I am really regretting not getting some ranged attack cantrips. Lol.
"Okay, that didn't QUITE work as expected. Uh... uhm... How about... Ah hah!" Obsben whips out a dagger, only to grimace a second later. "F-forgive me, Big Mama. B-but we both know this is gonna go." Without waiting for an answer to his invisible friend, the halfling whips steps up just enough to whip his dagger forward at the remaining bugbear... besides Scar!
(Thrown)Dagger Attack: 7 Damage: 7.
Forgot to put the halfling code in! Re-rolling the 1 for: 12.
[OOC: for when it is my turn, if the Bugbear surrenders I won't attack.]
Seeing only one Bugbear left in the room Scar approaches him with a huge a grin on his face. Deciding this time to forgo his Greataxe, he pulls out his newly acquired Greatsword, testing the balance of it as he swings it horizontally across the bugbears midsection.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
The last bugbear catches the flash of steel as the twirling dagger speeds her way. She ducks and the dagger spins over its target, clanking off the wall behind.
The bugbear disengages and turns and bursts through the eastern door. Through the frame of the door, Anton :you can see several skeletons and a dead tree you have come to recognize. From where Obsben is standing, you can see the bugbear uncork a red bottle and drink its entire contents. (Wis SVT vs Geth's Fear spell 11)
(Im sure this turn of events changes Scar's action. Also, you would have had to dash to reach the bugbear. The map below reflects your location after a normal movement (Ill change your position based on what you decide to do.)

OoC: Just as a point of order, how was the bugbear able to disengage and drink a potion in the same turn? Do they have the goblin nimble escape thing? Or are you treating drinking a potion as a bonus action?
Geth stalks toward the door, following the bugbear. He sticks his head in and says, "Boo!" staring at the bugbear. Seeing the skeletons and the blight he says, "Oh, hello!" raising a hand toward them, after which a loud, bone-rattling boom rings out.
shatter on the skeletons and blight for 7 on a failed DC 14 CON save, half on success.

Nope, they would have joined into the second round of combat. Also just realized Scar rolled a 3, so amended turn order is:
Geth
Bho
Cassius
Anton
Obsben
Bugbears
Skeletons
Blight
Scar
so Geth starts off the order with his shatter. With a 10' sphere, i don't think you can reach the blight too, so two skeletons con saves 1810 for half thunder damage.
So Bho is up (with advantage to attack) followed by Cass, Anton, Obsben and then baddies.
The bugbear goes stiff as the dagger sinks into her chest all the way to the hilt. She slowly stumbles and collapses into ball. The hollow eyes of the skeleton show no emotion for their fallen companion.

OoC: Shatter is a 10' radius sphere, not a 10' diameter sphere, so should cover a 4x4 square?

Anton uses all 40 feet of his movement to position himself between the two northern skeletons (south of one, west of the other). He takes a 2-handed swing at the northern skeleton.
Attack: 17 Damage: 9 (This is bludgeoning damage. Not sure if you've been accounting for their vulnerability to bludgeoning?)
He then uses a ki point to take a defensive stance (patient defense) as he calls out to the Blight, "Your momma, uhh, had, uhh, quite a bush". (Shut up, insulting trees is harder than it sounds!)
(OOC: The idea for Anton is to be up front and to try to get the blight to shoot at him instead of the others in the group.)
Patient Defense
You can spend 1 ki point to take the Dodge action as a bonus action on your turn
Dodge
When you take the Dodge action, you focus entirely on avoiding attacks. Until the start of your next turn, any attack roll made against you has disadvantage if you can see the attacker, and you make Dexterity saving throws with advantage. You lose this benefit if you are incapacitated or if your speed drops to 0.
Anton's quarter staff tears through the weakened bones of the skeletons torso. Shards of bone flying into the room, the animated creature falls silent to the ground.
Obsben you're up.

Geth- you damn rules lawyer (lol jk!) conceded, blight con svt : 21. The blight takes the full brunt of Geth's thunderous boom.
Cassius' arrow sails just wide of its mark, leaving the half shattered skeleton unscathed.
