"Fortunate, Eurim." Denethir lets out a relieved laugh. "Let me try something different to open the other doors." Remaining by the main corridor, a spectral copy of his own hand extends from the real thing, and opens the second door in the row.
Denethir communicates telepathically with his sprite; it darts away from him and begins surveying the walls ceiling and floors of the corridor, looking for any signs of small openings or drafts that would indicate the presence of hidden passages.

The half-elf begins frantically rummaging through the remains of the furniture in the rooms closest to him looking for trapdoors, switches or similar.

"We may have to descend the well, but for now we should search the area."
The sprite begins to a slow examination of the corridor linking the southern two rooms, but finds no evidence of a secret passage.
Denethir also begins a methodical search of the rooms, joined by Melisana. The furniture, though old, was well made, and the rooms show neither sign of having every been used (excepting the first room with the old crossbow), nor of any levers or mechanisms or tunnels. The trapped room, may once have been occupied many, many years ago as there is old discarded, clothes in a drawer which would have fit a small boy.
"Are we trapped?" calls out Eurim, his eyes still on the most likely angle of attack from the digging goblins and orcs. "Blast it all. The old man must've had a way out at some point. I'll dig if I have to - I'm not dying here today. Was there anything there?"

Cast Mage Hand and open the second door.
The second door opens without incident. With the exception of the crossbow, its contents are the same as first room/cell.

OOC - continue down the doors then?
"Comfy." Eurim remarks. "Check them all, or check none. Let's get moving. We don't have much time."
In preparation for the eventual breakthrough of the goblins behind, Eurim moves to the back of the group an keeps his crossbow at the ready.
Lusith will move close behind Denethir, in case anything nasty turns up as he explores.
Quickly checking the other doors reveals similar rooms with no more traps.
