Serivel crouches amd skips from shadow to shadow, spear held in his hand. If no one else attacks the second guard he will. He grabs the spear with two hands and makes to quick thrusts into the guard’s shoulder, followed up by an attempt at stomach punch with inky black energy surrounding it. Also the first attack is Stunnig Strike, so DC 14 con save, on a fail they are stunned until the end of my next turn. ( I will roll second time for each attack after the first, if he fails the save consider them with advantage.)
Bernal looks in awe at the efficiency of his companions and takes a look inside the Kenku's room, if they are still alive after Serivel's attack he will cast Chromatic Orb: Attack: 27 Damage: 16 (acid damage).

The captain doesn't have an eye on her but inside a magic box on her it hasn't found a host yet she usually has many eyes in there but there is one left after today. Bernal the staff is an ice staff it has 2 charges on it before it will shatter it shoots 3 icicles at a target within 20 ft and does 1d12 damage if they fail the dc dex save. (It is made under my homebrew as Ice staff)
Grin picks up a box and inspects it he finds an eye inside and wonders what powers this one holds. He looks at the others inspecting the staff. " we must move, once the guards change they will know we are out and what we did."
