(Do we just pick or should I DM the DM? Also I'd like to get something back from Janey...how should we deal with that?)
You can pick from those X'd by your name. Anything Janey had is "floating" out there for someone to pick up. For you that would be: Barbarian, Fighter, Cleric, Paladin & Wizard
I deleted columns where no one had "investigated", such as Rogue, Ranger & Sorcerer. Sorcerer was the vial of Dragon's blood. Or was that the Dr. Jekyl/Mr. Jive formula? :)
(I would guess without Janey would be easier for the DM, especially with the tag alongs we have now :)
(The only specific thing I wanted from Janey was her books...)
(Also, DM, I assumed that two of my starting 6 spells would be the two from the spellbook...unless those are added bonuses that would need to be transcribed... :) )

Assuming everyone is ready to continue... Marching Order Please. (sticking the Cleric in the back per SOP :) ) BTW, you can see Mel & Ruki's character sheets?
You can use point buy to assign stats, or you can use the roll utility.

Looks like everyone is ready?
Did you want to proceed w/o Janey or Janey as a NPC? You already have Melisena (Cleric) and Eurim's new pet goblin.

I'm good either way.
(Seems like it’s easier without PCs turned NPC)

Is the 220xp the only xp we have gained so far? Since we haven't been using character sheets until now, I haven't been keeping track.
Well, you started at -500 :)
