Gundren looks at Gribz with a slight look of shock on his face. “Thellasian's Traveling Theater? As in, the show that’s on tonight? I’d have watched if I wasn’t so busy” He smiles at you and reveals a mouthful of slightly browned teeth with one golden tooth sat at the top of his mouth. “And what skills do you specialise in that could help with this tasking? As for when to start, the wagon will be ready for an unfortunate late start at noon tomorrow. Glad to have your assistance my little green friend”
Chadwick will saunter into the taproom and take a seat at the bar. With lavish purple cloak covering his thin human body. His brown tall riding boots beat across the wooden floor. The light gleams off of a brass pin affixed to the chest of the cloak. With his slicked-back black hair and chin goatee, there is no doubt he is a wizard. He has the face of defeat on him as he approaches the bar counter. Chad takes a seat at the bar and starts to do little making tricks on the counter. First, a dove appears and then disappears into a cloud of smoke. The second is a tiny goblin that begins to dance on the counter. The goblin disappears into a shower of sparks. Chad retrieves a coin from his pocket and attempts to get the bartenders attention for a stiff drink. "My good lady, I need the stiffest drink you have behind this counter. I need something to drown the sorrows of today misadventures..."Chad will continue practicing little magic tricks at the counter as he surveys the room. A card game, huh?Chad digs through his coin pouch and surveys his coin.I can't afford to lose any more money tonight.
"Thank you mam" Blighttree puts his hand into his bag. He pulls out a pinkish cone of a mushroom, it smells like apricot. He puts it on the table ( I wonder if I if they will like this one as well) he thinks to himself. He pulls out what appears to white moss fungus it rather large in his hand, it has a nutty smell. " This one requires you to cook it first it goes well with a bitter ale." he says to the Glinda the barmaid. He then repacks his bag that pulled out and turns to watch others come in.
After sometime between the card game and dwarf showing up. Blighttree listens to the offer about Phandalinhe then acknowledges the dwarf and the others. "I will see you in the morning then." He pulls out a notebook made of dead animal skin and consults his list of places he looking for more fungi for his research. ( I am glad to get away from this area before they find me. ) He thinks to himself. He then orders an ale and something to eat. He passes the money over to Gilda and then moves over to Nadia " Hello my name is Blighttree"
Lilith follows Gundren into the room and listen as he speaks, nodding along with almost every word. She shakes her head as he asks for any questions. still clutching to her fairly full mug of cider with both hands. "No questions here. I look forward to working with you!"She looks around at her soon to be companions win a bright smile on her face. "If we're leaving tomorrow morning, why don't we go visit Gribz's travelling circus together? Get to know each other before the job, you know?"
Glinda pours a Glyndŵr for Chad and passes it to him in exchange for 3 silver pieces. “That doesn’t sound like a very good day at all. Maybe this will cheer you up. What sort of misfortune has come your way? You seem like an interesting character. Maybe some time on the road could improve your fortune. Mr Rockseeker there is looking for a small group for some help with something”
After hearing Lilith's question from a distant. The dragonborn gets ups before Nadia can respond to him. Blighttree walks right up to Lilith and says "Hello my name is Blighttree I agree lets get to know one another" ( I hope she does not find me creepy) He thinks to himself hoping the fungi smell does not bother her.
Before Blighttree approaches Lilith, Gundren and Sildar stand up.
“Well, if there are no more questions, we’ll see you in Phandalin in the next couple of days. Enjoy the circus and don’t be late tomorrow afternoon. The cart will be waiting outside” as he says this he turns and makes his way towards the door with Sildar following closely behind him. A fine shower of rain has began outside and you see a small pony and one fairly large horse. The pony is very dark in colour with a well groomed jet black mane, the horse looks slightly less looked after, Brown in colour with patches of dirty white hair on its head. They are both tied up to a large post, waiting for their owners. Gundren walks over to the pony, steps on a small footstool and begins clambering up onto the saddle while Sildar approaches the brown horse and seamlessly leaps atop of it in what looks like a well rehearsed fashion. Gundren looks back at you, gives you a nod and they both begin to ride off towards the southern gate.
The wood elf gave Lilith an affirmative nod and eavesdropped from then on on the conversations going on around her as she took sips of her ale slowly. Upon hearing the door open again, she turns to get a look at who came in, wondering if it were finally the person they had been waiting for. Unfortunately, it was not, but instead a very interesting green dragonborn who was soon to be identified as Blighttree. Nadia introduced herself to them as well, seeing as the group was growing slowly but surely. With another swig of ale, the door had opened yet again, this time for a human who had a sword bigger than herself. (Wait a minute--) She tried to double take and get a better look at his face before he had gone off to play cards, but frowned when she was too slow. (Ah, well, he's seems like the time to joining in on this whole thing anyways, I'll get a better look then.)
With the roll call she was quick to down the rest of her ale and join in with everyone else, listening to the dwarf's offer and accepting it without any questions asked. With the conversations over (for the most part), she took the opportunity to look at Zack but was interrupted by the dragonborn introducing themselves. She opened her mouth to start but unfortunately wasn't fast enough and he was quick to go over and speak to Lilith instead. "Ooookay," She shook her head to ignore an impending thought, but then nodded in regards to Lilith's suggestion, deciding to give up for now at looking at the fighter. "I don't suppose why not, yeah, that would be a good team building exercise." She grins.

Chad will grab the tankard and have a big gulp. "Well, my former adventuring group and I had a minor disagreement about my payment. They no longer wished for me to work under their insignia."Chad takes another drink."Well, that's not going to happen. I'm going to show them that I have what it takes to be more than an intern. Seems Rockseeker could be the ticket to get me back in the ranks. Thanks." Chad will get up with his tankard in hand and head to the Rockseeker group. Chad introduces himself to Gundren. "Chadwick Bernard Gloomblast of Acquisitions Incorporated at your service, for a fee of course. You don't seem like the kind of chap that is cheap with his payments. Especially for such an accomplished wizard as myself."
Lilith turns to Gribz. "Do we need any tickets to attend the circus? You'll be performing as well right? Can you just suddenly leave to join us on Mr Rockseeker's job?"
As best he can he smiles back hoping to not show to much teeth. He pulls a fungi from his armor and hands it to Lilith. “Try this in your tea. It will help you to sleep.” He says to her and then goes to leave the group for the play.
Lilith accepts the fungi gratefully. "Oh, thank you very much. I- what oh. Um... I guess he won't be coming with us to the circus tonight? Also, I just realised, where should we all meet up tomorrow to start the job? Should we just come here, the tavern or do we meet somewhere else?"
Internally, Gribz will cringe every time someone called his travelling theatre troupe a circus, but externally he'll smile to Lilith and say "Oh, we have many acts. Mine isn't even the main event. They'll get along just fine without me for a ten-day. And no tickets needed for the theatre ma'am! Just show up at the big green tent and pay at the door!" To all present he will say "Please, take a flyer. Present it at the door and mention my name and you'll get half-priced admission!" With that, Gribz will leave and head back to the tent to prepare for the show.
OOC: I'll be back on in the morning to fill you in on the show itself. Unless the DM wants to handle that bit, I don't mind!
Zack would scan this seemingly random group of people, curious as to what force ultimately had pulled them all together, outside of the obvious one -money.- Regardless, when the dragonborn offered Lilith the fungi, the 6'3" human walked over after the dragonborn had left, to tell lillith Yo.. I may uh.. be jumping to conclusions here, but I'd be wary of people you've never met, handing you strange fungi to put in your drink that help you 'sleep'.... he emphasized the last word to try to make his point Just sayin'!
Then to the rest of the group, he'd slowly start trying to shake everyone's hands that hadn't left already, offering them all a warm, friendly smile, and if tey took his offered hand, he would shake it strongly. As for where to meet? Yeah, here would probably be b.... Ah shit.. we forgot to ask him which cart was his and where it was located! I'll uh... meet you guys at the theater thing later! gonna make sure we get the RIGHT cart Zack laughs awkwardly as he bolts out the door, and once past the entrance, would run after Gundar and Sildar, hailing them with a loud shout if possible. If they hadn't already left, Zack would ask them where exactly their cart was located so they didn't just grab some random cart!
The halfling and the old man stand up to leave, they’re not used to all of this conversation while they’re playing cards. This leaves the tavern almost empty as this new group of unfamiliar people make their acquaintances with thought of going to see the show.
Zack managed to just catch up to Gundren before he reaches the city gates, a fine layer of rain dripping from him as he said jovially. “It will be a large cart with a dark red cover pulled by two bison. It will be just outside the tavern. Shouldn’t be able to miss it”
(OOC - I’m happy for you all to get to know each other in the evening and if you choose to go to the show then I’ll explain what you see when you get there.

Zack nodded, giving them both a thumbs up even as he dripped wetly into ever-muddier ground, luckily his boots were made for just this type of terrain, no water soaked into his boots.. though that didn't stop some of it soaking in through the top. I figured! But better safe than sorry right? Good luck on your ride, we'll see you on the other side! With that, Zack jogged back to where the others would likely be, at the show, or play, or whatever it was. As he jogged, the rain poured down more heavily on his mind than it did his body. He couldn't quite remember why, and every time he tried to think about why he felt an immense loss, his heart sank just a bit. His usual smile replaced with a more serious expression as his eyes darted, searching his mind for why. Despite his best efforts, he couldn't place it.. and every time he felt he was getting close, static noise shot through his mind, and a giant, sun-like blot of radiant white blocked his memory in his minds eye. The sword on his back felt heavier until he put his hand on the hilt, even as he continued his wet jog, almost immediately, his tension dissipated, and his resolve returned. (Hold on to your honor....) slapping his cheeks, he psyched himself back up, getting his mind out of the mud that occasionally bogged it down.
Eventually he reached the area the show was going to be taking place at, and he waited, just inside an area with some cover against the deluge. As he waited for everyone else to show up, he began doing squats right there. ((Athletics - 21))

Lilith waves goodbye to Nadia and heads back to her inn to write up a letter to the Baron, informing him that she will be on a job for a few days, adding in the necessary details of the job before sending it off. She spends the rest of her time before the show packing her bags for the journey tomorrow and then heading off to the Merchant Quarter.
The group move slowly out of the tavern until eventually it is left with just Glinda behind the bar and Gorag drinking himself into some manner of self inflicted coma. Some of the group head to run an errand or two to prepare for tomorrow's journey before meeting at an old coliseum style fighting arena within what is now known as the merchant quarter. Those of you that know Neverwinter will know that 'The Circle Pit' is where great champions used to fight in huge displays against beasts and monsters from across the country. These days it is more of a theater for amateur productions and small shows, its once magnificent stone archways and walls have began to crumble and fall in places. Zack is already stood waiting outside, doing some form of physical exercises as the group approaches.
