Spiv moves to L11, and hold his shot for when an ally gets within melee of the ghoul or vice versa. "Don't know if that's a zombie or not! But, tink one of you can get its attention? I'll cover you." He calls out.
Between Theodorick and Nezira the ghoul is cut down and it falls to the ground.
Looking around the room several square holes are cut into the ceiling and floor, and a faded and torn tapestry hangs from the north wall.
The door on the north side is unlocked. The passage reconnects to the other passage earlier. Another passage runs south and leads into another room. The doors you find are unlocked.

"How about it, boys and girls? Time to take breather? Or we pressing on?"Although Spiv tries to sound at least kind of jovial, the effect is ruined by the pained expression on his face from jostling his injured arm a tad too much. The Svirfniblin recovers his arrow from the Ghoul if at all possible on his way over to the tapestry, and tries to make out any familiar, interesting distinguishing marks/symbols remaining on it.
"One day, I will unlock your secrets. One day!"Spiv proclaims while shaking his fist at the tapestry. He finds a spot in a corner that will give him line of sight on at least the northern door while taking a short rest.

Theodorick will keep his attention on the surrounding area making sure no enemies sneak up on his resting companions "Thanks to you guys I don't currently require rest so I will keep an eye out so you can focus on recuperating."

But if not, he more than happily sits back to continue examine his wound and occasional curse in some squirrel-y language.

You easily open the door and enter a long room that runs to the north. About 30 feet away a ghoul turns towards you.

The ghoul shuffles forward close to Nezira and Syljeon and Spiv lets his arrow fly hitting the creature in the chest.
The Ghoul tries to claw (1 - Nezira, 2 - Syljeon) 2 Syljeon
Attack: 22 Damage: 8 and hits raking the drow across the arm
Theodorick will move to L8 and attempt to slam his mace into the creatures stomach.
Attack: 20 Damage: 6
Syljeon takes the brunt of the attack, then screams in rage and brushes some of it off (using Second Wind to regain 10 HP).
He then slashes at the ghoul:

Nezira pulls out two daggers and stabs at the ghoul twice

Nezira moves towards one of the holes in the floor getting a closer look
Looking at the squares you see that they only go into the floor about 6 inches. They seem to be an odd design but serve no real function.
