"Where?" Ashley whispers, still blind as a rat down in the sewers. "I still can't see down here."
She touches along the side of the wall, follows it along before listening in as closely as she can. Her hands tremble from the fear of being blind, combined with the thick, rotting stench and the panic attack that afflicted her earlier. She couldn't help but think there was something more nefarious at work here, especially if it had afflicted her entire party at once.
Waiting for her response, Ashley listens in again, attempting to hear any creatures or odd sounds in the dark.
Ashley is effectively blinded due to the darkness making the area heavily obscured. She is also hidden with a 22 to Stealth.

"Oh... dear me,"Ashley grimaces as she touches the valve, fights the urge not to lose her lunch. She attempts to give it a hard tug, pulling on it with all her might against it. If she's unable to pull it free, she whispers, "Would anyone care to lend a hand with this please?"
The thought occurs to her that maybe she shouldn't be pulling mysterious valves in sewers that she had no clue what they did. Maybe they opened up the floodgates for more sewer water to rush down and flood the party. She grimaces at the thought of that.
Ashley manages to pull the valve open after a second try, but suddenly ceases as a hissing sound is heard. Somewhere, gas is being released into the sewers. Thankfully, due to their sewer-delving suits, the party is safe - or are they?
Ashley grins as she manages to turn the valve freely, but as she looks back, sees it has little effect on her friends. "I don't know," she whispers back, being very careful not to give away her position. "I still can't see anything." She turns slightly, looks behind her, then around, but the area is still completely pitch black for her. She very much wanted to light a torch, but also very much wanted not to burn up and die.
Hopefully her companions would have better luck than her soon.

Delight remains on guard at the sight of her companions being effected by the dread presence coming from... something that she couldn't determine, keeping her rapier at the ready should a threat make it's presence known. Surely such a feeling could not come from mundane sewage, after all, and the valve turned by Ashley did little to help assuage Delight's concern as it had little noticeable effect at the moment, at least nothing that seemed helpful to the group.
Ashley widens her eyes at the sound of the voice. If she thinks she can make it to him, the girl quickly crosses the distance over, emerges from the darkness to make a hard swing at his face. After her strike, she wraps her arm around his neck and pulls him tight into a chokehold, attempting to grapple him! If the chokehold succeeds, she drags him backwards as far as she can go, with the struggling man in tow.
If she doesn't think she can make it, she sticks close to cover and sneaks closer.
If the man is within 30 feet, Ashley runs up to him and makes an unarmed strike at him. If the man has a passive Perception of 22, or there is not enough cover for Ashley to sneak up on him, take the lower number. If not, take the first number. Ashley is still blinded, so her advantage from being hidden is countered by her not being able to see him.

She then attempts to grapple the man using her Tavern Brawler feat. The man must make a Dexterity (Acrobatics) or Strength (Athletics) check contested by Ashley's Strength (Athletics) check or be grappled.

She then moves with her remaining speed away, if it would not incur any attacks of opportunity. She moves at half speed since she is grappling a creature.
If the man is NOT within 30 feet, she will sneak forward closer, taking the Dash action if necessary to end within 15 feet of the man.
