Stones darts through the wolves and throws two daggers wildly. Friend dives at B3, allowing Gash to land a hit. He also hits B1 and B4, missing only B5.
(Wolves 3, 4, and 5 don't have enough speed to get there this turn. Do you want them to use their action to get the rest of the way or leave them short?)

B1 falls prone, suffering from numerous animal bites as he topples over.
If Dog can reach the prone B1, he'll attack it, but if not, he'll attack B5 with his warhammer. Has Genny hidden underneath a blanket? Are the bugbears taking any interest in her?
Attack: 15 Damage: 14 Extra Attack: 24 Damage: 14
Dog will use his bonus action to regain 9 hp with second wind.
He turns to Gash and says, "thanks, little one, I shouldn't have doubted you."
(By reach B1 I mean Dog is standing up on the cart and B1 is prone on the ground, and warhammers aren't long. So if he can reach B1 without leaving the cart he'll attack B1, but otherwise he'll move to another he can reach. Dog's biggest priority is protecting Genny.)
Catching his breath after his sprint, Stones yells to BB4 "Hey! You with the face! You lazy, matted fur coward! You'll never match up to the others and you'll always be the runt of the group!" and casts Vicious Mockery.
If he fails his WIS14 save, 5 damage and has disadvantage on the next attack roll it makes before the end of its next turn.
(Ah, forgot it was a closed carriage, thought it was a flatbed thing and Dog was literally standing astride her. Nevermind.)
He'll wail again on B5, roaring at the attackers, "YIELD OR PERISH!"
Attack: 26 Damage: 9 Extra Attack: 29 Damage: 14
(If he can use his movement to drop prone and get back up, looking briefly into the carriage window for Genny, he will. If not, he won't.)
Also if Dog can, on his reaction to being hit, cast the cantrip "force" which takes a reaction to an attack to cast, and does a whole bunch of things Dog hasn't really been using it for, he will. The relevant part of the spell description in bold below. He'd like to knock the greataxe out of one of their hands, DEX 13, and if not, here's a 1d4 roll for you if the damage from pulling a stone to hit the bugbear that hit him 1.
Force:
You create an invisible magical force which can be used in a number of ways; Pushing/pulling an object 5' away from its current position, inflicting 1d4 dmg, DC 13 DEX Creating a spherical force which appears and protects you. Until the start of your next turn, you have a +1 bonus to AC, including against the triggering attack, and you take half damage from magic missile. Other examples include but are not limiting to the creativity of the Caster; Knocking an object out of someone's hand, DC 13 DEX to hold on. Triggering a trap, creating bubbles underwater, shattering a glass, closing a book, throwing a rock, disarming an opponent as a reaction, slamming a door, etc.
In Goblin, “Like my friend said, except for the yield part. I am summoning Fire from the circles of hell which where you will live out your afterlife for ever coming after us!”
(my original plan was to send it all at one but RP led me to fire at all and forgot to change the rolls, just take the first roll for each.)

(Dog, Tock, and Keyrie are up.)
(How do the four bugbears in front of Dog look? Any look like they're staggering and about to fall?)
(Noooo, not really. But B1, B3 and B4 have some singe marks on them from Gash. 3 and 4 also have some open bleeding.
Tock takes a shot from the bushes against the one that looks worst, possibly B3:

(Before you even posted I was thinking B1 was out of Dog's reach.)
Dog pounds on the top of B5's head, cracking the bugbear's skull. He shakes his head and raises his axe in an angry roar!
DM shield:
B1 attacks Myon recklessly from the ground. Attack: 20 Damage: 13 (Hit!)
B3 recklessly attacks one of the wolves that has come to surround B5. Greataxe Attack: 10 Damage: 8 (Hit! Dead.)
B4 continues to fight Dog, slashing at his legs and waist. Greataxe Attack against Dog: 21 Damage: 5 (Hit!)
B5 sees himself surrounded and his rage quiets. He turns to attack one of the wolves: Greataxe Attack: 6 Damage: 14 (miss!)
B7 swings recklessly at Bulwark with a roar.: Greataxe Attack: 14 Damage: 9 (miss!)
Bulwark is up!
(Does Dog need to take an action to look down at Genny to make sure she's okay? Or can he see that and I don't need to ask? :) )
Two merciless, reckless swings into B7:
Action Attack: 22Damage:16
Bonus Action Attack: 15Damage:12
(Dog cannot see into the carriage. But the bugbears are much more interested in the battle than the carriage.)
Both of Bulwark's hits land, cracking some bones.
(Everyone else may take their turn in any order.)
