The gnome hops on out of the cart, placing a hand upon Elwin. Quickly fixing him up as he runs past charging the archer. He spears the fellow through the stomach as he drops his bow. Gedyr backs up as he takes a better shot at the bandits, hitting one straight in the throat. Yuno tries to follow up with her own cut at the leader's throat yet it is too shallow. Even her rapier is not deep enough to pierce through the leader's armor. Kosh takes another life as quickly as the first, leaving a mess in the same place.
The remaining bandits still stay, trying their best to retaliate. The bandit helps the leader by trying to distract Kosh while the leader knocks Yuno unconscious with another blow from his hammer. He tries to do the same to Kosh but his rage keeps him strong against the blows. The last archer backs off into the forest, taking cover by the trees. He tries to take a shot towards Janter, yet it flies too high as it hits the cart.
Kosh lifts an eyebrow at the fallen Yuno and says blandly, "We will have to work on dodging later..."
He spins gracefully and cuts deep into the belly of the bandit that's been harrying him. His spin ends with him facing the bandit leader. "Don't resist. I have to give you to Yuno later. She'll want to finish."
Off-handedly he calls out to Janter, "Do you think you might spare some of that energy for Yuno as well?"
As his current foe fell, Elwin felt the surge of energy that his patron's curse provided. It was... strangely refreshing, but after Janter's magic, it couldn't heal him any further.
Movement fixed his attention. "Not good," he thought as he spotted the last archer ducking into the forest.
The warlock leaped over the body in front of him to give chase. The miscreant attempted to snipe an arrow at Janter, which just confirmed Elwin's concerns; there was no surrender in this one. Even if he wasn't going to try to immediately kill them all from afar, there was the chance he might attempt to set off some trap, or worse, secure reinforcements.
He couldn't allow that.
Elwin was already upon the archer before he could fire a second shot. "Wrong choice," he snarled as he again thrust, spun, and struck at the bandit.
Elwin moves to A2, and attacks #7.
ACTION: Attack Roll - 16, Damage incl. crit - 7 BONUS: Attack Roll - 23, Damage incl. crit - 6
Janter scampers toward Yuno as far as he can go, another shield tap and air carved glyph, shooting the icy beam at the hammer wielder. "Why won't you give up and give yourselves a chance? Slow I said, and contemplate your actions!" Attack: 10 Damage: 6
Janter's ray is avoided but Gedyr's arrow flies true as it hit upon the leader's shoulder. The leader keeps his ground as he meets Kosh head on. With two solid hits, the barbarian finds his consciousness fading as he drops to the floor. He walks slowly towards Janter, with heavy breaths, "Although you all have shown your intent, I'm a man of my word. Your friends are still alive but my course is still clear. My people have need of the cargo so I'll still go on. Either stand down or prepare yourself." He says.
"We Must take you in. Why do you insist on preying on the innocent when there are so many other far safer ways to be productive? With your skillful hammer hammer work, you surely could be a wonder at a smithy. But instead, look here at what you have brought on yourselves. Surrender yourself and be saved!" Janter pleads for him while staying on guard. "We must do what we must when you force our hands."
In case of non surrender, Janter blasts another icy ray, hoping that being closer might just help his aim with it, trying to subdue him. Attack: 16 Damage: 7
Seeing his foe fall, Elwin turns to the others. Apparently they'd managed to take care of the bandits--most of them, at least. He strode toward where their leader still stood, struggling against the odds. Tough, but stupid. The man clearly stood no chance here, and his best bet was to surrender. But just in case....
Elwin walks to G2, then readies an Action:
IF the leader attempts to attack anyone else, THEN he'll finish casting Frostbite, targeting the man.
The leader slowly advances, shaking his head. He seems like a man possessed, not even stopping as both Janter and Gedyr hit him once more. He mutters to himself, "The mistress wants...I must deliver." He attacks Janter, with one blow knocking his shield back and another knocking him unconscious.
Elwin swore as Janter went down. The man had shrugged off his spell, and now everyone was in trouble.
"Hold!" he yelled out as he ran to put himself between the bandit and the merchant. He feigned right, then left before thrusting his spear with an overhead attack, and finally followed up with a sharp jab from the backside of the weapon.
He wasn't sure it would be enough, but with the others down--dead? He couldn't be sure--it would have to do. He quickly resumed his stance and grit his teeth, waiting for the inevitable.
Elwin will move to I6, then attack the leader.
ACTION: Attack roll - 18, Damage incl. crit - Unable to parse dice roll. BONUS: Attack roll - 8, Damage incl. crit - 4
That's it... sorry, Elwin has no healing magic or items. :-/
A bit surprised at the gnome's resourcefulness, Elwin acknowledges the assistance with a quick grunt and a nod.

Gedyr takes aim at the leader fighting Kosh and lets fly another arrow....
"Man down! Yuno is down"

Yuno's Death Save: 8
As the hammer strikes Yuno in the head, her vision goes dark and she crumples on to the floor.
(No need to do Death saves, the bandit is doing non lethal damage against you all. So Yuno is stable but will need a moment or a heal to wake up.)
It is almost synchronized as both Elwin and Kosh take their third mark, leaving only the leader to deal with.

Gedyr draws his bow and also readies his action "We still have the numbers here. We can end this peacefully and no one else need get hurt."
"Tell us, if you will, why must you accost honest travelers for their goods?" Janter questions

Player's turn
(I don't supposes any of you have any healing to get Kosh or Yuno back up do you?)
ooc: I believe Janter did......hehe
