(I have always pkayed it wher eif it is just for one target your roll it all at once but if you try for more then one you rollthem seperately. So if you fire two at one then you do both and the the thrid at another by itself. Although that could just be how that dm did it.)

Nervously looking at the goblins Gwyyn turns to the G1 and casts Frostbite
If it fails its CON 13 saving throw, it takes 3 cold damage and it has disadvantage on the next weapon attack roll it makes before the end of its next turn.
Flint will run 25ft towards the oxen (unfortunately can't reach them to try and calm them down) and will fling the fire from his hand at G4, yelling sorry to the oxen.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
G1 CON saving throw: 2
The goblin on the left side of the road feels a numbing cold as frost creeps up along his body. He tries to shrug it off but fails to do so. Being chilled to the bone will have its implications.
Flint hurls the flame he had readied at the goblin attacking Avier, but hitting a moving target is hard. He misses the wagon entirely.
(Alright sorry messed up my position. I will instead use my crossbow. If I don't have to reroll it would be a 21 to hit and a straight seven for damage as I have no damage modifier for dex based weapons.)

It's still not clear what made it first to the goblin's heart: Gwyyns frost bite or Cormac's bolt, but something is clear: G1 is dead. The frozen corpse falls forward, on top of the bushes that it was using for hiding.
Barely able to hold on to the wagon, Avier deftly swings his morningstar at the goblin standing just behind him. The force of the impact is enough to kill it and shove it off the wagon.
Scared by the commotion, the oxen pull further away trampling over the dead horses. The remaining goblin (4) and Avier both struggle to remain on top.
Avier please roll an Athletics check as you try to grab on to the wagon.

With a great display of strength, Avier manages to stay on top of the wagon but the goblin falls off and lands on its back.
It quickly gets up and focuses his attention on Sylric. It yells in goblin what you can only guess are blasphemies and insults, grabs its shortbow and shoots at him (10) but misses. Probably related to the its blood covered hands, from the pool of horse blood it landed on.
In Goblin:
Stupid pigskin! The Cragmaw tribe will eat you alive you ******* pine tree!
The other goblin, currently 10 feet away from the road, on the right side, aims and shoots at Sylric as well, trying to make him go down (21). It utters words of defilement as it looses its arrow. Strikes him in the shoulder causing 7 points of piercing damage (already entered in your character sheet).

"Cragmaw...Cragmaw...Cragmaw...But...Maglubiyet..the altar....", Sylric stammers and stumbles through the underbrush toward G2, only managing about 15 feet of movement. He mindlessly pulls the goblin arrow from his shoulder, winces and snaps back into reality. He braces, raises his hand, then a beam of blue-white light streaks toward the goblin...

7 cold damage on a hit and speed reduced by 10ft until my next turn.
Raising his hand hurts, but as blood runs down his shoulder, Sylric focuses on reality and very much like Gwyyn, chills the goblin to its grave. The creature drops its shortbow, and with difficulty, before exhaling its last breath:

The shock of seeing her first goblins wears off and Gwyyn can feels a familiar darkness rising in her. Seeing Sylric turn towards the goblin off the road Gwyyn moves straight forward 30 feet and with a snarl casts Chill Touch at G4

Flint will run after the oxen (another 25ft) and cast speak with animals and yell at the oxen. "Stop running. We can save you if you stay still." (Animal handling if needed, 26)
The last standing goblin is unable to hold its feces inside as it sees an skeletal hand appear in front of it. The hand pulls closer, clings to the goblin's neck and starts sucking the life out of it. Things look bad for the goblin.
Meanwhile, as he tries to get closer to the rushing wagon, Flint yells at the oxen in their own language in an attempt to calm them down.
As the animals pull away, concepts that they can understand start flowing into their mind with a voice that appears familiar to them. This takes them back to a few days ago outside of the inn; memories of a creature taking care of them, talking to them. The voice soothes them, stress levels decreasing, the animals start to slow down, probably someone gently pulling the reins can bring them to a halt.
Cormac and Avier are up.

Cormac will make his way towards thegoblin as he points his crossbow at it. "Drop your weapons and we might let you live. If not then join yer fellows." He calls out in goblin.
(I believe RAW you do it once, but if you like rolling dice you can do one each. It doesn’t change the average damage though, either way)
I've seen it played both ways, but don't have a ton of experience. I can see a car for both. I suppose ultimately it's a DM call, eh?
