(OOC: I am unsure whether I'm supposed to wait until Jambiya's turn is resolved, so feel free to slap my hand here if I'm jumping the gun a bit.)
Despite being caught by surprise, Maldorn quickly examines the arrow that hit the ground near his companions, noticing that its length is closer to the type of arrow used by Anafrey than to one of his own: "Shortbows," he whispers to himself.
Then, Maldorn aims at the bits and pieces he can see beyond the portions of foliage that are moving against the wind flow. He knows that a sliver of a target is all that he needs, specially if it seems the game has not noticed the hunter yet. Maldorn pulls as hard as he can on his bowstring, allowing himself to be slightly less accurate in favor of an impactful shot (using the '-5+10' feature of the Sharpshooter feat).
His position revealed and unhappy with his inaccurate shot, Maldorn distances himself by another 30 feet from his targets, hoping to use his range advantage to its full extent.
Anafrey touches her neck with her sword hand, staggering a little, though whether from blood loss or drunkenness it's hard to say. She doesn't bother reaching to pull out her sword. Instead, she bares her teeth and launches herself into the bushes grasping at her quarry with both hands.
"Come here, you..." she remembers herself enough to stop before she swears like a soldier in mixed company.
[ooc: athletics with disadvantage for trying to reach for an enemy I'm assuming I can't see. Anafrey is trying to grab the assailant hiding in the bush and wants to use it as a shield against the hail of arrows.]
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
OOC: You do not need to wait for me between turns. Also, I allow pre-posting, but ask that you put it in a spoiler so players after you don't see what you posted. And if a post that happens before yours negates what you posted (your foe dies, for instance), I'll see if there's another similar action you could take (attack another foe, for instance) or ask you what you want to do now.
Burning with Anger, Jambiya lets go with a crackly beam of green and white light, but the action seems unfamiliar, and her aim is off. The energy sails past the bush and through the trees.
Maldorn misses (as described) and backs up another 30 feet. He is now 70 feet from where he suspects the archers to be and 230 feet from the house. I didn't mention this before, but you all were moving basically east along the road.
Acrobatics contest: 19
Anafrey ends up with a bunch of pointy sticks within her grasp, but nothing that feels like something that could hold a sword. (I wouldn't have used the disadvantage roll since you're basically hugging the whole bush, but the roll the acrobatics roll beat your first roll and was enough to squirm out somehow.
OOC: Unfortunately, I'm headed out this morning, and I'm already late doing this! I'll post for the foes this evening.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Not sure if Erric's waiting for the attackers to go first, since he's last in initiative order, so if he's last, then he's waiting for them to take their actions and potentially reveal themselves.
If not, he's definitely going to use a bonus action to cast healing word on Anafrey, bleeding from the neck 4
What he would do depends entirely on what the foes do, so here are a few options:
For his action, if he can easily see any of the foes, he's afraid he'd accidentally stick Anafrey with a rapier so he's going to cast vicious mockery on whoever he can see, saying "You're worse than Puss in Boots! At least he knew how to swing a sword!" and if they fail a WIS 13 saving throw, they take 3 damage and get disadvantage on their next attack.
If he cannot see anyone, he's going to cast minor illusion and manifest a loud, cacophony of dogs growling, snarling, and barking, centered about 15 feet behind the thicket (so that if they get scared and run away from it, they'd run right toward us into the path). The intention being to frighten the thing in the thicket into leaving, or confusing the things firing arrows.
If he can see someone but they're within cover, he's going to use his small size to find an opening through which to enter the thicket with his rapier drawn, and once he the attack would originate from their side of cover, he'll poke the thing with the shortsword with his rapier 8 damage 9
OOC: Sorry; Maldorn is 180 feet from the house, not 230. And, yes, the foes go next. I read the beginning of Erric's post, but not the rest, so I'm acting without knowing what you/he posted.
After dodging Anafrey's attempted grapple (from the west side of the bush), a smallish humanoid looking like a very large crow scrambles out of the side of the bush (east side). It stands up on its hind legs. One of its wings is holding a shortsword. It's dressed in some kind of light armor, but the rest of it is covered in glossy, black feathers. It moves five feet north to stand on Erric's east side and swings its shortsword at the bard while growling in a strangely deep voice, "Get out of here, you black-feathered menaces!" (shortsword attack: 11; damage: 6 piercing damage) Despite his surprise at the appearance of such a strange creature, Erric is able to dodge the attack.
Two more arrows come soaring through the air toward the trio aiming at (1=Jambiya, 2=Anafrey, 3=Erric) 1 and 1 — both at the lovely green Jambiya who exhibited the surprising ability to generate energy blasts. (shortbow attack 1: 14; damage: 4 piercing damage and shortbow attack 2: 16; damage: 4 piercing damage — no advantage as she's on alert because of the other arrows) Caught off guard by the raining arrows, Jambiya is struck twice. She collapses, unconscious.
Erric would absolutely change what he's doing as far as healing if he saw Jambiya fall.
He'd cast healing word on Jambiya (I can roll again or feel free to use the original).
With the source of the shortsword threat now OUT of the bush, he's not afraid of hitting Anafrey in a grapple so he'd use his rapier to attack the crow figure who just attacked him yet again unprovoked. He's pretty pissed. Again I can roll again or just use the original.
If he has a chance to say anything in all this mess, he'd blurt out an anguished, "Jay!!" with a silent thought of what Dirk would do to all of them if they came back without her.
He'd also glare at the crow figure (has he seen anything like this before?) and growl "STOP IT! WHY ARE YOU ATTACKING US! I'M NOT THE ONE WITH BLACK FEATHERS! CALL OFF THE ARCHERS! YOU'RE GOING TO ANGER A NICE MAN AND REGRET IT!" as he stabbity-stabs, unable to form the thoughts of thinking about a potentially more useful spell at this second. He's livid.
Erric sees Jambiya fall out of the corner of his eye. He turns, witnessing her motionless form, and blurts out an anguished, "Jay!" His cry is infused with magic, and Jambiya receives a wash of healing energy (heals 5 hp). He then turns back to glare at the crow figure and growls, "STOP IT! WHY ARE YOU ATTACKING US?! I'M NOT THE ONE WITH BLACK FEATHERS! CALL OFF THE ARCHERS! YOU'RE GOING TO ANGER A NICE MAN AND REGRET IT!" and he lunges forward with his rapier, stabbing the creature in the shoulder.
I'm going to say everyone is aware of where the archers must be now, but they're well-hidden and have cover from everyone but sharpershooter Maldorn. As for your question of whether Erric has ever seen this kind of creature before, I'd say, being a bard (and therefore a little bit of a journalist, so to speak), you've at least heard of kenku before. But let's say you have sketchy information. You just know there are creatures that resemble crows that are a sentient race, and they're kenku.
The goblin girl crumpled to the ground, struck down by arrows, but Erric’s Cure brings her around. She shakes her head, climbs to her feet, her visage dark, her eyes flashing, and with an animal growl she pounces on the kenku!, fingers extended like claws. Amid the scrum of melee you can’t be sure, but you swear they look like talons.
OOC > 15’ to stand up, so 15’ to reach the Kenku? Hopefully, or I’m going to have to retcon the move. Action to cast Primal Savagery and attack: 17 to hit, for 10 acid damage.

Jambiya pauses in her frenzy and lets go of the creature. It slumps to the ground and does not move. The eye you can see stares at nothing, unblinking.

Glad to see the young goblin girl stand right back up, Maldorn simply prepares another arrow and lets it fly in the same direction he did a few seconds ago. He makes a point to let his left index finger touch the sharp arrow head while pulling on the bowstring with his right arm. This time, he will not throw accuracy to the wind.
"I am one with the wood," he whispers.
-> Longbow vs foe2: Attack: 7 Damage: 11 piercing.
Cursing at the wind for yet another disastrous shot, Maldorn then backs up another 30 feet in order to maintain his range advantage (I should be 100 feet from the foes at the tress, by my calculations.)
Anafrey looks dismayed as Jambiya falls, and then looks at the young woman with surprise for a moment, then loosens her grip on her shortsword, seeing as the target in melee is no longer a threat. "Well struck, little one." Seeing that she and her smaller companions are exposed, Anafrey will pull her shield onto her arm from off of her pack and do her best to provide her friends with cover, blocking line of sight to them with her shield and her body.
[ooc: not sure if the dodge action applies here if I'm just trying to create cover.]
The goblin lets the dead kenku drop from her hands and stares at the mess she has made, the anger on her face quickly replaced by horror, then she frowns and shakes her head to clear it. She looks up in time to see Anafrey interposing herself between the smalls and the enemy.

OOC: Yes, Maldorn is now 100 from where he knows the archers to be and 210 from the house. The trees are thicker where he is now, but he keeps the archers' blind in sight. In fact, I'll say he has 1/4 cover from the archers.
Two more arrows come soaring through the air toward the trio aiming at (1=Jambiya, 2=Anafrey, 3=Erric) 2 and 2 (shortbow attack 1: 6; damage: 4 piercing damage and shortbow attack 2: 18; damage: 7 piercing damage)
Disadvantage roll on the second attack: 19
Critical fumble roll on the first attack: 6 — 6-8. Loose String. Your string comes loose. You lose this attack. Starting next turn you can make a sleight of hand check DC15 to fix it. Each attempt takes one turn. (You know this is metagaming, of course.)
Attempting to use her shield in a way she is not used to (trying to use it to protect her companions), Anafrey is slow to try to deflect the single arrow — shot at her — and it catches her in the thigh. Already weakened, the huntress grasps her leg, then collapses from blood loss.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Erric, summoning the last main reserve he has of the magic he's cobbled together over the years, will send the same healing words to Anafrey that he sent to Jambiya. He will then race toward the direction of the archers he sees, and looses a series of insults he's picked up over the years: "Dastardly skitterbrook! Fazart! Cringeling! Feartie dunghill!"
OOC: Assuming Erric can SEE the archers, and that the arrows that keep dropping his friends are from shortbows mean they are within 60 feet, he is first going to use his bonus action to cast healing word on Anafrey (5 points of healing), use his movement to go 25 feet in the direction of the archers, and use his action to cast vicious mockery on the archer he can see reloading and threatening to attack again (WIS 13, 3 damage and if it takes effect, disadvantage on its next attack roll). If the cover means he can't freely see them for the purposes of the spell's functioning, he'll shoot his sling at them when he closes to 30 feet, assuming the penalty for cover: attack 7 damage 7
Erric speaks soothing words to the still form of Anafrey, and as he feels the magic take affect, he moves around the bush toward the archer-hiding thicket. Concentrating on the movement he can see through the foliage, he releases his string of insults, also laced with magic. He hears a distressed squawk in response.

Jambiya
Shaking off her feelings for the moment, Jambiya looks up to see Erric racing for the bush/tree line. She narrows her eyes, and points at the mostly hidden foes. She lets loose another crackling beam of green and white light!
Action: She will cast Eldritch Blast at the 3/4 cover foes, not knowing which one said 'eep!' at Erric's mockery. 20 to hit, for 9 force damage (if it gets through his +5 for cover...)
Move: She will try to hide behind the bush, hoping for some cover.
