Okay, so I just took a look at the spell itself and it doesn't say anything about the weight.
However, I am still going to rule that you are unable to carry it because there are 4 people in armor inside the cage. The cage itself if made of light and is slightly heavy but nothing that should give you too much trouble to carry. Since the highest STR stat among all 3 of you is a 12, the 4 goons inside the cage is too heavy for you to pick up. That being said, you can all band together and push this thing along the floor to move it. You move very slowly, make a lot of noise and depending on how far you try to move, may have to make a Athletics (CON) check to not gain exhaustion. (This one is dependent on how far you move)
Whispers shrugs, "Could do that. Red there is probably the more important one."
She holds her hands toward herself and after a moment her appearance shifts; her ombre hair turns jet black as well as longer, her skin pales to an almost sickly appearance, her eyes seem to sink a bit and go bloodshot while her whole face becomes gaunt. Her 'night out' clothes are replaced with a black robe that obscures details of her form and seems to have no buttons, zippers or other ways of securing it.

"No boom today. Boom tomorrow. There's always a boom tomorrow" "No power in the 'verse can stop me"
I am more worried about how you plan to get Red Head out of the cage without dispelling the spell. The cage has no moving parts and its shape can't be changed as part of the spell.
"Don't worry about it. Might help with intimidation." she looks back at Red, "So, do we try to move him? I doubt we could do it very quickly or stealthily."

(Yeah, now that I'm thinking about it, hardlight construction is really not good for this sort of thing. It's more of an at will stairway/bridge spell.)

"Ignorance is bliss, and you look absolutely miserable."
So... you guys are going to dispel the spell or do you have a better idea? And I personally don't know a solution to this current "puzzle", I'm not the one who cast Hardlight Construction. Maybe you guys can think of something, you guys seem to be really good at surprising me (in a good way, of course).
Whispers looks at the other two, "Looks, we can't really hang around here for long. This cage will go poof well before I can get into his head for interrogation. So we either just leave before others show up and cut our losses.. or we try to move him somewhere else which risks being seen. I just wanted to follow and do recon. I mean what are we actually doing? What's the long game?"

Sam taps on one of the hardlight bars. "Well, we want information. I thought we were going to just get the one guy and kind of interrogate him. Buuuuuut, that didn't work out." She turns to Ilia. "Can you make anything out of light? Could you make a kind of sled we can roll him onto and then pull him away? That would be much easier than lifting him."
(Time to read the spell!)
"Ignorance is bliss, and you look absolutely miserable."
"I can't change its shape, but it isn't fixed to the ground. We might be able to move it?"
(DM, would you say that we'd be able to move it? It can't be too heavy, it's made of light.)

"Uggh, I should've given this thing a door."
(I mean actually I couldn't have done that, hooray for no moving parts allowed)
"Ignorance is bliss, and you look absolutely miserable."
"We could just grab the one, leave the others, and call the police. Less to carry and manage."
Whispers shrugs, "Could do that. Red there is probably the more important one."

“Whoa.”
Whispers smirks at Sam. Really the whole visage is kind of horrifying.

"Ooohhhkay then. That happened. Eesh."

"It normally lasts about 10 minutes. But I can get rid of it if needed."
"Ignorance is bliss, and you look absolutely miserable."
Whispers sighs, "I'm not going to be able to pick his brain before then."

Um... Guys?
