Finally Delmon nods in understanding, "OH! I get it now. I wouldn't be opposed to helping the town but that is not my call to make. What does everyone think?" Delmon poses the question to everyone. He doesn't want to speak for anyone but himself, as he is new to the larger adventuring party, but between him and Leo he doesn't believe they'd be able to stop an entire bandit group alone.
Sensing the possibilities that having an entire Town indebted to him may bring.
Leo speaks up,"I think Delmon has the right idea. This Town is CLEARLY blighted by this Redcloak Menace! It calls for brave adventurers, such as ourselves, to free them from this tyranny!"
Ophirinn looks over to Leo "I do not disagree with you, we will work towards that whilst trying to locate our friend. I have a feeling they might be intertwined"
Your friend? asks Sister Garaele to Ophirinn. Has someone else gone missing? I'm terribly sorry to hear that.
Look, these bandits, the Redbrand Ruffians they call themselves, there are a lot more of them. I doubt another group will pass by any time soon - they like to drink in the Sleeping Giant - she points vaguely to the eastern part of town, or in their base. But still, I think you shouldn't be standing amidst a pile of their friends' bodies when they come. She reaches down, grabs one of the bodies, and begins to drag it away towards the shrine.
Nate listens on as the party discusses the recent happenings. He feels happy to have other people around and bustling with activity as to not have the center of attention on him. He realizes now that the new comrades are quite intelligent and seem to talk a lot, more so than he'd ever like to, and so he's feeling quite conformable now given what they've just went through. His mind though is still on this magical artifact, and sees this as the perfect opportunity to get the wheels turning to find it.
If we find Sildar's friend, this could lead us to Gundren's location, or even better the location of this lost mine.
Nate looks over to Ophirinn, Leo and Delmon "I also agree. I'll help Sister Garaele over there move the bodies and then perhaps we go and visit the Townsmaster?"
Then turns back over to Omnia and snickers "haha, perfect! Yeah sure I'll hang on to the coins, and if it's not too heavy for you by all means take those weapons and we can stop in at Barthen's to unload the weapons."
Nate, at this point, maxed out on his social interaction and this all being a lot for him to handle, walks over to Sister Garaele and looks at her gently. "Don't be afraid Sister..." and then he morphs into a Giant Lizard. "Here, pile the bodies on my back and show me where to take them."
The elf cleric jumps slightly as a massive green lizard appears before her, then smiles. So, a friend of nature is it? I've known a few over the years. Very well. And she starts to heave the bodies onto LizardNate's back.
As this is happening, a scared face appears at the door to the inn. Toblen Stonehill stands, looking in astonishment at what he sees, and says: They... they're dead. They're dead!
Ophirinn turns to the Toblen "Yes, sorry if we caused you concern. We will be heading over the Townmaster now to report what has happened, and to ask for their blessing to scout the old manor."
Concern? I thought... I thought they might kill you all. He looks befuddled that you are not as agitated as he is. I mean, they attacked you. And look at you. You've taken a few cuts, but nothing... I mean, look at them. He points at the burned and sliced up bodies on the ground or on LizardNate's back. Sister, I...
Calm yourself, Toblen. The elf cleric gives the innkeeper a reassuring smile. Perhaps our prayers have been answered. To the Townmaster, you say? Well, you can find the Townmaster Hall down the street to the left, opposite Lionshield Coster. The townmaster is Harbin Wester, but I don't think you'll get much sense out of him. If you will, please come and visit me later today; I would like to talk to you about... a few things.
You finally pile all the bodies onto Nate, and carry them the fifty feet or so to the shrine. Sister Garaele unloads the giant lizard and disappears into her shrine. Toblen just stands and stares at you all.
Leo, ignoring the innkeeper, turns to Orphirinn, "I think it would be prudent to discuss matters further with the Townmaster. He would clearly be the person best positioned to provide an overview of issues concerning these 'Redbrand Ruffians'".
After standing and looking at nate and wondering why he was not answering Omnia shoves the coin into what looks like a pocket on lizardnate and grabs the redbands weapons before the party sets off.
(OOC think that covered that one. DM how many short swords and bows are there to add to inventory)
Brom kept quiet mostly giving respectful nods to Leo and Delmon introducing himself as "Bromdurh or Brom for short" , a grunt of approval to the plan of ridding the town of this red brand.
(OOC: The Redbrands together had six shortswords and two shortbows. You can also recover ten arrows from them)
As a group, you head south through the town, leaving the confused Toblen with no answers. It's only a short distance until you see a shop with a sign, 'Lionhead Coster' to your right, and a large building to your left marked 'Townmaster's Hall'. There is a noticeboard with a notice pinned to it in front, and an open door leads into the building.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Taking large strides, with renewed purpose, Leo marches up to the Townmaster's hall and enters through the open door.
Upon entering Leo quickly attempts to take stock of his surroundings; specifically whether the place looks well-kept and orderly, or messy and chaotic.
Finally Delmon nods in understanding, "OH! I get it now. I wouldn't be opposed to helping the town but that is not my call to make. What does everyone think?" Delmon poses the question to everyone. Delmon heads over to another body and begins to move it over to the shrine as well.

OOC: Steve sorry, if Nate can't speak while in Wildshape, he will tell her to pile the bodies on his back before he morphs.

(Yeah, sorry, no talking in wildshape. :) )
Lizard Nate does the equivalent of a cat purring but in Giant Lizard style as he lowers his body to make it easier to pile them up on his back.
Ophirinn turns to the Toblen "Yes, sorry if we caused you concern. We will be heading over the Townmaster now to report what has happened, and to ask for their blessing to scout the old manor."

Nate morphs back into human form and then thanks Sister Garaele for the information. "...and I will definitely be back. You have me curious..."
And then Nate eagerly runs up to Leo almost like a kid, just a bit behind him, following in the direction of the Townhall.
After standing and looking at nate and wondering why he was not answering Omnia shoves the coin into what looks like a pocket on lizardnate and grabs the redbands weapons before the party sets off.

Bromduhr, Goliath Fighter.
Leo, awed by Brom's size, nods his approval and lets out a small chuckle, "Glad you're on our side Brom!".
