Tock screams out, "The wagon, water!" as he dumps everything already on the wagon to the ground. (was there a horse already hitched? Tick was doing that when the fight broke our)
(No horse is hitched at the moment, they were led away with the other animals for their safety. You can turn the phone into landscape mode to get the dice roller and colors, although it is still a pain in the butt to use.)
Tyrol hurries over to Tock and tries to shepherd him away from the wagon and in the direction of the water. "No time for that, little guy, it'll take too long to move without the horses. We've got to hurry along to the water on foot. Step lively now!" Pulling the kenku along behind him if he has to and grabbing at any bucket he can see along the way, Tyrol hurries toward the stream as fast as he can.
While trying to persuade Tock to abandon the wagon, Tyrol spies the large stew pot tossed onto the ground when Tock emptied the wagon he is pulling.
Meanwhile, the flames continue to spread, licking at the walls of the tent but not igniting it. Smoke has begun to fill the arena portion of the tent, some of which is spilling into the zoo and oddities side of the tent, the backstage tent, and out through various holes and the giant tear.
Bazza, alone, mutters to himself as he watches the smoke rise from their collective life's work.
Dog will use his full dash action to go 60 feet (12 spaces) to run into the east-side tent with the fire, and rounding the corner at L-16, seeing the fire's spread, will curve around, avoiding the fire, ending at I-25, just short of the tear. He'll grab any living thing that looks threatened, or any object that looks useful as he runs (like a pail or a barrel) to the tear in the east tent wall.
If the smoke's too thick, he'll stop at L-16 and turn around to beeline for the tear through which he and FeyTok entered the tent at I-6, again looking for anything useful or living to evacuate.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.

As Dog runs through the hall connecting the two halves of the tent, he spies a small trough (smaller than a barrel) flipped upside down in preparation for loading into a wagon and picks it up.
Can Dog make the comparison between the size of the fire, now that he sees it, and the size of the possible water containers at hand, to judge whether it's at all a feasible option (Investigation 5)?
Ok, FeyTok will grab a shovel and start chucking sand from the ground onto the fire to smother it while others get water. If no shovel is available I'm using the greataxe kinda sideways like a broom. Chopping anything on fire to push back in(cut a bench in half if necessary) just not letting it spread.
Feytok does spy the shovel used to clean out the animal pens and immediately sets to work trenching around the fire to rob it of more fuel, shoveling the sawdust away to expose dry dirt in a 4 foot wide swath. Unfortunately, Wei Wei sees the giant blaze as Feytok works and slowly, for lack of more descriptive words, loses her shit. Between defecating, biting, and scratching, Wei Wei goes into full panic mode, eventually launching into the air and flying about 10 feet off the ground around the tent, looking for an exit.
(Feytok takes 0 damage. edit: haha. Just pooped on, I guess.)
"Wei Wei its okay come here I'll get you to safety." Keyrie motions to Wei Wei and despite the worry inside she keeps up a calm face to help keep the animals calm.
(Are there in cages left in the carts safe from the fire?)
Keyrie does spot a cage big enough for Wei Wei on this side of the tent. Unfortunately, the flying monkey is out of sight and earshot, not to mention out of its mind with panic. The panther looks unperturbed still, but is ready to follow Keyrie. (You can still make a move and/or action. Your animal handling check I took as a free action.)

I'll wash later, not bit or on fire yet is the important part.
Keyrie gently pats Jonda and turns to go, "Don't worry lets get you out of here first." Keyrie leads Jonda out of the hole in the tent that the Mane made earlier, to the tree that Bazza is under. "Wait for me here, I'll come back with Wei Wei okay?" If Jonda stays Keyrie will use her dash to go back into the tent to try and calm down Wei Wei again next turn.

FYI, this is the state of things as I have been keeping track so far. Let me know if something doesn't look right.

OOC: sorry, no idea how to do colors on mobile

In that case Tock will just start pulling the wagon himself. He really is nearly out of his mind in this situation.
(Okay, after Tyrol goes, everyone gets a new action.)

(Is the tent itself on fire, or is there a fire in/under the tent)
(so far the tent contains the fire but the tent itself is not on fire.)

No! No he cannot!
(For everyone)
