If you need anything you can always ask for my help as well. Feel free to relax for the evening, our work begins at night. We are going to start a war.” With that he gives a wink And walks away. On his way back to Sparks he stops by the familiar warforged. “Corti! I hope you’ve been indulging in the finer things since we’ve last met. Are you playing tonight?”
As Corti lead the way, Thia would make mental notes of visual clues to familiarize herself with the route for future reference. Before entering the golden gear she'd pull her hood back up. Thia would follow Corti's lead to the bar and when she finished ordering the drinks, Thia would add on the request for a light meal and a sweet treat. With a thank you, she'd slide some coin to the barkeep with a modest tip.
Thia would be quick to join Corti back at the table. She'd let out a little sigh, happy to be off her feet for a little bit and scan the room for any one she may happen to recognize. She'd recognize maybe a handful of workers from the other day, but that was about it... until Milo. Oh hey, it's Mr. Spudster. It would remind her of the question she forgot to ask Corti.
Thia would just smile and nod at Mr. Spudster politely if he acknowledges her and would remain quiet as he addresses Corti.
"Ah, Milo! Hello!" Corti stands to greet him, still holding her lute with one hand, "Yes, I had planned on it, but I think that I'll enjoy some good company and a drink first," she says, gesturing to Thia with her free hand.

Seeing Sparks, Thia would sit up straight, adjusting her posture to be more formal. She would then nod in thanks to Milo as he excused himself to speak with Sparks. Hopefully in Sparks haste, they may be a little careless in how far they go and how loud they speak.
Sparks dragged Milo into the next room, before exitedly beginning to talk about the contents of the letter: “You no doubt heard that several Garronian delegations are on their way to Duskrock. The Magistrate supports our project, but as you have seen, there’s some resistance from the Council. Garronia is a nation that has spent their last century on a war footing, and although several corps commanders have agreed to the ceasefire, ever since the general died, they have no unified command. The ceasefire has been brokered with the strongest three, in the hopes that that will be enough. Each is now using the coming peace conference in an effort to build a reputation and power base. Important to our endeavour is that not all commanders would be opposed to closer ties. The Magistrate has therefore ordered the company to send a small mission east to meet with commanders amenable to the project, and to delay the arrival of others as much as possible. Of course, I need to stay here and go over the plans with the council, but if you could convince your friends out there, yourmission could prove a serious boost to our project, and become a real stepping stone to lasting peace in Corphyra!”

Sparks carries on, cautiously: "Magistrate Corsyr's letter mentions three marshalls that are currently trying to fight over control of Garronia by trying to race to the peace conference, with their staff and private armies following along.
There's Marshal Cimber, a charismatic figure, who has taken control of a sizeable portion of the Legion through guile, intrigue, and planning. He's a dangerous foe, but has also been instrumental in reaching a ceasefire with the Legion. He probably has most to lose, if no peace comes of this, but if he is seen as managing to pull off a peace deal, then he will most likely have to be accepted as the new leader of Garronia, having come to power through a coup, against former friends and allies. He's currently close to the Southeastern border.
Secondly, there's Marshal Grimme, with his IX Corps. If Council reports are to be believed, he is fighting both sides of the Zhivarg civil war in an attempt to reach Duskrock as quickly as possible through the Northern route. Needless to say, he is a bully who relies on strength and an iron discipline to push his men forward. His presence in the north is destabilising to say the least, and due to the increasingly escalating situation in the North, and the threat of pulling other nations into renewed conflict as a consequence, he's increasingly becoming a liability and a priority.
Last, but probably most worrying is Marshal Arceneaux. She had been involved in some of the worst fighting for Thelamyria, and had served as aide de camp and some say even as lover for General Viktor. She managed to stave off the breakout of a civil war among the other officers upon the General's death. Assuming the rank of Marshal herself, she pushed on from Thelamyria, aiming to reach Brelish territory. There, she demanded parley, knowing fullwell that we could not ignore her, but also that she couldn't win anything by returning to Garronia's burnt fields. To further highlight her power, she is marching towards us as we speak with a contingent of an estimated 800 Garronian elites. So far though, they have been peacefully following the Silver Straight, heading directly for Duskrock.
Magistrate Corsyr wants our mission to send a welcoming delegation to her first, both since she is currently posing the biggest threat to Breland, and also because he estimates that she is most likely going to support a peace and a way to make Garronia and Cyre prosper again, seeing as she saw first-hand what destruction was brought to those places."
