The dragonborn seems to be better at the next morning, his humor had improved as his health, making jokes with the rest of the party as they continue their journey.
Not particularly paying attention to what is going on and instead trailing just behind the others, toying with their beat up die and watching where everyone is headed.
Soon, all members of the party hear a rustling in the trees around them. Suddenly, four bandits fall down, nearly simultaneously, landing prone on the ground. The party is in a stunned silence, and remains so until the bandits are stood up, and their blades are drawn. The group comes out of their paralysis just in time.
The dragonborn draws his sword almost reluctantly. He barely can believe what just happened.
" Consider carefuly what you are about to do " his cavernous voice echoing among the trees "you can surrender now and live." If the bandits still wants to fight he jumps forward, with a flap of his wings and attacks the nearest bandit

Drawing their HookBlades and quickly endowing them, Still-lock lunges at what looks to be there leader and slashes the blade across their chest. Laughing a little to themselves at what may come from this fight.
Shariel quickly swings her bow up, drawing an arrow and following through with nock, aim, and shoot all in one smooth motion. The arrow lodges deep in the side of the bandit leader, who grunts and flinches slightly. As he is distracted by the arrow shot, Torbin leaps for his throat, hitting directly and tearing a deep gash down the side of the bandit's neck and chest.
Two bandits fall immediately, but the others stand firm. The third bandit pulls a light crossbow on Mabel as he ignores the magic cast upon him, though his shot still misses widely [Attack roll 6]. The Bandit leader strikes at Stillock with his scimitar, missing [Attack roll 12], but manages to catch Torbin with it [Attack roll 23, Damage roll 6]. The paladin dragonborn, shouting a warcry dashes towards the remaining bandit and moves his sword downwards trying to end him.
[attack: 7 // Damage: 9 ]
Edit:
But he miscalculates his jump, and the sword gets stuck in a branch of a nearby tree. He ends his movement near the bandit, with his hands empty, looking in the eye of a surprised bandit witha loaded crossbow.
He does a quick turn from the gore poring out of the bandit and attempt to rush the [bandit 3] but before I get to him I trip on a root and throw both my swords on the ground in front of him.
Shariel raises her bow and fires again at the bandit leader, clipping him. Torbin yelps from the hit from the bandit leader's scimitar, but manages to wheel and bite the bandit leader.
Watching the arrow fly past and hearing Torbin yelp, Still-Lock takes the Porto out to turn his blade in there hand and swing it through the Bandit Leaders gut, hearing a satisfying gasp as the the Bandit Leader breaths their last few breaths.
Mabel readies herself in case the last Bandit decides to aim at her with his crossbow. The last remaining bandit decides that Sorel is the best target, dropping his crossbow and swinging his scimitar at the vampire [Attack roll 19]. His cut however, is rather shallow [Damage roll 3].

Having dropped my weapons but at this point not caring I Go to the recently shot bandit and i knee him in the stomach and then as he keels over into his face over and over again until i feel better.
Agh that was unexpected but glad we got it out of the way.
As I say this I wipe off the blood and bone chunks from my leg and arm and go to pick up my swords.

Combat over! Congratulations. You feel sure that more bandits shouldn't come for a while, so you might be able to complete a short rest if you wish, or you might decide to push on.
