OOC: There is already a javelin loaded in the ballista manned by Rycider, Karst and Aradurk, so the rope will be attached to a javelin that is currently not loaded. Keep in mind that this will limit the javelin's reach from a long range of 480 feet to 50 feet because of the length of the rope.
Also, it doesn't look like Rycider has any rope in her inventory. Whose will she use to do this?
Tanakir loads a javelin into the second ballista, aiming it for the incoming constructs while Rycider prepares a javelin with a rope.
"Hold your fire, they're too far away!" Dugan calls out as they close in. "Steady..."
The constructs grow closer quickly as the airship continues to barrel forward. Within 500 feet of the ship, Dugan calls out, "Fire, now!"

On one side of the airship, Tanakir loads another javelin while Wes rushes over, cranking the mechanism to aim the ballista. On the other, Rycider and Aradurk work as a similar unit, and Karst launches the loaded javelin into its target, smashing it headlong into the arm of the nearest construct, dealing 25 piercing damage. Undeterred, the constructs continue to close in.
