He casts Thunderwave trying to catch as many enemies as possibleand moves as much as he can in a parallel position against the guards (not running past the guards or going back to the the group.
The blast hits the soldiers, but they all manage to avoid getting shoved back.

Caelius crackles his right hand's knuckles and reaches out his hand towards the medic. A skeletal hand extends out and scratches the medic. It clings to the medic as Caelius runs closer to them.
Caelius casts chill touch. 22 to hit. 8 necrotic damage and it can't regain hit points until the start of my next turn on a hit. He moves 30 ft. closer to the medic.

The last soldier presses himself to the interior wall of the monolith shell, getting total cover and requiring you to enter the monolith shell to attack him.

After a quick sprint through the high grass, the druid takes his position about 60 feet away from the defending lines. A cursory glance around the fighting field seems to confirm that, what with the general confusion and uproar of his comrades' assault, none of the soldiers have spotted him yet. Out near the monolith shell, his attention is drawn by the medic and his escort: the stone soldier is doing his best to shield the other, effectively blocking Druhdaar's full line of sight. Taking a quick succession of deep breaths through flaring nostrils, the druid starts waving his arms away from his torso, then back again towards his sternum in a slow, bracing motion, as a guttural, hissing sound reminiscent of the sound of winter wind blowing across high mountain tops escapes from his mouth, half-hidden as it is beneath his bush of a beard.
Within seconds, a slightly iridescent, pale bluish light starts pulsating from the palm of his right hand, solidifying into a shard of transluscent ice the size of a small hand-knife. Cupping the shard against his chest, Druhdaar then hurls it towards the Riedrans in one swift, swinging motion. The projectile, now coated in blue light, makes its way towards the enemy with the sharp, creaking sound of glass breaking.
