(Yes! boss left to start memorial weekend early. Let's give this another try)
Feng reaches into his pack looking for some road cheese. He takes it out of his pack and breaks a piece off. Looking at Kiblin he says, This may not be a mouse, but if you tell us your whole true story I will give you this piece. He waves the cheese in front Kiblin's nose a little hoping he can smell it. (is this enough to give me advantage on this roll?)
Kiblin inches closer and closer, sniffing, then takes the food cautiously, almost as if expecting it to be snatched away, backs away and stuffs it into their mouth and eats it practically whole. “Kiblin telled truths. What else nice-orc want know?”

Kiblin’s eyes grow wide at the sight of the bacon and doesn’t look away from the food. “Kiblin make noise, spoil sneaky. No good at shoot, hit big boss. No good at cook, burn food so no eat it. No good at goblin jobs. So clan send away, say Kiblin no good.” The goblin looks down at floor and mumbles, “Kiblin thought maybe get better at sneaky, get better at steal, then clan want Kiblin.”

Satisfied with the response Morg tosses the piece of bacon towards Kiblin, it is a wide arc with plenty of opportunity for Feng to intercept if he is not satisfied with the answers. The small ember earlier smoldering in Morg's mind begins to smoke more with sparks of little flames after hearing more of Kiblin's story.
"Oh all right, is Kiblin coming with us then? You know, it might not be a dumb idea to have some allies in these lands. Someone who can sneak around and keep an eye and ear open to what is happening in this area" Talen likes the idea of creating a private little spy network. He is also way beyond the age when most others make family so the idea of adopting kids is attractive even if it is a goblin this time.
Charmine watches, he should at least have an ounce of sympathy for the poor creature as it has a similar upbringing to himself but the only thing that seems to register in his mind is the usefulness of this creature. He ponders for a moment then makes his answer
I have no qualms of having a goblin in our party so long as it remains useful. If it proves insufficient to do so I won’t hesitate to dispose of it. Now should we scurry along then?
Morg smiles as he recalls the time he brought a Dire Wolf cub back to camp and even though it tore up several bags of goods, got his hide tanned by father and uncle and the gauntlet of returning the pup to it's brood, Morg still loved his short time with his puppy. While a goblin might not be Dire Wolf, or even an animal, Morg can not help but think of Kiblin as a found little orphan animal, one that might cause them some trouble, but it would be fun.
Morg stands smiling, with a look that could be bemusement or gas, or in case of a Half-Orc, both.
If Kibl'n come, no more goblins, clan is Banr'd Blades. Follow their'n orders. Morg gestures to the wagon and party members.
Morg’s smile turns to scowl at Charmine’s last comment. He shoots a worried look to Feng and then to Kyshana, looking for confirmation or denial of Charmine’s comment.
Lyle, initially wary of the goblin, begins to soften with pity for the poor thing as he hears its story. By the end of it, he is more than willing to take him in.
"I think it would be perfectly fine to welcome him to our group. I mean, look at him: he hardly looks as though he could harm a fly." It is long, however, before Lyle feels his concern for their collective safety return. "Mr. Kiblin, would you be so kind as to tell us as to what sort of dangers might be nearby?"
As the conversation progresses, Kiblin seems confused at first, then warily pleased by the invitation to join you. At Lyle’s question, they scowl,
”Not Mr. Kiblin girl!” She seems insulted for a moment that you couldn’t tell, then looks at Charmine and says, “Kiblin try very best, help new clan, nice clan.” She then directs her speech back to Lyle, “Kiblin only know one danger. This far-est Kiblin ever been from old clan. Old clan live close, not here, but close. Do much sneaky, much stealy, much ...” she frowns for a moment thinking, “Hide and fight.”

Morg reaches into his bag and from his bundle of food saved from breakfast, brings out a meaty piece of bacon, making sure Kiblin gets a look.

Welcome Kiblin, to our party. Would you like to ride up the wagon with me? We should be going. Don't want to be a sitting target for too long.
Feng strides to the wagon and jumps into the driver seat.
