"It might be good to bring Meepo along. If we do find this dragon, he may be able to convince it to cooperate with us so that we may bring it back safely..." Thrak would say casually, still standing at attention in front of the large female kobold.
"At least we're on the right track." Cade mutters to himself, and then aloud adds, "For that news alone, you have my thanks, Boss." After giving a formal bow and a glance to Meepo, he asked, "Now how 'bout 'cha tell us how we might find these goblins 'nd dragon of yers?"

Meepo says to Ekk, "Meepo ready to go." Yusdrayl looks at Cade and says, "The Outcast lives below. He grows the fruit, which he gives to the Goblins. The dragon-thieving Goblins are his servants!"

"Do you think it might be wise to take a long rest before we depart?" Thrak would ask looking to his companions. "Resting here... in the company of allies... seems like the safest course of action to me." Thrak would say with a smile, nodding to the kobolds in the room.
Cade lifts a finger and opens his mouth, hesitates for a moment, and then after a quick glance between Thrak and the kobolds look to their leader. "That fine with ya, boss lady?Don't wanna presume nuthin' just 'cause we planning to help anyways. But figured it best to ask fer yer word on that one. If not, I think we got some place else we can at least hang out in and secure 'till Meepo here can direct us on the best route to these goblins."

At the mention of staying the night. Ekk’s ears perk up. On the side talking to Meepo “You got to show me around, what do you do for fun?, how do you sleep?, where does everyone congregate?, is their ale?, is there other women?, What’s the courting process?, have you ever had a pastry? ” The barrage of questions coming from the overly excited kobold, who has never spent time with people of his own kind.
(OOC - Sorry for the delay in posting guys, Had family come into town unexpectedly and it was a very busy weekend.)
To Thrak and Cade Yusdrayl says, "You may sleep here, we have an extra room you may use." To Ekk, Meepo says, "Not much to do for fun these days, most days spent worrying about Calcryx. I sleep in the little bed in the Dragon room. There are female Kobolds yes. What are pastries?"He then explains, in full detail, the courting rituals of Kobolds. The whole while looking strangely at Ekk for asking.

"Thank you, that is very generous of you" Thrak would say with a bow before heading to the room to rest. His staff would clank against to stone floor with every step until he disappears into the room and finds a spot to lay down and get some sleep. He would leave the green torch burning and tucked under his arm as he slept.
If the conversation about mating rituals is not mercifully in draconic, Cade all the more eagerly takes his leave for the room with his ears pulled down against his scalp. "Nope, nope, nope. Don't need to know any of that." He said along the way. Later on, the goblin finds a corner to rest in with a decent view of the door. "Ya'll don't get too comfortable now. We should still take watches while in this place. Even if the 'bolds have us covered, it don't hurt to play it safe." He suggests. Whether others agree or not, Cade takes first watch, partioning his time between sharpening weapons, silent prayers, and generally keeping lookout.

"Thank you Cade. We are on the same page. I will get some sleep and take the second watch if you take the first. Who will I wake at the end of my watch?" Xavnan will look at the others to see who else is wanting to take guard.
During the rest, Thrak would take some time to read through more of the book he had been given. He would study some of his older spells as well as practice some of the spells he had never felt confident enough to try until now.
(OOC - Aside from the watch schedules, its just prayer to Helm and cleaning his gear for Cade. I -would- like to say he'd suggest Ekk(if he decides not to bunk with other kobolds) take a look at the scrolls. But as Cade isn't entirely convinced said party kobold is a cleric or 'holy man', it wouldn't occur to try having a divine caster look at the scrolls.)

Darren chimes in,
Pastries are fine, but if they have been down here as long as it seems, sugar may make them a little sick.

Ekk is to busy following Meepo to agree to keep watch.
Rivon takes third watch. He reminds himself that it’s rude for a guest to borrow without asking.
He sometimes even listens.
Is anyone doing anything during the Long Rest?

(OOC: yeah, my arcana roll on the scrolls didn't tell me what spells they were so they are probably cleric stuff...)
Ekk would gladly look at the scrolls to see if he can identify any religious meanings behind them. After partying with some kobolds of course.
