Vox smiles and shakes her head, "Seems like you two thought it was a secret. Cute. Like I said, half the town knows. The only reason the guards haven't come down on you is because they don't have the proof... yet. It's only a matter of time."
"It's too hot for you to sell. I bet they're waiting for you and your crew to try sell it and that's when they pounce on you and bring the hammer down on - each - one - of - you."
Vox pauses for effect.
"Or.... We fence it for you. No one knows us. Give us the flowers, we'll sell it, keep a percentage off the top for ourselves and the rest goes to you."
Vox smiles reassuringly.

"Who told you this?" cuts the other twin to his brother. "I doubt half the city knows this..."he is clearly doubting... but it seems that he doubts himself more than your affirmations.
Vox begins extolling again the virtues of why the twins should let she and her friends fence the flowers for them, this time, however, there's a bit of musicality to her voice, she eventually holds up a little pouch and jingles it saying, "Wouldn't you want to put a little more coin in your pocket? I have a suggestion for you (speaking to the doubting brother): bring us the flowers as soon as possible, so that we sell it on your behalf, and then head to the Three Sided Die and wait there for us... We'll be there in about six hours to give you what you deserve."

"A little bird told us." Leto replies "But that's not important. What is important is that we all know you have them, and that they were acquired...shall we say... less than legally. This can only get worse for you. Though if you needed some for a purpose other than profit we may be willing to let that amount have been 'lost'. Vox and Merzin notice that they are more concerned about something else, as if they are afraid that something came up from a hidden place and attack them, more than worried about their party attacking them.
"Once again. Who told you this?" ask one of the twins, obviously worried.
"That doesn't matter," replies Vox, "All that matters is that you take serious consideration of my suggestion and, preferably, follow it to the letter."

"Wait.... You gave it away to the poor?" asks Vox.
"If you gave it away, then who did you steal it from? And why give it away?"
"Don't go yet - I'm sure we can make a deal on something else, but right now, I need to know why my informant is either lying to me it completely incompetent... Would you answer my questions?"
"But of course... we gave it to the folks at the slurms lots of diseased lately and.. "
"Shh... " cuts his other brother. " We really should be leaving, if they had someone behind our tail.."
The rest of their friends look at each other and seem really umconfortable.
Someone opens a window down the street and wooden shutter hits the wall making all look int that direction and two of them literraly jump and bring daggers out.
The start to go back to the street they came from, at the other side of the bridge.
"I don't know who your informant is, but be wary of them. They are nasty bussiness.."
They will be gone, but you can still interact with them if you want
(Raul to Vox)
"You were always smarter than me, boss. Your connections will do well to help with that."
(Raul is using the help action if its applicable here for any persuasion based rolls)
Vox's words caught the twins off-guard and they lose part of their spirit. They look to each other and says
"Who said that? We don't know anything about that flower..."
Not even their allies find them convincing for the look in their eyes, but they tense, anticipating problems.

Vox's sees the twin blinking fast as the magic takes hold.
"But... we don't... we never wanted to sell it..."
"Yeah... They needed it so we took it... "
Surprisingly the magic seems to have affected both of them

Hearing the conversation, Leto steps forward and asks "The flowers are known for their medicinal uses... who needed it? And why?"
