Tock moves through the field of sunflowers to its northern corner, sees Stones being down, thinks for a bit, then takes a shot at the sabertooth tiger:

And whispers to the wind, "Stones, wake up!", casting healing word for 5 health on him.
If he can get to the centaur using only his movement then; Bulwark lets his maul fall into one hand as he unstraps his shield to ward off attacks from the polar bears as he runs by, running up to the centaur to deliver two crushing, reckless blows with his maul as he drops his shield.

(If you rule that he can't get the Shield AC bonus as his free object interaction, he'll still move up to the centaur, taking the OAs from the polar bears. If he can't get there, he'll take the dodge action and move as close as he can.)
Tock lands a devastating shot on the saber-toothed tiger, piercing the big cat in the back of its neck. It doesn't kill the beast, but it is severely wounded by the bolt.
Meanwhile, Bulwark races around the two polar bears, which swipe at him with their claws.

Dog grits his teeth and grunts loudly as the polar bear's jaws find holes in his armor. He's starting to rethink his decision to try to save this gnome family and peers around the centaur with a look that tries to say "a little help here?" He tries to remember where he put his healing potions.
He thinks that the way druids work is that if the caster goes down, or gets distracted, the animals go away. So he does his best to ignore the GIANT POLAR BEAR EATING HIM and tries to take down the centaur archdruid.

As his reaction on the turn before, he casts force as a cantrip and telekinetically moves one of the loose stones from the wall at the druid's head, causing 2 damage with a failed DC13 dex save.

Gash and Dog both hit the druid squarely with their attacks. Shortly after, the druid (CHA(14) check: 20) succumbs to Stones' spell and begins to rapidly calm, becoming indifferent towards the party and the gnomes (which is what I assumed Mayhem intended.)
