Seb hears inside voices hush when he knocks on the door. Then a rough voice grumbles " Who.. and more importantly WHAT do you want ?" There is a little guffaw in the back.
"Let me answer your questions in order of importance, mysterious gatekeeper. I want information on a murder that happened outside of your front door, whether you were involved or not. If you refuse my request, you'll find out the answer to question number two - that I'm the Grey Hand they send to remind uncooperative scum how flammable their headquarters are." As Seb is talking, he leans one of his sabres against the crack at the bottom of the door and gently rolls a small trickle of oil from his flask along the length of the blade, so that it begins to pool just beneath the other side of the door. Once he's said his piece, he wipes the sword clean, takes out his flint and steel, and begins loudly sparking them - so that the owner of the rough voice knows he means business. "Now, open this door and answer a few questions of ours before things get heated." Seb rolls his eyes as he issues his final threat, using his honeyed voice to sound both welcoming and threatening at the same time.

Nice, can you roll Intimidation with advantage please.
The door swings open and before Crash is a large human with a short sword in one hand. He steps back from the door when he sees the others. There is no one behind him.
Seb strides past the man confidently and looks around the inside of the hideout, counting how many gang members are around and what weapons and armour they have. He'll then drag a chair over and sit on it back-to-front, uncorking his wineskin and taking a sip. "Who's in charge here? Ironman sent us to issue a warning, but it needn't come to that if we can have a nice chat over wine." Seb slides the wineskin across the table to one of the gang members in a show of goodwill, then unbuckles his cutlasses and lays them on the table in what looks like a gesture of peace, but actually makes them easier to draw and leap into combat with.
Crash smiles sweetly at the doorman and walks past with his quarterstaff resting across his shoulders. He makes his way over to where Seb is and pays casual attention to the ones playing cards.
What can you fine gentlemen tell us about Richard Glows, the baker, daughter. Unfortunately for you gentleman she is almost literally laying dead on your doorstep stabbed in the chest. Does anyone have beef with you and are using her to send a message or are you sending a message to the baker?

Xanaphia follows them in, making sure that her crossbow is clearly visible and within reach. She casts silent image with a wiggle of her fingers and some muttered words to create the image of the dead woman on their table. “Just to jog any memories you might have rattling around,” she shrugs.
Krizarith follows Seb's lead and she just enter the building and leans against the wall near Seb, so she can cover the entrance to the room and the table.
( she will wait at the corner just to the left of the room entrance)
She is not the most imposing figures, so she let the others this part of the talk.
The thugs are on their heels. The image and the aloof way you are handling the situation is very off-putting to them.
Upstair you can hear several (3) other persons moving toward the stairs.
Just as the image appears the players move away hands in the air.
"hey there is no need of ruining a perfect game." the biggest one says. "We didn't do nothing to no girl."
Another one pipes in. "Richard's kid is dead. Damn, she was so nice. Dman shame."
The man who opened the door adds. "She didn't nothing wrong to us. And killing in our own neighborhood is bad for business. Julian would never stand for it." The man moves further into the hall toward the eastern wall.

The thugs are a bit surprised to see you stroll in the place. They are clearly used to being doing the pushing around.
At the table playing are three others street toughs. Looking at the table in front of him Seb realize that they were playing cards.
Seb is now into area 3
( Let's wait for the others )
(Sorry was at work) (still am but hey ho)

Crashs knuckles slightly tighten on his staff.

Seb eyes the men curiously, trying to determine if they are telling the truth.
Insight: 15
"Do you know who might have ordered such an attack?" Seb asks the man by the door. The rogue rubs his chin and thinks for a moment.
[OoC]: Does Sebastien know of any clerics in Waterdeep that sell their services - particularly casting level 3 spells?

"Nope got no clue but I can tell you it wasn't us."
The big fellow says with a grin of yellowed teeth "Werent paid for her and we don't off people in our neighborhood."
Seb looks around at the other members of Wolf team and shrugs.
"Maybe we need a godly man to speak to the baker's daughter herself?" He suggests, obviously out of his depth with such a topic.
