As Zin looses the arrow he has nocked on his bow (11) the strap on his quiver suddenly snaps - possibly weakened by the acid from the green slime - and the quiver falls to the floor of the passageway spilling arrows all over the place.
Then a cloud of fog descends on the whole area, Floki's body can be just seen in the edge of it but nothing can be seen through it.
Zephyr will run towards the barricade and into the mist. While in there he would leap into the air and fly over the crude fortification as he casts magic missile, sending three small lightning bolts of force streaking towards the two closest enemies before landing behind / amung the group. "Surprise!" The tabaxi would shout as lightning dances across his claws.

As a bonus action, you can cause gusts of air to surround you before or after you cast a spell of 1st level or higher that allows you to fly up to 10 ft. without provoking opportunity attacks.
Can Gilly get to Floki to drag him south while the baddies are distracted by the fog? He'd like to try! If he gets that low and can see it isn't safe to go south, can he get him into the small alcove to the north?
If he can do something after he drags Floki south/north:
Gilly will try to stabilize Floki with a medicine check: 6
Gilly can squeeze his way past Tiro, Vhon and Zin to reach Floki and with Zin’s & Vhon’s help is able to pull him back into the alcove - see map. To make this happen and create the necessary space, Zin has had to step into the fog. Unfortunately Gilly does not have time to stabilize Floki at this point in time.
Zeph pushes his way past Vhon and Zin before stepping over Floki and then running into the fog. Once he passes into the fog he realises that it is thicker than he though but he cannot see much. Undaunted he leaps into the air where he thinks the barricade is and lands amongst the humans. "Surprise!" he yells out although it is questionable who is the more surprised: a) the humans who can at best catch glimpses of a mad cat like creature with lightning dancing across his claws (1, 3, or 2) which , or b) Zeph as he realises that once again his impetuosity may have created a situation which will be difficult for him to extract himself from.
Initiative for the 3rd round is as follows - Vhon, Floki & Human #5 (simultaneous), Human #1, Human #7, Zin, Tiro, Gilly, Zeph & Human #3.
"Damn cat! Why run in when we are trying to retreat and regroup." Vhon reloads, shields the fallen Floki with his body whilst kneeling in front of him and waits for a moment ready to fire if an enemy comes through the fog "Zeph - pull back you maniac!" He shouts through the fog, "Follow my voice, hurry up! The rest of our men are coming soon. We only need to wait for a few seconds more."

Vhon - Level 2 Warlock - What shall become of the Drunken Sailor?
Vhon calls out to Zeph to come back but he has his hands full as two figures armed with shortswords loom out of the fog at him. They both try and stab him (Attack: 15 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll. & Attack: 21 Damage: 3).

Zin curses as all of his arrows spill onto the ground. He lets his bow fall as he draws his rapier and stabs at one of the men with shorts swords that just appeared.
Sorry if not clear, the men are the archers and crossbowmen that Zeph lept into the middle of! They are not new enemies! Zin would need to travel 20'+ he estimates (including climbing over the barricade) to reach the area where he thinks Zin might be. The fog blinds everybody, including with Nightvision, so you strike with disadvantage.
Tiro calls out "I'll see to the big fella, let me know if and when you want me to drop the fog." He then advances to Floki and casts Cure wounds on Floki, healing him for 4.

I took this post to mean they attacked Vhon. Did they attack Zeph?
Zin draws his rapier and rushes into the fog. As he clambers over the impromptu barricade and attempts to stab one of the humans who loom out of the fog, he kicks a body which gives an ever so slight miaow!
Gilly you're up and then a Death Save from Zeph please.
Zin fires another arrow at the bowman he shot at earlier
