Zane shakes his head in resignation and casts Charm Monster on the dwarf. He says, "If people can't avoid being ********, I'm about to make them be friendly with magic."
Gruun unsheathes his Greataxe, holding just under the head with one hand. "Ritska and H sent us here." He glares distrustfully at the dwarf, watching him carefully with absolutely no idea what he is actually doing.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Bohmar WIS Save: 29
"I ain't for tradin', more for castin'," Bohmar tells Hox.
Zane's magic rolls right off of the dwarf. "Baha! Try that again and I'll kill ye," Bohmar says. "I'll take care o' ye, but ye're payin' double for tryin' magic on me. For restorin' yer fatigue, it'll be two hunnerd..."
His smile fades when Gruun mentions Ritska and H. "Now, ye big ugly, those are tough names to be throwin' around. Ye got proof o' yer claims?"
Bohmar's frown nearly hits the floor as his eyes read the note. "Bah, so ye're tellin' it true. I'll take care of yer exhaustion. And long as you need it while yer in Ritska's employ, I can lend ye a cure wounds, lesser restoration, prayer of healing, remove curse, or greater restoration spell. Just keep yer voice down about it, and ye try any tricks, I will kill ye," he says, glaring at Zane all the while.
Despite his shady demeanor, Bohmar Brineboots is clearly a competent cleric. In moments, he has relieved you of all fatigue. The headaches and sore muscles from the night before are a thing of the past.
Zane says, "Thank you. But you didn't have to be an ******* about it first, did you? Or I guess you live long enough in this city and it's just a helpful way to approach the average person, huh."
Gruun puts his Greataxe away, mutters a quick "Thanks" and quickly makes a retreat back onto the street. Outside of the confined space he does a quick stretch and readjusts his equipment. "Are we ready to leave now?"
Zane is ready to proceed as well. He's very much hoping to not meet new people in this city, so every direction that leads to investigating locations or artifacts is a welcome one.
OOC: Potion of kobold shifting has been removed from Hox's inventory.
Hox leaves Bohmar with a mysterious potion, and after casting a curious gaze over the kobold, he gives it a sniff and small taste. "Me thanks, little one, yer not all bad. I can make good use of this," he says as you take your leave.
Roccar is waiting when you arrive at the prescribed meeting place. "You're all looking more spry," he comments offhandedly, leading you a short distance to a seemingly abandoned building. There is a small child playing in the dirt at the structure's bricked up entrance, and all of the building's windows have also been sealed with a layer of brick, except for a door on the side of the building in an alleyway.
Roccar explains, "This is it, the safehouse where we were keeping the box and my staffs. Ritska has hidden in well, and it is under watch at all times by one of the Schoolchildren. Whoever stole the items knew their stuff."

Killian will sheathe her sword, coughing. “We were told to come here for something to remove our exhaustion, and whatever you have just done to us.”

Hox rubs the remaining poison onto his scales. Then he takes out his wooden halfling statue, "Hox also want to trade this."

Killian grimaces under the cure, but feels better. She will step outside when Gruun does, with no further comment to the cleric.
"I guess that was some night. Where do we go from here?"

Zane goes and looks around inside, trying to see if any of the walls, the ceiling or the floor have been breached.
