev... I'm sorry, I'm just trying to do my duty and protect you and Genny. I care for you both a great deal. Please, let me help."

She is clearly furious but she says, "I want to trust you, but how can I when you are doing this kind of thing."
She stomps back and forth clenching and unclenching her fists. At last, she takes a deep breath. "You have taken good care of my daughter. For that, I thank you. For that, I want to give you another chance. Bring Dog and the others tomorrow so that we can leave. Please."
"Nev, I'm sorry. I know I just look like some d-d-d-umb gob- g- goblin. I should have talked to you but we believe that amulet is messing with your head. And we just want to be sure of it. Did you know there was magic attached to it? Look, we've been through so m-much to bring Genny back to you Nev. And look, here she is. We lost Fey..Fey-F-FeyTok to bring her to you. Please Nev. Dog is worried too. I told him to meet us here. I don't want to harm you I just want to dispel that enchantment off the amulet. Please, I can take you to the store, the magic sh-sh-shop where I got it. He can tell you what kind of s-sc-scroll it is. If you let me make sure that amulet is cleansed of all possible enchantments that could be messing with your head and you still feel the same way, I'll take you where ever you want to go, or I'll leave and you'll n-n-never see me again."
Gash's stutter started to return as he spoke, it got worse.
Dog thinks to whether he has heard of Axonia before. He tells Althus that he's only been in the city a day or two and he's already been attacked by a minotaur, but from what he's seen, most people have been living normal lives. He warns the two newcomers that if they come with him, weird and dangerous events may occur and asks if they are good at defending themselves and others, looking at their weapons. He starts to tell them a bit about Gash the goblin wizard, Tock the kenku cleric-rogue, Bulwark the warforged barbarian, and the others in their party, but he does not talk about the details of Neventi and Genoa and the heavens and hells quite yet. He's still feeling them out.
Dog is ready to head back to the temple, carrying Ritter, and telling Martin and Althus about the people in the temple (sorry weekend got crazy and couldn't post a lot).
It is not far to get back to the temple from the gardens (A right turn out of the gardens. A left turn on Helm Street.) Carrying a gruesomely murdered person makes the trek feel like it is 100 miles long, though. A blanket draped over the body serves to keep stares to the minimum usual amount of stares. Setting Ritter down in the temple, a crowd of acolytes and sisters crowd around Dog and the newcomers. Someone immediately runs to find Sister Muna. When Ritter's cousin does arrive, she immediately falls to weep over the body.
Gash and Bulwark:
"Just go," Neventi says. "You've done enough for now. Gentoa and I are safe here. We will talk about it tomorrow."
Tock is chilling at the Temple, look at people passing by and so on. ( as far as I know then this is where Gash went and Tock followed )
Gash left the Temple to go to Neventi's inn. So Tock has been chilling by himself for a while. But!
Tock:
Dog and two strangers burst into the temple carrying a dead body covered in a blanket. A crowd gathers around and one of the sisters runs to get Sister Mins. When she returns, she instantly recognizes the dead man as her cousin, Ritter, and begins openly weeping over his body.
Dog, Tock, Martin, and Althus are now all together.
Gash returns to the temple to find Dog and Tock talking with two strangers, each wearing armor and carrying weapons. On the floor is the body of a dead man, Sister Muna sobbing over him.
Bulwark:
Neventi eyes Bulwark. "I don't really know you. My daughter clearly does." She smiles at Gentoa drawing with a piece of chalk on the warforged's leg. "I'd prefer if you join Gash. I do not need any protection here, I promise."
Tock doesn't change a thing, like he's supposed to be there. He's keeping an eye out for anyone following the newcomers or anyone paying extra attention to what's going on.
"I m-m-m-m-messed up. I got tt-too hasty. I tried to dispell that sssstupid amulet without talking to Nev, sh-sss-she doesn't t-trust me anymore, she sent-t-t me away."

Martin will be happy to assist the investigations of Ritter’s body, and the roof site.
“You’re asking if I like demons or angels better? Huh... I don’t suppose this has anything to do with meetings between the two here in town?”

Yes, Althus was there.

Behind Nev, to Gash, Bulwark motions to him, miming taking off the amulet. He tilts his head, questioningly.
DM + Gash
Tock has learned the local accent by watching many of the locals in conversation.
Nev:
"Nev, I'm sorry. I know I just look like some d-d-d-umb gob- g- goblin. I should have talked to you but we believe that amulet is messing with your head. And we just want to be sure of it. Gash turns his back to Nev and casts a spell...
Message Bulwark:
"You may just need to hold her in place Bulwark. I don't know if simple removal will work. If you're okay to do that, I wont hesitate to act."
Gash turns back around facing everyone looking dejected.
Nev:
"Y-y-you and Gen-n-ny g-g-g-ga-gave me pur-p-p-purpose... It is a-a-a-always ah-ah-all for you both. T-t-top priority."
He looked pained as he spoke, embarrassed, ashamed, worried. his green skin nearly turning white.

Gash left the Temple to go to Neventi's inn. So Tock has been chilling by himself for a while. But!
