The tree burst into flames, the twisted branches burn quickly. The flames coming off of Obsben's hands sputter for a second after the tree ignites, and reappear in a ghostly hue of translucent black. Suddenly a pulse of energy burst from Obsben's hands sweeping outward in a 30' radius. Everyone except Cassius' takes 5 necrotic damage. The wave then reverses on itself and returns to Obsben who absorbs the energy. (healing him 30 hp).
„Cassius, try to take out Sharwyn, before she does any more damage.“
Bhuraelea swiftly dances away from the knight, takes his bow and shoots an Goblin arrow at Sir Bradford. His aim seams to be on on a gap in the armor above the knee.
Bonus action disengage
Useing one of the poison arrows and aiming to maim not to kill.
"TAKE OUT, TAKE OUT?" Cass mimics pulling the trigger on his crossbow -- he puts drops the net he was grabbing after assessing the damage and looks for a killshot.
The twig is actually already dead. The only enemy left is Sir Braford. How do you guys want to play this out? I will let you capture or kill him without rolling (its 6 on 1). The tree is burning nicely. Illuminating a large bronze chest behind the tree.

I would like to captur him alive, and if neccesarry i will use my health potion to save Sharwyn. I assume we will need to tie Sharwyns hands and put something in her mouth to stop her from speaking. Sir Bradford i would do the same just in case, on top of removing his weapons and armor (what Is he wearing?)
After those two are taken care off i would investagate the chest for traps 23
Before i try to open it 25
And finally i would make sure we check Belaks corpse for anything valuable.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Sir Braford is wearing full chainmail and carry the enchanted longsword shatterspike. Sharwyn sucks in a breath and her eyes open. They are still cloudy but she regains 8 hp and struggles furtively against the ropes. She was carrying a dagger and a small crystalline spell focus, that upon closer examination is actually a jagged piece of the tree.
Belak only had his robes and a quarterstaff.
The chest is not trapped and not locked. Opening it reveals a pile of assorted coins 2100 copper, 600 silver, and 220 gold. Also among the loot are two pairs of paintings and statues worth 25 gold, 2 potions of healing, and a potion of climbing. While Bho is scraping the coins out of the chest, he notices a small catch in the corner of the bottom. Pulling it reveal a compartment built into the bottom of the chest. Inside that compartment are: goggles of night, heward's handy spice pouch, bag of holding, cloak of elvenkind, and a Pair of sending stones.
Also congratulations on beating the Sunless Citadel and advancing to level 4!
I would sugest we put everything in the new bag and then we have a short rest in the snake room before we return to Oakhurst? What do you guys think? And there we can can split the treasure.
