Vimak is impressed by Cirrus and his words, his magic. Maybe in another life if Vimak was smarter he would study magic.
Now he watches the bug bear, the wind and fleas in its hair, trying not to cough at its smell. He readies an attack action, if the bug bear turns hostile.
OOC: Raiketsu, how do you feel about the optional flanking rules?
(yep, ironically just looked it up myself, and eh..... I can see this being abused. it's essentially pack tactics, without pack tactics. Will post soon)
(It's not for everyone. I personally like it and use it occasionally. It's fun when combat becomes an advantage fest. May not work very well with your rule of Crit + Max damage = Limb Loss though)
Klarg doesn't frankly care if it would hurt Cirru's feelings. But... He stops nonetheless. The longer Cirrus talks the more suspicious Klarg starts to get... specially with Cirrus telling him to just disarm himself. Then.. Klarg comes to the realization that ... Cirrus is right. it would be easier to move without it.. and if these are Cirrus' friends.. well they must be his subordinates.... You two lucky friend not smash you for being useless. Klarg smash you for him, but he say not to. He must plan to eat you later. Be good food and get out of the way. That and fluffing Klargs ego..
Klarg makes it out to the Kennel. Pushing the cart near the chimney, before walking back up. Once there, he would set down his weapon before moving to the chests Cirrus points out, a few crates, barrels, and such. He stops once about half the stolen goods have been put into the cart. The cart now more full that it had originally been, and all the supplies that had been stolen from the original cart, was accounted for. Klarg however keeps his Javelins, though he only has 5.
This is not noticeable thanks to Herman's mask but his team mates can feel Herman grinning behind that grey and green headgear of his. As Cirrus exits the cave, Herman stands in soldierly attention and gives Cirrus a salute, conveying to Klarg that Herman is also one of Cirrus' subordinates.
(Sorry for taking so long, I just wanted to make sure I got this right. I wanted to do something cooler, but then I realized how many spell slots I have [1])
Cirrus is going to walk with and lead Klarg across the clearing in front of the cave, and stops when they are no less than 20 ft. from any trees in any direction (maybe like space S6 on the map from post #400? I know S is not represented in the map officially, but if you follow the lines you can get about the area I'm talking about. I don't know if there are any trees underneath that legend in the bottom left, but the point is that Klarg is at least 20ft away from anything in all directions.) While they are walking, Cirrus is talking to Klarg, "Klarg, do you know where the horses went that were pulling the cart?" (OOC: I'm going to assume the answer is "We ate them." Let me know If I am right or if he says anything different. If Klarg says something crazy like "oh yeah those are in the cave safe and sound" then Cirrus will ask where they are but will not ask Klarg to go get them.) Cirrus begins to back away slowly from Klarg in the direction of the rest of the party. "Alright then. Well, before I go, dear friend, I shall grant you three gifts," again, Cirrus' impish behavior are reminiscent of folk tales about wish-granting tricksters, "First, the gift of flight." Cirrus takes a very deep breath, filling up his checks with air, and then exhales directly at Klarg, using Mingle with the Wind to cast Levitate on Klarg, lifting him 20 ft. in the air. There's no way that Klarg would be unwilling, who's gonna say no being able to fly? Especially when it's being given to him by his closest friend. He doesn't know that he won't be able to control it. "Second, ,the gift of a song," Cirrus then plays a song of Bardic Inspiration, directing the benefits toward Gilari:
"Do you hear the goblins sing? Singing the song of angry men.
It is the music of a people who will not be slaves again!"
"and finally, the gift of justice. May no traveller through this forest be ambushed again!" He then points to Klarg, signaling that it is time to attack. After doing that, Cirrus will hang back. Very far back. Probably as far back as he can and still see the action, wherever that may be.

You can't drown someone with Create Water. If your lungs are containers than your bones are objects. Any Siege monster that attacks you deals double damage because it’s attacking your bones.
When Herman hears Cirrus raise his voice again he will do one of two things based on Klarg's response:
If Klarg agrees to carry the stuff to the cart:
Herman will leave his post and move out of the cave. He will still stay near the mouth of the cave so that he can jump to action when the "lift it in the air and kill it" phase of the plan starts or if the plan somehow manages to fail at the last possible second. Ready to shoot and/or move when the time is right (i.e Bugbear in the air or plan goes sideways)
Readied action from post 418.
Herman seeing the bugbear fly up, looses an arrow toward it. Hit: 25 Dmg: 11
Initiative (if needed): 8
On Herman's turn he will move back in the direction Cirrus moved and launch another arrow at the Bugbear. Hit: 20 Dmg: 6
If Herman has advantage on any of the above attacks, he would like to aim for the head to deal extra damage. Penalty for aiming at a particular limb would be canceled by advantage.
Gilari flexes his neck left and right, cracking his neck vertebrae and loosening his muscles, before drawing a hand axe and loosing it towards the floating bugbear. "Fun's over Klarg, back to earth with a bump." He smirks as the axe flies from his hand.
Initiative: 14 Hand Axe attack: 19 (long range I'm guessing due to the height of levitate) ; damage: 7

Klarg shrugs Goblin always kill horse when ambush. probably buried under snow. Who know. Who care. Was all he could say before Cirrus began the next half.
Klarg looked down at his little friend .. when did he meet this guy anyway? Ah well.. whatever... His friend came bearing gifts. Finally a friend who gives and doesn't just take! Smiling stupidly, Klarg kneels down so his little friend can give him these gifts. Flying? If Klarg can fly... he own skies too.... he thought he was whispering to himself, but in reality, he was whispering quite loudly. Klarg begisn floating in the air, held aloft by the magical power, and he's elated, if a bit confused. The as Cirrus mentions the second gift, Klarg scoffs Song for weak people. Klarg no need. But will take... How Klarg control this? he asks, referring to the flight as he flailed about in the air, un-suspiciously just as Cirrus began to sing.
The song truly confused Klarg, an odd choice of words.... 31
As Klarg flails helplessly, an arrow sings. The arrow sinks into a random part of Klarg. Causing the the bugbear to spin in the air, making Vimaks attack miss by a few feet.

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Vimak is between Cirrus and Klarg, closer to the bugbear. He is still watching for the wolves as he launches his other throwing ax at Klarg: Attack 21 Damage 9.
I can't see the map due to bad internet. I guess Herman will be near Cirrus so within 10ft of M11 on the same line connecting the space Klarg is in and M11.
EDIT: Correction! I was thinking about Herman's position after his turn. When he fired the arrow with his readied action, he would probably be between Klarg and Cirrus but 15ft away from Klarg. Still can't see the map so if there is less than 15ft space between Cirrus and Klarg, he will stand 5ft from Cirrus. Direction: On the line connecting Cirrus' spot and Klarg's spot.

Another attack flies by, by an even larger margin this time. perhaps not being used to attacking in 3 dimensions.

Flaking is basically if two allies stand on opposite sides of an enemy, they both get advantage on their attack rolls.
