Zandrich, you see no traps in your current vicinity, as you are looking around, you hear a loud "thunk" followed by the sound of rushing water, the water crashes into Zandrich and Kal. It continues on its path and falls down onto the remainder of the group.

The water comes crashing down on that path at you, Kal holds his ground and Zandrich gets pushed backward. He makes a grab for a rock and he grasps nothing and begins to slide off the edge to the floor below. He manages to find purchase at the last moment, the water rushing over him as his feet dangle off the ledge. The water pours down from above onto the 4 party members below, and they all manage not to get swept away. Kal you hear a 'thunk' as something ahead moves into place.
Can Kal move forward from here to try and see what the "thunk" was from or do I have to go down to move that way?
The 'thunk' came from ahead of you where the water rushed from (also in the direction the goblin would have had to flee to at this point.). You can always move forward, currently without a light source I would request that perception be made with disadvantage.
You can see that the path is currently wide enough to walk 2 abreast. with the stone wall rising up above you on either side, you can see a rock ceiling about 14 feet off your 'current' ground level.
Ok. Is is possible to try and move forward slowly, crouched and stealthy to try to minimize the chance anyting in front sees me? Arrow knocked and bow at the ready wih a quarter draw

Kal you move forward slowly, you can see as you continue forward up the incline that the ceiling is getting closer to you. You enter the next room with a pool beginning to fill up with water and 2 goblins are talking. You move to hide but the squelch of your boots attract their attention. You see a hallway and a room (just a door that is shut)
