[OoC]: JetanWM, would it be possible to refer to character names instead of player names? It might get confusing having to go back to previous pages often to check who's who.
((Sure thing. Still not entirely used to this but I can make that switch easy.))
((Ooc: for what it’s worth, I think you’re doing pretty good :D))
Bell jumps back at the lash out, mimicking the hiss of a cat and following it up with “I bite my thumb at thee!” Seething as the words escape her beak. She glares at the man with her dark beady eyes as she makes her way to sit at the corner of her cell, nearest to the conspiring group and far from the orc. The first few days she had her encounters with him and being small made her a good target for some beatings, but she used her stature to her advantage and would slip through his legs when he least expected it and pecked at his feet. Small but mighty would be some words she’d use to describe herself.
When she’s close enough to the group, she chitters lowly to them. “I want to play too.” She watches the guard as she flashes the gold piece she found earlier to them before slipping it back into her black feathers.

Nam looks around the cage with his elven eyes. Not really trying to see anything just paying attention to the actions of the others and trying not to be noticed. Sometimes he tries his magic to no avail. He feels lost and empty with out it. With his skinny frame he is no help in a fight. With dread in his eyes, Nam watches the others.
Bakreag, now sufficiently cleansed of his previous uncharacteristic anger, turned to the young Kenku who had now joined them. He eyed them for a moment, and gratefully gazed at the gold piece - a shimmering piece of civilization that he had not seen for quite some time since his capture. "Well, I suppose this isn't any kind of 'game', but that gold would be quite useful. Bribe one of these impressionable guards, eh?" He said to Bell, continuing to stroke his beard. He had heard of the bird like creatures, but never really interacted with any of them. "Say, what's yer' name?"
OOC: [Also, I agree with Cherri. For a DM new to the PbP format, you're doing a very good job.]
With the guards distracted and a group gathering around the dwarves, Eggbert concludes that is perhaps the best moment to share what he observed. Trying to keep his voice low, he whispers: "You three are making escape plans? In that case, I think I have information that would be very helpful to us: Whenever the guards' shifts ends, that receive keys from the guards taking over for them."
"I've got another plan. That Drow over there - Bakreag gestured towards the imprisoned Dark Elf - may have some information about the layout of this place. I say we jump him, get as much information out of him as we can, and then..." The dwarf continued pondering his options, considering how he could most effectively execute his plan...
“Oh, grandmother, how hairy you are!” She chirps happily in regards to Bakreag’s beard, her tongue clicking at the top of her mouth when asked her name. “Bell!” Came a simple reply in the voice of a female child, a playful glint in the kenku’s eyes as she cocked her head slightly. “Say, what’s yer name?” She questions, copying his voice and accent perfectly also looking at the others in the group as if to ask them the same question.

"That's why we'd beat him senseless and rough him up first. Maybe then he'll be a bit more willing. If he's not gonna help us, it wouldn't be hard to beat his head in and just say he did it himself." Bakreag replied, now speaking animatedly and urgently.
Afterwards, Bakreag briefly glanced back to Bell, slightly annoyed at the mimicking of his question, and replies with a vaguely curt: "Er, Bakreag."
Cobalt seems to hesitate at the brutality of the suggestion. He looks down at his hands, then closes his eyes and breathes deeply - considering their options. After a few moments, he opens his eyes and looks at Bakreag. "Alright, let's do it."

"I'm just a half-elf, I didn't know the drow were like this. My blood doesn't dictate my allegiance. You see how they beat me no different than you. You want to escape and I am in. If you distrust my half drow blood, then please trust my human blood."
Bakreag smiles, pleased at convincing the other Dwarf of his plan. "Thank you, brother. Now we just wait - don't draw attention to yourself, wait for the guard switch. While they're doing that we'll get him. Even if we're noticed, I doubt those brutes will even care for their own kind..." He spit on the ground as he spoke of the nature of the Drow.
"Or, the Kenku could go distract the guards with that coin..."

Lucina looks around at everyone, seeing the forming groups and lighting gesturing for Bezel to come sit down instead of wasting energy trying to escape at the moment. She sits up against the wall hear Bakreag and the others, listening to their words. "I would have to suggest that you use fists instead of that you have there.. If the guards notice you have it they will likely come in and take it, or force you to give it up. Then when we do get out you'll have no weapon until we manage to find something." She says under her breath to Bakreag.
Hearing that the group around Bakreagand Cobalt is plotting to beat information out of the drow to get information, I decides to chip in: "Beating the Drow might not be necessary. I believe I have some rather useful information. The guards, whenever they end their shifts, receive keys from the new guards. That might be our chance to escape. Perhaps we could try to taunt the guard with the keys to come closer to the cells, or the Kenku could try to lure them with her coin, and try to snatch them from there."

ooc: Yes, Marty's skin is fairly dark, nearing black but a very dark slate grey. His other features match the drow. His ears aren't as pointy but everything else is basically a dead ringer for drow. he got very concerned about the beating the drow comments as he started to think they meant him.

Failing to heed the warnings spouted by Eggbert and several others, Bakreag hoists the pipe over his muscled Dwarf shoulder and begins waddling towards the Drow. His righteous ego comes forth as he saunters towards the captured elf, as he bashfully sees an opportunity to fulfill his oath, and prove himself to the fellow Dwarf within the cell. He smiles in anticipation of the scenario to come, and Bakreag motions for Cobalt and the other to assist him in distracting the guards as he gains the information. As he walks, he prepares an attack with the pipe.
