Venny upon hearing the chanting continuing despite fighting the two "doormen" decide it's best to rush in and interrupt whatever is going on.
"Let's interrupt that chanting" she yell as she dash inside, ready for trouble and search for anyone chanting. She will attack the first chanting person she see.

You noisily make your way into the cave. It doesn't seem to be a cave system, just one medium sized room (about 30ft diameter, roughly circular). In the middle you see three tied up bodies on the floor, unconscious. Surrounding them you see a circle of blood with some runes and three chanting robed figures. One of the figures is about to plunge a knife into the first captive when an acid arrow whizzes past their head distracting them.

Angorn is the only one who hits. The figure recoils and says a few words conjuring a spiritual weapon next to Angorn Attack: 6 Damage: 6. They then do a few more movements and a flame decends on Kra-osh. DC11 dex save or 7 radiant damage.
The other two draw scimitars, one advances on Venny. Attack: 14 Damage: 7

Venny laughts at her wound and repays his attack on herself with a power from within. Hellish Rebuke; Attack: 15 Damage: 20 fire damage, a reaction in response to being damaged. Save DEX 11 for half damage.
Then she attack him with her normal fire bolt as well (if he still lives. Otherwise she cast it on the one attacking Kra-osh) Attack: 20 Damage: 8 fire damage.
Kra-osh just barely doesn't manage to dodge the scimitar, but dodges most of it, dealing only small amounts of damage, he then swings his longsword at the one attacking that cast flame at him. Attack: 15 Damage: 7
[Also, you only rolled two initiative, despite saying that three cultists were there?]

Not going to roll a dex save as it kills him even halved. The one attacking Venny burns in fire. The leader gets hit by Venny and Kra-osh and still looks like they are doing okay.

The figure attacking Venny is obliterated, the other henchman attacking Kra-osh gets injured by Venny but still up. The leader gets shot by an arrow and longsword. The spiritual weapon next to Angorn will Attack: 15 Damage: 8. They reach out and touch Kra-osh, revealing a red horned figure, not too dissimilar to Venny, and casts inflict woundsAttack: 7 Damage: 18
The other one sees Venny launch a firebolt at him and goes after her. Attack: 21 Damage: 2
Following this, 3 bolts of arcane energy hit into the leader from Venny leaving him very injured.
Kra-osh deftly dodges out of the way of the Inflict wounds which (I assume) was cast using a 2nd level spell slot, he then retaliates with a longsword swing. Attack: 7 Damage: 9.
